Amazing service and the pizza was good and fresh. The staff also made sure to keep everything clean and sanitized the whole time we were there. We did have to have our temperature taken to get in.
Its a child ladden cesspool. Bad. 0/10 would not reccomend. I dont think I can count the amount of times I watched children pick their nose and wipe it on something. Staff are always friendly, for some reason.
My kid love this place his favorite part is the cyberamic anamitronics
We went here today, Saturday at 7pm. There were maybe 4 other families in here. I’d call it dead. The employees were talking to one another, but everything looked clean for the most part. This location has strictly all arcade games. For $22 we were issued 72 play credits. Most of the games were only a credit a piece. Great value unlike most arcades. My kids are ages 1 and 3. They enjoyed themselves even though there wasn’t much for them. They have 4 ride on rides for infants and toddlers. Maybe 6-7 games that toddlers can do. The other games for older kids were fun. It was a good variety in there. Definitely a place for 5 years and up. They still have the mechanical band that you can watch as you eat. The prizes for tickets were less than impressive. Not very much for smaller kids who cannot accumulate many tickets. We did order a pizza to try. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t amazing. My 3 year old enjoyed it. My husband and I now have stomach aches and that’s the only common food we ate, that pizza. I wish there was a play structure or something else for the kids to do. Overall mostly good experience for our first time. We will be back, but not eat here again!
Great place for the children. I little pricey though.
Very nice people great service
Went for my granddaughters 3rd birthday party. She loved it. Excellent customer service. Everyone was so helpful. Were looking forward to the next birthday party.
I like the fact that you can buy unlimited playtime or just buy credits if you would like. I brought my daughter 2 hours for around $31.00 and she had as blast knowing she will not run out of credits. The food wasnt bad either.
Family Outing Great. fun for all. Food oh not so great. Like a lot of other things, its kinda what you make it
More pricey than I thought itd be! Almost $60 for a small thing of buffalo wings, a pizza, 4 drinks and 48 tokens/credits.. A few of the rides did not work but the workers were good about recrediting our card and fixing the ride.. Food was okay - not great. And we couldnt hear the animatronic show. The mouths were moving but you couldnt hear the sound from any of the booths that werent reserved for birthday parties..Chuck E Cheese came out for a few minutes. But was very unenthusiastic - barely bobbing to the music and doing the dance so sub-par that the kids watching didnt really know what to do. I remember him being awesome when I was a kid - Doing the macarena, waving and high giving kids, taking photos with them, etc... This one acted like he smoked a few too many on his break.& Speaking of... Every other parent there reeked like pot (sorry but thats sad - personally, I wouldnt feel comfortable doing it with children in my care - let alone doing it and trying to keep track of kids in a very crowded public place)..But overall, my kids enjoyed their time there very much and that is what matters most, despite any setbacks!!
Kids loved the pizza. Game cards seem like a decent deal, play by minute or points. And the beer was cold, and tasted fresh.
Plenty of kid games for big and small, the all you can play 60 minutes for $20 wasnt a bad deal and was perfect for the time we were there. Had rides and things for my 1 year old to do, the little kids all played nicely, but teen kids ruined the fun by starting a group fight which ruined the fun. The staff were all young and didnt know what to do to stop the fight. Bathrooms were clean and facility overall was nice.
I miss the old Mouse back when I was a kid, but its still fun to take my nephews there to play the games.
I ordered the salad bar and about only 10% of it wasnt disgusting. Bucket of carrots? Covered in water. Spinach? In a pool of water. Grapes? Half mush, half brown. Ham? Not any shade of ham I would eat. Broccoli? Pretty sure there shouldnt be any black on it. The list goes on. I should have known not to order the salad here, but if you offer it you should keep up with it or not have it all. On another note, many games were not working but staff was quick to help refund lost points on the card.
Don’t like the animatronics and the stage but this location is where I found a token machine near the arcade area and found tokens though history and I do love the live walk around character!I’ll only give this location 5 stars if the 2 stage gets replaced with a Studio C Alpha that’ll make the location better, a 3-Stage will do
I love this place. They have a pretty good system in order to ensure no one can leave with the wrong kid. Theyve switched from a coin system to play games to refillable credit card style system that you can choose to pay for a certain amount of credits or a certain amount of time, which I think you can pause but Ive only done the credits. They have a great variety of video games for kids of all ages and everything is usually 1 credit, 2 at most. They have a decent food menu but Ive only ever had the pizza which is a little pricey but I think its good. Great place to blow an hour or have a kids birthday party.
Fun, so many activities! but the costumes need an update or something. Not only do they look cheap and dated but they scared not only the kids but me as well.
The adults had as much fun as the kids I think! My daughter had a bday party for our grandson and we all had unlimited play. We ended up getting a exercise ball for ONLY 6000 tickets by combining all our tickets from 15 people. The employees were helpful and friendly which was great. The pizza was pretty good also
Such a great time! $20 and my daughter got to play unlimited games for 60 minutes
Its a fun place for the kids to play & the pizza is really good. Great for birthday parties too
Kids had a lot of fun, I had more fun then I thought I was going to with my kids.
This is where Freddy fazebears pizzariaWas
The equipment is so fun for the little ones but safe. The games are amazing for everyone else and good tables to sit at.
Are food went to the wrong table. Didnt get half of what was paid for and the chucky one on one time paid for was 7 birthday kids at on time not just one on one time evan thow it was extra and paid for one on one
First time going. The whole family had fun. Will go again. A little expensive but they have weekday deals and rewards.
Been going to this location since I was my childrens age and while the inside has changed dramatically, the end results have not and I am so happy to have such a staple in our community around that I can now share with my kids. They love having their birthdays here just as much as I did when I had mine.
Horrible staff was late a half hour in setting up,did not have enough seating due to their overbooking food was 45 minutes for kids and hour for adults then we get rushed thru rest of festivities. Not a place I would reccomend if you are looking for order, schedule being kept or even enough space for all party goers that you reserved space for. Will never take any of my nine grandchildren here to have birthday party ever.
Shocked. The improvements made to this establishment since I last visited were many and GREAT! Friendly staff, good food and an myriad of games for kids of all ages! Facilities were clean and smiles were had by all.
Always clean when weve gone. The food has always been good. The cashier/counter worker with the red hair (not sure of her name) was really pleasant and helpful today. Just wanted to give a shout out to her.
My son loves to go there. We always get 2 hours, it’s worth it.
Service wasnt that good but food and games were great for my son
Clean environment, friendly staff, good security measuresgor kids and more. Theres a variety of game for toddlers on up. Its a good place for birthday parties too.
I haven’t been here in years. Staff Jaden was very helpful and nice!!!! Thank you for a good experience!!!!!!!! Fun for kids for sure....
Great fun, didnt eat anything, just came to play.
It was ok. The game selection isnt that great and the food was ok.
Time vs. Points. Confusing system. I tried both with the kids. Each game have different dynamics. If it was for adults such as Dave and Busters. Maybe okm yet kids pause a lot. Have unexpected needs. Not seeing it as a good idea
It was underwhelming, and the food was overpriced. The kids had fun, but I think it would have been enjoyed even more if the experience was more in line with the promotional material. Staff was friendly, though.
Ive been a fan of Chuck E Cheese for 25+years as I took my 4 Kids there growing up and now I take my grandkids there. Its fun and the kids ALWAYS ENJOY THEMSELVES.Not only where a kid can be a kid, but adults can act like kids and believe me I ACT JUST LIKE THE LITTLE GUYS and have JUST AS MUCH FUN as they do !!!
Fun but now they make you spend at least $10.00
Fun cost way to much and gifts you win are not worth what you pay
My kids loves to go but it is good for under 7
Was kinda dirty floors and chairs needed cleaned better, but overall worth it for a kids party. Food was surprisingly good, pizza was delicious and wings were killer. Prices are reasonable for partys though I do recommend the unlimited two hour.
We had an amazing experience! The staff was fantastic and my 7 year olds birthday party was a blast. The pizza was really good and they did such a great job at making my son feel special on his big day. I felt for everything they did the party package was such an incredible value. I definitely recommend having a birthday party here! Everyone had such a great time and our waiter was excellent.
Chucky Cheese has terrible pizza. It tastes like cardboard. I do however appreciate the way they ensure that your kids are safe. They stamp the adults hand who brought the kids and stamp the kids hand to match to it. The kids had a great time and really werent there for the pizza anyways.
Had my daughters birthday party here. The place was a mad house, bit thats to be expected of a place like this. Our party host was great, very helpful and was always trying make sure my daughter and her friends were having a great time.
Bunch of games didnt work, ones that played didnt give out tickets when u earned them. If there was a zero stars option thats what I would give! The employees seemed to have an attitude, and were not helpful at all!! Would not recommend as my 4yr old nephews party was ruined!!!
The mouse was absolutely horrible on July 30th evening... he never waved at kids, no energy and acted drugged up with zeroEnergy.. paid 100 bucks for over priced pizza with sub par entertainer for the kids
They told us it would be ok if we sit at the side tables near the party area then I noticed the associates group up and stare our direction then a worker came over and said we needed to move because on the weekends they have to clean that area at 8 I asked her if this was all Chuck e cheeses she said she didnt know she said all the other workers are new and she the only one who isnt.she then told me her manager sent her over to tell us to move look I feel they could of let us know that area was off limits in the first place so maybe u should train them to let guess know when they come in to your establishment that way your customer doesnt have to get up to try to find another booth luckily we found a booth cause there was limited booth since they dont CLEAN them majority of the booths were dirty and had left over items from the previous customers like cups food etc
Great for anyone under 10. Cheesy electronic fair games. Very few arcade games. My daughter (3) loved it though.
From my conversations with employees there is so much pressure from cooperate to get good reviews that employees are forced to hang over and to pressure customers to give good reviews. This makes the experience very uncomfortable. I understand wanting good reviews however, good reviews given out of concern for an employee getting fired isnt a true review on how the establishment is doing. Overall a decent experience that had the potential to be much better if the pressure from corporate didnt weigh so heavily on its employees.Update: I was contacted from the management asking for a more detailed review. However, the employee that sent the notice didnt even take the time to double check their spelling before sending it. Changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star.
Not what I remember as a child but the kids had fun
Came here for my daughters first birthday along with other kids. Just about all the staff acted like they hated their job. Definitely werent kid friendly. Chuck e came out for not even 5 minutes and was horrible. Obviously peoppe have complained about this before and looks like the problem hasnt been fixed.Never waved at the kids didnt dance. Sad cause all the kids were so excited. For the amount of money we spent. It was very disappointing. I would recommend going to other locations
Good value with the time slot purchasing instead of buying coins. Ticket games work with it, the kids didnt really get it at first but reminding them that it doesnt matter how many coins you spend just keep playing. We have never won so many prizes before, ever. Also enjoyed the clean atmosphere, the staff were friendly and hard working.
All the games didnt work but the kids had a GREAT TIME!
They have different new games to play on. Thats cool!!!!!
Horrible... The staff was rude the establishment was dirty....the one flint is better and that should speak volumes....rude rude rude! My kid have fun but so I guess thats all that matters..but yuck...go to flint or grand Rapids
Great place to be a kid and play with your kids also.
My grandkids had a party here. They loved it
This place is a hit for most kids, even if theyre more introverted! Lots of things to do
Plenty of fun for the kids and pizza isnt bad
The broken machines were fixed VERY quickly by the staff as soon as you found someone to assist. Nice chucky cheese
Pics on Google mad it seem bigger but it was ok
Grands had a ball. Staff wasattentive. Place was clean, secure and well ran.
What an amazing place, all the kids there were having a great time celebrating, bring YOUR party here to CHUCK E. CHEESE
Chucky Cheese was awesome tonight! It was all about my Granddaughter 7th Birthday and she had a great time, as well as, everyone else. The salad and dressing was on point. The pizza was on point. There was a variety of things to do. The only thing I wish they could do better at is the gifts they get to buy with the tickets they won when playing the games. They need better gifts!
Went here recently for a birthday party on a Sunday morning. It wasnt nearly as busy as I thought it would be and my kids had a great time. The reason for the three starts is that the pizza wasnt as good as I remember it being a year ago. Also, there is nothing for infants to play on anymore. It disappoints me that there are no slides or play structures for kids to run around and play on. I have twin 18 month olds and it would have been nice to bring them with us to the party but there would have been nothing for them to do.
Great place for the younger kids. I know my kids had a blast
My family had lots of fun there with all the fun games and great pizza. We left with my little sister full of excitement saying chuck e cheese!
We came because of a friends birthday party...was impressed with the way thevparty was handled. My kid had a blast
The place is okay. I think that Chucky needs a bit more attitude in his step when hes dancing around with the kids. The carpet could use a good cleaning too.
My Daughter always has fun there and it change a lot since I was a kid and now tokens go on card ...weird.
I know its to be expected ( kids running all over and chaos; It does not disappoint). The only thing that matters is that your kids have fun ( you dont have to).Of the food, I have only to say to say this. Your taste buds change over time and the pizza hasnt changed much in flavor.Other than this, its still a fun place for kids to go to and enjoy themselves.
Its a fun kids arcade.
We have not been to Chuck-E-Cheese in four years or so. Today, March 25th, 2018... The best its ever been. Very clean, the food was great, the salad bar was great with a good selection, including the pizza, way better than it used to be, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal, including the manager. And, that all leads to most importantly, the kids had a blast and it was a good birthday event. Much better than it used to be. Thank you to all the crew!!!
Pizza is pretty good. But it feels like they are training my kids top have a gambling addiction. The little kids, toddlers, area has lots for them gup do thats not just gambling for tickets.
We enjoyed our time there it was very clean for so many children there. It would be 5 stars if it has more to do for younger kids 2 ish.
It sure smells weird in there, but they have good food and the games are fun. Although, the machines run out of tickets a lot.
Dirty.
The entire staff is always super friendly. They go above and beyond helpful. The play pass cards a good way to let the kids go play games without having to give them a big stack of tokens. The games are in good shape. Lots of newer looking games. Having said that, as a restaurant theyre not great. The pizza is ok, the salad bar is scary. And sometimes its hard to find a clean table.
They removed the play structure so now all the kids can do is play games for more profit.. raised the price of many games to 2 tokens and raised the prices on all menu items a month ago the manager just told me. My kids have video games at home and want to play in the tube. No value here at all due to having no competition they feel they can give you nothing and I mean nothing. For $20 in tokens your kid will walk away with a few pieces of 5 cent candy. So sad
Some machines did not give out tickets like they were supposed to but staff was friendly and reasonably priced my grandson enjoyed himself.
Kids had a great time
Its a fun place for everyone with very tasty pizza. Weekends can get pretty crowded so we prefer going on weekdays.
Prices have gone up almost $9 for a salad even though its Unlimited who really eats more than one salad they dont offer an option for just one salad they did update their menu however their prices are pretty high and the games dont give you enough tickets for toddlers to buy anything good except candy or cheap stickers theres a place called Sparetime time in Frandor they have bowling and a beautiful arcade brand new games they give you lots of tickets four gameplay and they have lots of awesome prizes to redeem children can leave out of there with a bag full of decent toys and candy and they are a lot cheaper than Chuck-E-Cheese
It is what it has always been. Dont expect greatness, but if your looking for a cheap night out with younger kids this is a great place to go. We put $30 on a game card for the kids and werent able to spend it all in 1 trip. Went back the next weekend and practically had a free night out with the previously bought game card. Not a place for older kids i.e. ~10 and under is the right age.
The game area was nice and clean. Only 1 game had an issue not working right. The worker took care of it right away. There didnt seem to be as many games as Ive seem in other stores. But we had a good time.
Took our 2 year old daughter there for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. Super clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because its on the expensive side for being a kid friendly place.
