5 swans, two man-eating turtles, and a beautiful day made for a fun walk in the park. Surprisingly rustic this close to Lansing if you venture a bit.

Good clean walkways. Long and dogs allowed . Lots of parking and serviceable restrooms. Open beautiful trees and fields.

Spend lots of time here walking. Part is beautiful and quiet. Has the option of walking on concrete or gravel paths.

This place is amazing. I wish the parking lot were a little bit bigger as it has been full sometimes with no spaces during quarantine and it’s really unsafe to park at the nearby cemetery and to walk on the public road to enter the park. I wouldn’t recommend it as people go flying down the road near the entrance. The trails are always neat and clean and there are many trash cans available for dog waste and they even provide bags for dog waste at the front of the trail on the right hand side. I couldn’t be more happier with this place. You can tell that it’s a great area as there is lots of wildlife that hangs around too and is fun to sight see.

Beautiful community park in convenient semi-rural location. Well-maintained trails with maps, directional posts, and benches placed throughout. Dogs are permitted and everyone obeys the rule that all dogs must be leashed. No crowds, but enough use to ensure that people feel safe. Free parking. Convenient restroom building.

It has some really nice trails, I love riding through through them.

Nice casual walking paths to hit up after dinner or walk off gelato from Horrocks on a nice evening. :D The paved paths stay passable even when its wet out, and the grassy paths add a fair bit more distance and scenery when its drier. Wildlife, water, and even pokestops!

The track is really good, its not too shady and not too much sun, just purfect

Nicely maintained trails, will get muddy in some parts when it rains, but overall we really like it because mostly shaded and it is nice to walk through the woods. There is a lake also and sometimes you can see herons, frogs, turtles, or deer. Wandered across a possum too once

When I lived here last, this was a field and Woods behind my house... so ecstatic that its a park now! Great bike trails, nice bathroom! Will definitely be back!

They have a couple of very nice Pavilions that are rentable. Its a nice well-kept park with a cute little swimming area.

Nice mix of paved and turfed trail. Fairly undeveloped which is great, we dont need another disc golf course

Great park for running, bicycling, walking the dog, or even playing Pokémon Go. Both paved and dirt paths, and bags to pick up dog poop with.

Very nice park, great for riding bikes. Clean vault toilet, well marked wide path, some paved, some flat crushed limestone. No hills all flat, not for mountain biking.

This park is BEAUTIFUL! I did not feel I could explore as confidently as I wanted to because the trail signs are in poor condition, however.

Peaceful place to walk. Most people clean up after their dogs. Just the right size with nice scenery. Great place to take the kids to.

Great place for a walk/hike/run. You can snowshoe and cross country ski (bring your own). Lovely place to walk your dog. Part of the walk is paved which is nice for wheelchairs and those that need a stable flat surface to walk on. There are also wooded trails great for running and hiking. Very secluded and quiet. There are more trails across the street that belong to the Michigan Audubon. Great for bird watchers!! Restrooms are available.

Really good place for a walk. They even have doggy pick up bags in case you forgot your own. Bathrooms are emergency use only but there are just a bunch of flies and usual stink. Wish there were a few drinking spouts but its a really great place for a wall in the wilderness. Thank you!!

I love this place, but I wish more of its trails were paved. Most of the time the back trails are very squishy.

Great trail to jog,walk, dog walk. There are no drinking water fountain. Very scenic and has some wild bird sightings. Very good mobile signal all around the trail.

They finally put in private restrooms at the entrance, thank you!!! Very well kept and neat, many trash cans available on the main trail if you are walking a dog. Very fun to explore.
