This place is great! All my 6 kids had a blast and enjoyed their jump time! (even our 13 year old!) Plenty of seating on the jump floor for adults to supervise their children. Highly suggest!

My son enjoys to go here to burn off energy and practice gymnastics.I enjoy it for the great monthly rate. However, when I tried calling to stop our membership it went right to voicemail which was to full.I was hoping the new owners would be more responsive to their customer base. Hoping things will improve.

Fun experience overall. My kids loved it and it is great exercise, even for adults. So many different obstacles.

It was a great first visit. Went with my son and grandson. My grandson had a blast and one hour was definitely enough for him. Place was fairly clean. Not to to busy for a Saturday at 530. Staff were everywhere. Only con was no toilet paper in ladies room. Lolol Definitely would take him back. Heck I would of loved to jump myself. Ever have older persons day? Lololol

Clean facility. Lot of parking space even though it gets pretty busy in the evening times. Kids enjoy a lot. Very courteous staff, always positive experience. Fun !

So much fun. And everything seemed clean. You have to but the special socks, so it will cost extra. But once you have them you wont need them again. I love that there was a section just for the kids

Pretty solid place overall. The staff is super chill and straight forward. They feel welcoming even though most of them are high schoolers, they are attentive, and its a great time. They have a membership for about $17/month for 2 hours everyday which is a steal because, one regular jump is $15 + socks at 3$. With that being said, if you go, try and avoid 6/7pm and after if youre looking for space. 4/5 is simply because once it gets packed with kids in there, its a nightmare situation for everyone. Those trying to find a trampoline, those running around, the staff, its just so much going on. Its not their fault as the place does get busy and they handle it to the best of their ability but be aware thats what is going on during those time frames. Basically once parents get our of work to bring their children. Overall still a good experience. 4/5 stars

This is, hands down, one of my kids favorite places to go. It’s perfect for a wide age range because there are so many different things to do beyond the trampolines. They have dodge ball and ninja warrior type things. We’ve done a birthday party here and it was a huge success. Staff is friendly. The kids get so much exercise and they love it!!!

Love this place for my son to burn off some energy, but there needs to be a better process for those who pay for the monthly memberships. I pay for the Flight Club, waivers are signed, and Im waiting 30 minutes in line with the people who have never been here and take up an excessive amount of time. There should be a separate line for those of us who are members and have all our ducks in a row.

I took my three kids there for a birthday celebration and we all had a blast!! In comparison to Airtime, there was a lot more trampoline adventures to choose from and there wasn’t always a worker blowing a whistle to reprimand a kid. We’ll definitely drive the 1 1/2 hours again to go there!

Its just like Airtime. But still cool.

Definitely have fun every time I bring my kids to jump. Always a blast for sure. Some things needed updating last time I was there with the kiddos. So everyone be safe and jump with caution.

I went with my girlfriend for my girlfriends, sisters birthday. I didnt know if Id enjoy it, but it was pretty fun. You jump, and jump, and jump, until your heart rate is over 170 bpm if youre not fit, like me, and then you cant breathe at all. But its okay, you can sit down and rest up for some more jumps!

This place is lots of fun. Go barefoot or buy a pair of non slip socks:youth 3.00 or adult 6.00. My kids age 15 loved it. Swing into foam pits, obsticle courses, trampolines, refereed dodge ball. Great place, very reasonable.

Went there last night. There was an incident where my friend had something stolen from her. The staff was super friendly and understanding and is doing everything they can to get the stolen item back to my friend. They gave us free jumping time, ten VIP passes, and access to a locker whenever we come back. Oh, and free jump socks! Definitely recommend this place and the amazing staff they have there!

Great place to bring the kids to burn off energy and have some fun. Besides jumping they have dodgeball, climbing walls, jumps, tightrope and other obstacles. Recommend coming early or late, as the peak hours are very busy. Admission is 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. A good number of places for adults to sit and watch the kids as well, or you can jump too.

Great place to bring kids and the staff are always so friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone for birthday parties or large groups of kids. They have great deal passes as well. I go with my grandkids at least once a week and always look forward to it.

I took my nephew here, and he loves it! He has a membership, so he got to get straight to playing on the trampolines and playing dodge ball with the other kids. As someone who was an observer, I could not help but notice the smell of feet. It was very appalling and at time nauseous. I understand that this is a no shoe required activity for kids, but you should be warned before hand. Please bring hand sanitizer!

Pretty fun every time I come here, the staff this time made it so much fun here. Great conversation and atmosphere, plus the place is very clean from what I saw. Loved it here and will probably be back again soon. Highly recommend

Id rate it 5 stars but the obstacle course was closed and that is my sons favorite, they said it be back up in 2020 sometime but no specific date, call and ask before you go if this is also your kiddos favorite part. Over all it was great.

We came in for my grandsons birthday. His other gramma and I got into the line to pay while the kids and their parents signed the permission info. After the permissions were signed the parents took the kids to the bathrooms to change out of their winter gear and into gym gear, meanwhile we were still in the paying line. After admit 45 to 50 minutes the rude lady behind us (that was stop close she bumped into me 13 times) made us aware this might be a private party. The parents went to a worker as we remained in line (just in case she was wrong) and sure enough it was closed for a private party. Its very sad this was not advertised since most of the kids came from Jackson and Onondaga. There were no notifications online, on the doors ands windows, and not on the walls and front desk. This really disappointed all these kids that came in on a school night with 2 days left of school before the break. Very very disappointed.

Had a party for my 5 yr old grandson here. He loved it. Staff was excellent! Especially Jordan who was assigned to our party. Very helpful and professional. They setup and clean up the room. Will help serve the pizza if you want too. Every staff member I talked to was polite and friendly. They seem a bit pricey, but considering what the place is, Id say its about right. All the kids had a ball and were exhausted. LOL

Great place for kids and adults, Im not sure who has more fun when were here. Theres areas for small kids to play safely, and enough other equipment to keep the older kids entertained for hours. Its clean and doesnt give you the icked out vibe like leaving a germ invested ball pit. Whenever they run a special we ALWAYS buy it. It saves tons off their normal price.

Lots of different activities for all ages and skills.We have went to two birthday parties and kids of all ages can participate.

Better than the traditional jump places. They have activities that you cant find in other places. Its a little pricey though.

Took my toddlers here for the first time for toddler hour on Saturday morning. They had so much fun and are begging to go back. The adults also really enjoyed ourselves. The toddler hour is a great value and a great way to spend an hour with young children. We will definitely be back.

Reasonably priced for 1 (or more) hour of entertained children who are then tired. The music is loud and energetic the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.

Took my 4 year old grandson and we both had a awesome time. The staff were very helpful and informative! It had a great variety of things to do. The 2 things I would suggest is a little place for the smaller kids to play with the balls. The bigger kids didnt want to share. Secondly, it could have been a little cleaner, the new socks that we both bought were very dirty after walking and jumping, other than that, we had a great time!

Your kids will have an absolute blast here, but its increased in price steadily since they opened and is quite pricey now, especially that youre required to buy socks. However the monthly memberships are a good deal.

There were plenty of activities for the kids. Lots of space. The kids loved the obstacles. The monthly membership price is a great deal. We plan to come often this winter!

Great place for a family. Brought my four kids here (ages 4, 7, 10, and 12). They had a blast. It is a very big place and has a lot of unique things to play on, other than just trampolines. You can visit their website and pay online in advance, which will make the sign-in easier.

I loved going there... the only part I wasn’t very happy about because the kids there were telling me what I could and couldn’t do. But overalls I loved it!

Watch you wallet. We Signed up in September for a monthly pass for just that month. They automatically renewed it (without our permission) and continued to renew it monthly until we caught it three months later.Shading business practices.

I love coming to D5. When I went couple days ago there were a lot of kids there and it made it pretty annoying. But if you can push that aside they have a ton of options for things to do. Like dodgeball, normal trampolines, ninja course, foam pits, super trampolines, they have walls you can climb on, ect. when there arent a lot of kids running around the place is really fun.

Fun place with very bouncy trampolines. And normally fairly expensive, but with Groupon it’s extremely reasonable. I recommend checking Groupon before booking

District 5 is awesome! My 3 year old and 5 year old love it and there is just so much to do. My kids both want their birthday parties here. Pricing is great and they have toddler times also. Great place to be!!

Clean place. My kids are 5 and 6 and had a ball. I thought some of the platforms were too high for their age, but they used them with no problems. The bigger kids were not too rough in the dodge ball area. Absolutely no complaints.

Mostly great, but the adults and teenagers throwing Dodge balls hard enough to knock my son off his feet and blacken his eye are enough to keep me from coming back. If youre going to let them throw that hard, then set up times when younger kids can play - without risk of catching a line drive with their faces.

I have cereal palsy and it affects my legs. I am 21 yrs told. I made a big accomplishment today by jumping one of the long trampolines, the entire length pf it without stopping. I am so happy i was able to do that here and I will never forget it

The general manager is EXTREMELY understanding and nice! Definitely solved any issues asap, and all in a kind manner. Thats the type of customer service that can not be beat! Resolved my issue within minutes and cant wait to try Distrcit 5 again!

Great experience for first time attendee. I got a little bit overwhelmed with the lights and noise during the club 5 evening event. My crowd was the last group there and upon finding out I was as autistic they left the floor lights on and turned down the music. Awesome service very friendly and insanely fun all around.

This place is awesome! Kids absolutely love it! So much to do and it may look like they are busy but there is so much to do it doesnt feel crowded. Fun for the whole family. Staff is very attentive if anything should happen. So much fun and will be back again

My kids love this place. From dodgeball to dunking and doing flips into foam pits they can’t get enough. If you have a large group of kids and you need to exhaust them two hours at District 5 will surely put them to sleep. Staff are friendly with the kids and interactive.

Had a lot of fun watching my 6 grandkids doing different activities. Ages 21-3. What a blast. I was disappointed ️ that they couldnt give a special shout out to my granddaughter Alexis who was celebrating her 11th birthday here at their establishment.

Kids had a great time. Smaller birthday pkgs would be great....maybe minimum 5 kids instead of 10.

It was loads of fun and there was always something to do. A group would of been more fun then two people tho lol. Would love to come again.

Some of The young kids that are watching the floor are not doing their job. We were there on 1/5/2018 and my five year old was knocked down by a teenage girl. This girl and another were running from the fence to a trampoline and doing flips. The aisle they were running down was in the 6 and under area. The two girls about took out multiple kids. We brought this to the attention of the attendant. Who was just standing there smiling and staring at these two teenage girls. We tried to bring this to the attention of the management but they were too busy.Parents, if you choose to take your young kids there please make sure to watch over them. The district 5 employees might not be. Our family and friends will not be going there again. There are other places that will happily accept your money.

We always have a good time here. The staff has been friendly and courteous every time weve visited. The waiting area and bounce arena are always clean.

Its ok but i prefer going to urban air trampoline park. Urban air is More laid back no refs taking job too serious.Dodgeball area was small and officiated which took fun out of the event.Also took like 20 minutes to check in and get started. We did our waivers otw to Defy and still took forever. It also smelled like a high school gym in most areas. I wasnt impressed. I wont be back.

No matter how many times I come here I always have an amazing experience. The employees seem to really enjoy working there, Ive had great interactions with one in particular, Zach. If I was looking for part - time work, this would probably be my first stop, I know if Im looking for a place to take friends this is my number one choice. Thanks for being awesome!!

Brought my young son here for the first time and was quite impressed with everything. Its a great place to exercise and burn off energy at a decent price.The staff was friendly; they were also quick to respond to minor incidents I observed. The equipment was well maintained and seemed rather clean. The noise from the music and kids was reasonable.There were a few kids who needed to learn to share and wait their turn but the vast majority of them were fantastic. My son really loved the platform jousting activity (or whatever its called). Several older kids let him win and brought a huge smile to his face.To the young man with red hair in the green shirt (I doubt youll ever see this), my son talked about his battle with you, in particular, the rest of the weekend.To the similarly aged young lady who knocked him off twice, you reinforced what I keep telling him, that women are just as tough as men. He was excited to tell his grandparents about it the next day.We will definitely be coming here again.

District5 is the best. The kids always have a great time and they don’t even know they’re getting exercise because they’re having too much fun. And the older kids and younger kids can all have a good time and not get in each other’s way. I hear the lock-ins and the party rooms are a great value but haven’t tried those yet. Looking forward to it though!

Winter pass is a TOTAL WIN - especially for all the snow days this year! Awesome idea for all the tweens/teens too big for jump houses! Easy to use the pass and it’s a great price!Clean, fun music for jumping, and may not mean much to others but the bathrooms are very clean!

We have been several times to this location however today the staff appeared to have rules for everything there. Which is weird every time we have been the fabric that hangs from the ceiling has had knots tied into it for a swing so my girls were just simply swinging and got whistles blown at them and told they can’t be tied? Also the long running trampolines that go up to the side of the wall next to B Ball hoops my one daughter was allowed to run/jump her way to the wall but, my other one however got the whistle blown at her and told to slow down and don’t touch the red mat at the top of the slope??? I thought that’s what those were for... Not sure why the staff was so touchy today since you sign your life over to get them in!! Wish they would relax a little my daughter was terrified of any of the stripe shirts!!! Hopefully every visit won’t go like this or we won’t be back.

So much fun for kids of all ages and even the adults! Took kids that their ages ranged from 8-16 and they had non-stop fun! And the way they manage the all the participants is awesome! It was a about a hour drive for us to go, but I will say how much fun we all had, the awesome staff, how clean the place was, and the price, definitely will be back!

Kids love this place. I find it fun as well. Extremely thankful that they ran a great promotion over the summer that made it a great value. Spent a few bucks extra on one visit and it allowed them to come for one session every day for a month. This was a fun filled summer thanks to that!!

I brought my daughter and Granddaughter here and they had so much fun! I wish this would of been around when I was able. The staff is excellent! Nick, shift leader provided superior service! Price is very reasonable. I cant wait to bring my Granddaughter back. And she slept like a baby after burning off all that energy.

My family had a blast here. We used groupon and got admission cheaper. Worth it for the that price but not sure Id pay full price. Deffinently wore us out.

We had a great time! Our family had never been an as soon as we walked in a Mr. Louis was extremely helpful, polite an courdieus at explaining how everything worked and what was expected of us! Our family will most definitely be going back, as the kids are already asking when we can return!

Thats a place for all ages. Every time my friends and I go there its a great experience and great cardio if you want to workout but youre usually lazy. There are many things to try out and you could stay for multiple hours and dont even notice the time passing by. Would recommend anyone to try it.

Absolutely amazing!! Very reasonable price, and employees are energetic and extremely nice. There are multiple different areas to this place that keep the kids interested and entertained. Today was our first time having them turn off the lights and the kids absolutely loved it. Only downfall is that it can get busy, so make sure you get there early enough for the block of time you are trying to jump to make sure you get in.

A ton of fun! The kids love it, and I might actually have more fun than them! Staff is courteous and helpful, and the place is really clean given the amount of kids everywhere! They offer birthday parties with full setup. I advise buying tickets online to reserve your spot, even right before you leave the house, as they can sell out of spots quickly. Online ordering also helps you skip the line.
