Nice clean and well stocked store. Plenty of nice fresh and saltwater fish, plants too. Only complaint is lacking in coral frags but, that could be a result of COVID.

They have beautiful set up for the fish, is clean and the people who work there are friendly and they answer all your questions. I got small Angel fish, I love them!

The moment I saw about a dozen aiptasia in the coral tank I knew I wouldnt be buying anything living. Not the most proactive bunch of employees. Two stars for store cleanliness and tank/equipment selection.

Ive been looking into buying cichlids. This place is the bomb. They knowledgeable and place is super clean along the fish are super healthy. A bit on the pricey side but id rather pay the extra $$$ for a great bunch of guys who know what they are talking about .

This place is THE BEST! Wonderful customer service and their fish are the best quality. I have never had any issues with illness or dead fish. I have a pleco I bought there 8 years ago and a gourami 6 years ago and they are both still alive. Please support this small/local fish store rather than Petco etc. They really care about the fish and their customers.

The guy that was in the front wasnt very friendly (older guy). He kept telling me to ask the guys in the back when I had questions, then I asked a girl that had on a strictly fish shirt a question and she told me, I dont know ask one of the guys. She was not rude but I kept having to ask many people around to get some help.

Strictly fish is a decent store, the store is okay but they follow me around like Im a thief going to steal something and I dont very much care for that. I dont steal and this store is really small so it makes you feel very uncomfortable that they do that. If theyre that worried about people stealing from them than they should invest in a security system instead of follow their customers around like were criminals or something. That makes me not want to go there at all. They really need lighten up cuz it doesnt feel good to be treated like that at all. Im going there to spend money in their store so they should be appreciative instead of treat me like Im a criminal or something

We have a 125 gallon from Strictly and loaded it with a ton of cool fish and products. We you ask to see a cat fish, they show you 10 different kinds from cheap to rare. The reward program is great and you often have cash waiting there for you. The three owners (are all knowledgeable and friendly). Great fish shop!

I have a mbuna cichlid tank and this is the only place I know of that has a variety of fish especially harder to find fish that you dont see at every lfs. I drive from Whittier to Strictly for that reason. Ive been shopping with them off and on since they were in Orange County, Ive gone from fresh to salt and even to keeping both. I always can find a fish that other places normally dont carry or even corals. Anyhow, right now I am just keeping cichlids and Strictly is my go to LFS. I found two beautiful mbuna today that were healthy and ate right away when I placed them in my tank. You are always greeted when you go in and are told if you need anything let me know. I dont like being followed when I go shopping for fish I like to look at all the fish and take my time. Thats why I like going to strictly. Well that and they always have nice healthy fish.

One of the better stores Ive been to. I hold it in my top 3, tied for first. The selection is great, both supplies and actual fish. They have stuff I dont see anywhere else, so I dont mind driving 30 minutes to the store. Nice selection of Both fresh and marine fish. Very healthy plants and coral looks great. They also offer aquarium water per gallon and home aquarium cleaning services.Employees definitely seem to know what they are doing. The fish tanks and supplies do seem pricey though compared to large chain stores.One of my favorite aquarium fish shops, highly recommended.

Most of the fish are high on price even the small fish which shouldn’t be like that, the only problem here is out of all fish stores we have to pay taxes here when it’s time to pay, i realized I was paying $10-$15 dollars of just tax for every purchased I was making, and other fish stores have a flat rate no matter what so if you’re trying to save some extra cash I don’t recommend you coming here, definitely not me.

The employees there it seemed very helpful but we were very upset when we had to go through three different tanks of fish. Age of Aquariums on cherry not only took great care of us but they were truthful and honest. Honesty above all will bring you business because thats the last time we go there.

I had a great experience when I went there today for my first time ever. They have a much better selection of freshwater fish than any other fish store Ive been too recently. The staff member that helped me (I didnt get his name), spent a long time going over which fish might be a compatible tank mate for my community tank. He showed me a number of varieties, and he was never pushy and he didnt seem rushed. I was very impressed and I will definitely be going back.

The store is very clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. I really like the selection of fish they have there. In the front there is a giant saltwater tank that I instantly fell in love with. It was so clean I stared at it wondering if there was just air in there because thats the way it looked. The prices are a little high but they have good stock. A month ago I purchased a ryukan goldfish for my 25 gallon tank and the employee picked a fish that looked to be old and loosing its color and perhaps dying and he put it in the bag. At first I was furious and was about to say something, but he took a look at the fish and saw it was old. He said That one doesnt look too good. Here Ill get you a healthier fish I was pleased to hear this because I went to petco and it seemed they only gave me unhealthy fish. All customers were very helpful and the owner answered and question I had. I love this place and wont go to any other store. If I could I would rate this 50/5 stars. I would recommend this store to any fish hobbyist .

Called and asked if they had rainbow fish. Drove all the way there for them to tell me they are not for sell. Never again.. rude and disrespectful

Theyre good i brought a fish worth $59.00 unfortunately the fish died i calledand brought the dead fish and replaced it.

We bought a lobster, and started to leave it do other things and after when we checked again it was upside down and dead. They also are helpful but not really.

Thought one older gentleman was extremely helpful and seemed to find us entertaining, which we enjoyed.
