My kids love it, many ways to go to jump make them go crazy. Good exercise it makes them forget all about the videos games for a bit.......!!

Great for the kids! Have then run around for an hour or two and I guarantee theyll go to bed early. Price is reasonable.

Jump street is cool but it is hard to keep track of your kids as it is a bit of a labyrinth. I have a five year old and I would say that many of the play items here are a little too grown up for her age range. Nice place and clean but just not our thing. Would recommend for older kids!

My kids (11, 8, and 2) love it here. One of the few places that all of them enjoy. Not a full 5 stars because it is a bit pricey. But the place is clean and in a good area.

Kids always love coming here to play. Its overly priced and they just recently started making you buy their socks for over 3 dollars a pair. The staff is friendly but not very attentive to the children. Having spent a hundred dollars for my four kids to play for an hour in a half, I definitely wont be coming back for quite some time.

Come here often to let the kids burn off energy. Love all the trampolines. Wish there were more toddler friendly play options. Some of the equipment is in need of replacement/repair. I also think its a bit pricey. Kids love it though.

My son has been wanting to go to Jump Street for some time and we finally were able to go. The process to fill out the waiver was quick. The cost to go is not cheap, but not out of the park for what other places similar to Jump Street charge. The reason I am giving this a one start is the number of areas that require attendants vs. the number of employees to attend these areas is high and I had to ask several times to have someone come over and attend the area my son wanted to play. There are holes in the trampolines all over and several sections closed off due to the holes. The kid in charge of the dodge ball area refused to help the kids regulate the game by enforcing rules, one of the only reasons I can think of to require an attendant. My son had fun running around and playing with my wife and I, but it is not a place I will ever return to.

My child enjoyed this place, and so did I. Some staff were not friendly, but one young lady made up for it. Great place for kids to unwind and spacious, when not too busy.

I had an event here, staff was great! They have upgraded and added some stuff! Kids had a great time and didnt want to leave! Pizza and drinks a bit expensive but jumping is affordable! Eat when you leave!

Fun place. The young girl that waited on our birthday party was fun & very nice & helpful. I think the ones helping at each play area could be a little more lively plus one needed to not allow bigger kids to keep getting in front of younger kids waiting in line first. And I do not think a grown man should be allowed to play dodge ball with kids!!!! Ever! What are your rules on that?

I have been here twice. There is a good variety of things for the kids to do to challenge themselves or just have fun. It is great exercise for them and they usually meet some new friends. The kids are always really excited to come here.Some of their favorite things are the high jump onto an air mattress thing, riding the bull and the ninja challenge area. There are plenty of other things to keep them interested too.

My 5 year old loves it. $15 for kids aged than 5+ for 1 hour, but get the all day pass for $25. If you need to bring yourself a laptop/tablet to finish some work, you can and plug into the outlets along the wall with tables nearby.Several different areas to keep your child occupied; huge trampolines, bouncy castles, jumping down onto a giant balloon, etc. This place will easily wear out your child over 2 to 3 hours, and you can put them to sleep early after having won the favorite parent title for the week.

I went with my family to this location and though we had a good time, the workers were very rude and disrespectful. The two workers I am talking about, worked in the main trampoline area. They were unnecessarily rude to the kids jumping and yelled at least 6 times while we were jumping. Their tone was disrespectful and condescending towards the little kids and made them scared to jump and have fun. There was another staff member that was condescending to my little brother. He asked if he could get on the ride and she said “Does it look like there is a spot for you? No.” Just keep my experience in mind before you take a trip here with your family! They should maybe consider hiring an older staff instead of teenagers.

My son is special needs which made me a little uncertain about coming here but our experience was very good ! The staff was extremely kind and helpful the price was very reasonable and well worth every dollar ! We will definitely be coming back !

Not only has the price gone up 6$ in one year but after paying all that they had most of the things blocked off because they didnt have enough people. I asked them to open an area for my big kid and they did but with a terrible attitued towards us. We will not be back to this location.

This place is totally awesome for kids! Very well priced! $5 all day for tots. Huge facility! Great trampolines! And massage chairs for parents. Highly recommended location. They have refreshments and snacks. Basketball goal and obstacle course as well. Definitely a nice place to let the kids run.

Well its an ok place but for the price you pay they should atleast have all their stuff up to date and working I know alot to do but when they cant play with one thing out of everything they get disappointed and that bugs me they had photo booth been nice if it would have worked as well but all in all nice pricy place

Great price for under 5 yrs old. A little limited once they get closer to that age, but Im so glad they are nearby! Excellent in a pinch for physical activity.

Had a birthday party catastrophe at this place. Extremely unorganized and just a mess. Our food arrived late, cold and it was the wrong order. We had to wait over an hour for our drinks and our guests even left without eating.

I was very adamant to even come here for my sons 8th birthday . Every review I read was bad.Jumpstreet gets a 4 star for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess was awesome. My only complaint would be the invitations that electronically generate for birthdays.Invites said 2:30 -5:30 and we were told the party was over at 430. Bummer for everyone that had anticipated an extra hour of jumping. Despite that jumpstreet did an excellent job

A great place to play if you were a kid or adult. Weve always had a great time at Jump Street but surprisingly never been there when its busy. There are plenty of restaurants around to fill up after a session and the people running the place have always been friendly and helpful. I think they could create more games inside of the place but I have no idea what this place really looks like on the weekend.

Great place for kids.. reasonably priced.. staff is just young kids but they were always fantastic, super sweet and accommodating.. some of the girls were afraid to speak up but a few of the guys were really good about telling the wild children to calm down and be careful of the little ones. And never mean or anything! Just doing their job correctly. We always had a great time, and never had any issues whatsoever with the staff or anything like that.

Kids were going nuts while I leisure up on a massage chair...

So fun for my birthday

We took two toddlers here. It was about $5 each for all day, though of course they could only handle about an hour. Available to them was a trampoline zone with some bouncy balls, a small bouncy house with a slide and some obstacles to climb around, and a larger bouncy house with a large slide. The kids enjoyed themselves, but definitely get knocked around by older kids (not faulting the older kids, but the younger ones are going to be run through a bit, especially with the older siblings hanging with their younger brothers and sisters). We went on a Saturday morning and there were probably about twenty kids there at that time.

My two girls really like coming here. Its a nice way to tire them out. Little cheaper during the week and the staff, while young, is usually pretty nice and helpful. We go weekly.

Went for a birthday party on a Monday night. The place was empty. Teen doing the party area nice.

First time here with my family. Greeted by a rude employee who also rang us up Joe. M not a very friendly guy! I thought we would be able to jump together as a family and unfortunately we were separated my 3 year old had to jump alone, we could not jump with him he was very upset. My 5 year old was able to jump on some of the stuff with us. I do not consider it a family fun day since we had to be separated.

If google did 1/2 stars I might go 3.5 on this place. I see people slamming them about being dirty... Im sensitive to sloppy housekeeping and it seemed well maintained to me. The facility is very large and if youre looking for trampolines they have them but thats about it. There were a total of 3 inflatables and a separate bounce area with 3 trampolines for my little ones that are 5 & 7. The inflatables were a little tired and could use replacement. The video arcade is a joke, what you see in the pictures is all of it. The kids were tired after an hour and I was ready to go so the $20 spent wasnt a total loss.Also worth noting, I could have paid for myself and jumped with the girls in the main area so Im not sure what people are talking about with wild age restrictions, I think the main area was 4+ in age. My girls held hands and jumped around the whole time we were there, maybe its just luck of the draw on staff that happens to be working. Everyone seemed friendly but I wasnt there for a party and didnt have extended interaction with the staff.Not sure if Id go back, maybe if we were in the neighborhood and felt like burning off some energy and $20.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here yesterday. It was great for a stress-free birthday. The process was organized and the kids had a blast. Jumpstreet facility was nice and clean and suprisingly uncrowded. You can bring in your own cake and ice cream, but not other food. We ordered their pizza, and it was good.

Go here frequently. The people here are generally very friendly and helpful. Lots of people think it is over priced but it is average compared to other trampoline parks. It also is less busy than the other locations. Trampolines are very long which is a plus and the other activities are fun. My favorite trampoline park in Colorado

Big open space inside, lots of room for kids to run, lots of stuff to jump and climb on. Great for birthday parties, be forewarned that their pizza is pretty pricy, but it sure beats having the party at your own house and having the kids jump on the couch.

The workers are rude I guess you cant play with your 16mo old child on the trampolines they tell you just to stand off to the side so what do you supposed to do if the child gets hurt and how are you supposed to play..

My girlfriend and I had a great time remembering what it is like to be 12 years old again. However, jumping on a trampoline is more physically taxiing than it looks. We felt like we had a great workout within the first 4 minutes. This is a good date site for couples looking for some inclement weather fun.

Bait & SwitchThe phone system advertises the pricing for a 6 year old at 7.99/hr on Friday, Saturday, Sunday...When you arrive they say it’s “old pricing” and are unwilling to honor the advertised pricing. Unfortunately for me I drove down from Conifer with my 6 year old.When they switched the price on me to double price... I had to walk away with my 6 year old bawling.Horrible customer service standards. We’ll NEVER come back!

The facility was nice as far as equipment. The two girls working however, were more worried about socializing with each other than anything else. They were rude and even yelled at my 4 year old daughter that was just super excited to be there. They were annoyed when my son asked to go into different areas. My sister(who is a manager at the Yard House) recommended them and sends families over there but after this experience, I highly doubt she will again. Not impressed at all.

Went go jump street expecting to have family fun! Traveled from pueblo just to go here!!!! Thought we as adults could jump and have fun with the kids. But its sectioned off and kids under 7 on trampolines and on the ones adults could go on, the kids couldnt. And didnt even know that until we tried to go jump and saw a sign. Then asked a worker of adults could jump and he told us that! So my husband was willing to hold our toddler so I could be a kid and jump in the fun looking foam pit only to find out I needed a band. Wait what? We paid at the door. Employees dont explain anything, went in confused and left confused. Cant get on the bounce house anything. I mean only $5 to get in, but we couldnt do anything. Not even allowed on bounce houses. Wont make another trip to this place. Will find another indoor trampoline spot thats family friendly. And treats us like customers explaining their processss. 2 stars because my daughter did have fun for a while.

Bottom line: This place does not care about the safety of children.We attended as a part of a toddler birthday party.First of all, I found a part of a screw in one of the bounce houses. How does that happen?As ice cream was being served, my 1.5 year old noticed the trampolines behind the lunch tables. She went running and ran right into the floor to ceiling plexiglass despite my best effort to stop her. To be clear, there is no distinction that it is plexiglass. There are no decals, stickers or anything on the glass. She wound up with a huge welt on her head. This is her most serious injury to date.Having unmarked plexiglass might be fine for older kids but if you’re hosting parties for toddlers, you should protect them from incidents like this happening. Apparently, this isn’t the first time a child has run into the glass.Further, the only staff member that appeared to care was the one who got us a bag of ice. He ran from his serving post to fill a ziplock with Ice. Not a single staff member came over to check in on us.As we were leaving I asked to speak with the managers. The two managers barely even uttered an apology and agreed there should be something on the glass. Their solution was to ‘let their gm know’. Very disappointing.I would never recommend this place nor attend any function there again. It’s pretty simple: safety first. This place obviously does not care about the population it serves. If it did the facility would be safer and staff would actually care about the welfare of the children.

Had to plug a.t.m in just to use it then the soda/water machines didnt take any of the bills I fed them. Then it ripped my bill. The place was dirty bathrooms disgusting and obviously ran by teenagers not doing their jobs. Wont be back to this location.

The place looks nice with some great looking trampoline space. But as has been mentioned, some of the staff are hypervigilant about the parents. I mean, come on, give me some credit for knowing that, if I do a full bounce with my adult body right next to my 3 year old, hes going to go flying. But not letting my feet leave the trampoline at all?The prices are bit extreme. But my main complaint is the signs that say No outside food allowed including water bottles. First of all, if your business plan relies on me buying your cardboard pizza, you arent going to last long. But fine, I leave my kids sandwich at home. But no water bottles? Sorry, Ill wait for you to get hit by your first lawsuit because some kid gets dehydrated because they cant have a water bottle nearby unless YOU sell it to them. Meanwhile, I will keep bringing my kids water bottles in.Finally, they dont have their hours on their voice mail message and the hours posted on this Google website are not correct. I pointed this out to one of the desk people last week when several of us showed up an hour early and I was told, Thats a Google mistake. Its not our problem. Well, since Google is one of the largest search engines in the world and it is misdirecting your customers, it IS your problem.

I visited jump street tonight with my 4 and 3 year old. When I was ready to pay so my kids can finally have fun the two boys at the counter didnt bother to even acknowledge me, instead they continued on with their conversation. When I finally spoke up and said my kids are ready to jump, one boy finally turned around and rung me up. He was super rude to me, grabbed my kiddos stickers and threw them at me! There was NO ONE in the earthquake area besides myself and my children, I stepped one foot on the trampoline only to hang with the kids, not jump, and within seconds got yelled at! My kids love it here, but every time we come back I remind myself why I dislike this place!

All three kids had a great time!! Just didnt like that the vending machine with the water bottles didnt work.

I went to play with my children here but they werent allowed to jump on the adult trampolines and Im not allowed to jump on the kids trampoline. Thats no fun. Overpriced, over hyped! We sign a waver that if anything happens to the kids or yourself YOU ARE responsible any way, shape or form SO WHAT ID YHE BIG DEAL?? but yet there is so many rules still. You cant even bring in your own water in a water bottle.

Trampolines are a good time, but this place is what it looks like when corporate America gets involved. Too many rules and not enough fun. Staff was nice, place is clean. But they wont let you jump with your kids, have some arbitrary rules on age limits and even the foam pit is no fun to jump into.
