I would not waist my time shopping in this community. Me and my wife stopped by and the community manager was rude. Its an older community with lots of single wide homes in the community. And the corporation that owns it does not care about their residents based off of talking to some residents that where hanging out around the pool when we dropped by to talk to the manager. And the person that referred us (JUDY AUSTIN) is a pathological lair. She is a resident at this community.

Nice place to live. A great bunch of residents. Lots of fun activities.

As a newly relocated resident to FL, I have desperately sought the assistance of Miss Deanna and the rest of the team at Beacon Colony Hill! I feel as if they genuinely care about your needs being fulfilled and certainly hope to be able to call Beacon Hill home once we have completed the entire process... hopefully even a permanent residence sooner than later ~ thank you for all of your efforts Deanna and Eric...!

Mgmt lost dont obey own rules. They say one thing and dont do it. They keep trying to charge you extra.Best advise that I can give is read the rules before you even think of living there. I was a real estate broker so I know some laws. They charge rent on taxes against law.They are the worst managers I have ever met!!!

Went by to check on purchasing a trailer, the place is very clean, staff is open and hospitable.

New management. Expect many good things from the new Community Manager. Has a lot going for him and his associates. Good team in place.

My mother in law is here and lives it. Very nicely kept community full of sweet people

Great lookingbplace to live. They have activities and a beautiful pool area.

Great day for a craft fair

Nice the management was very helpful and made us feel like they wanted us to live there. Gave us alot of information about the residence will definitely follow up with them.

Homes for sale at reasonable prices, great shuffleboard and good location near shopping.

I live here, as my grandmas caregiver. Its a great park, great amenities,& friendly neighborhood.

Great well kept community. Everyone waves or says hi when you pass by car or on foot. Jackie, the manager, is a super person
