This is one of the nicest 55+ communities around. The people here are genuinely caring. Its a real community! The grounds are lovely and there are all kinds of activities planned for the residents.

I care for an elderly friend here. He paid 500 a month for his lot rent. Amenities such as water and sewer are NOT included. After he died, I needed help with turning off the sprinkler and such. The manager NEVER called me back. When I went to the office, the sales team told me that if you are not here to buy a home then I should leave. The management sucks. However, the folks who live in the community are kind and nice. It’s quiet and clean but expensive.

If you live here you better either be a yankee or like yankees, because thats all who lives here. However they are all very friendly but the management isnt as friendly. There are also quite a large amount of rules but the place is clean well-kept and nice and pleasant for a trailer park. :)

Nice 55+ park. Affordable....kind of. $500 a month lot rent. Plus utilities. The park has lots of rules. Im ok with rules. Rules are selectively applied. So be nice. The ads say its a gated community. Truth is there is a gate thats closed at night. On site sales is commission driven so go for your best price.Management is unprofessional and rude. Unresponsive and useless.
