It is not bad but their is nothing to do here besides walk around with sum friends and they dont open the pool the roads were messed up but they finally fixed them and its good other than that oh and the lady that works here is mad rude to a lot of people

Quiet and clean place to live in

I really want to move into the citrus grove mobile home park because I feel as if the trailers are worth the money and you can save there. They just put new trailers out there and interested in one. However Ive been calling for about 2 weeks now and received no response after leaving voicemail after voicemail. Guess they are not worried about renting out places, dont even know how they have tenants. Makes me wonder how you get ahold of them when you need something fixed. Its aggravating as all get out. But I did hear they are in office during rent time. So seeing that its the first hopefully i get a call back.

Office is never openUpdate: I have now lived in citrus Grove mobile home park for 6 months, it isowned and operated by the same people as enchanted Grove, I have yet to speak with or meet Deb the park manager, I have never been given a lease or rental agreement. I have tried calling the office and the voicemail box is now full and unable to accept messages. The steps leading into my trailer are about to collapse at any time and I am told the new trailers with no tenants take priority over the rented trailers for new steps. I have a water leak and am unable to reach the office to request maintenance for it. If you see looking to move in here I wish you the best of luck.

This is no place to live. Yeah its cheap but the manager (Deborah Dill) is a heartless person. Also she has soo many snitches in the park they are as follows. Matty (Deborahs mother... she pay 50 $ of her rent) Teresa Stewart (Deborahs sister) also known as Diane … Margaret elher also known as peggy... if you live there or never come across any of these people named above. Be prepared to have the whole entire park know your business!!! Deborah will take your rent money and then file eviction papers on you. Especially if you do not play by her rules. Ive seen this happen with my own eyes I would not recommend for a dead animal to live in this trailer park... fyi citrus grove mobile home park is also managed by Deborah. My mother lived in enchanted for 4 years and had no park violations or write ups. She fell behind in rent by one month. The lake Wales care center was more the willing to pay the rent for my mom. Deborah told my mom that she would work with the care center... witch turned out to be a lie ( Deborah does that a lot). Deborah then went and filed eviction papers on my mom who mind you is on a fixed income.

Management sucks and discusses personal business with other tenets. Management also had a resident personally attack me while trying to move a relative out.

You may tear your car up driving I the road. Large pot holes every where

Left deposit for a mobile home. Been staying in hotel for 3 weeks. Running out of money. Will have to live on the street with wife and 2 small children. They never return phone calls or text messages.

The roads are awful Management really needs to look into having them totally redone not just filling in the pot holes.

Place needs alot of work

This place is disgusting. After three months of waiting for a promised unit, calling every day to check on the staus of said unit and even stopping in once a week to see interior remodeling, we called to find out that our unit was given to someone else. This has left us homeless with a small child. The fact that the lady who runs this place doesnt ever respond to messages left and that nothing was communicated to us is morally reprehensible. Do not waste your time, money and patience on this place. If zero stars were available that would have been my rating. Heartless.
