Very Clean neighborhood and is also very quiet! Nice views of the Lake nearby! Right in the middle between Downtown and the Shops at Lake Havasu, so its relaxed atmosphere is enjoyed or close enough for entertainment! Know someone there? Time to enjoy a visit!

Love living here. Super friendly neighborhood, fresh lemon, orange and lime trees. Always someone to kayak with on the lake. Or, play cards or dominos.
