A great place to stay if you are going to visit Havasu. People are very nice here.

The people that work there are very nice,security, maintenance and the office.they want to help.

This place will always and forever have a special place in my heart, and my upbringing. So family oriented and peaceful and free. Riding around on golf carts recieving hellos and smiles from each fellow neighbor. Beautiful nights and memories in the pool. I love this place this is a place called home.

Nice place. Pool is a little small, but new. Security is great. Some weekend warriors are very loud and do not respect quiet hours. However, security deals with the issues quickly. Location on island is ok, but not near water like sister property.

I have been staying at BeachComber Estates for almost 8 months now and I love it! They had just finished remodeling their club house with a brand new pool and spa, they also just put in a new gate which definitely makes me feel more secure and with the guard house and 24/7 security guard, I always feel safe. They also have 3 washers and dryers available. The people that are here are also very nice, whenever I am driving around the park, people always wave and say hello. During the winter they have meetings every week and a monthly calendar is posted on the website showing all of the activities within BeachComber Estates that are going on that month. I love the service here and I am so glad I am staying here.

Great new pool, great location, very friendly community, safe, quiet

Rules are not fairly enforced, Jim Hill, the owner, is weak and is swayed by others. The park only enforces rules when it to their advantage. The place is over priced, The lot fees are around $700.00 a month and you have no access to launch ramps or views. You are just throwing your money away to a poorly managed park. Tenants are like a High school clique mentality, buy in town if you can.

This is where I stay when Im in Lake Havasu. Wish I could live here.

Too many rules and regulations. Pool very,very small. Pervert owner watches women at pool with cameras. Used to slot better with other owner.

Well kept. Clean and friendly.
