Why even bother having a website or a phone number, nobody ever answers down there, ever!! Ive been trying to inquire about a space for two weeks with no return call. Smh!

Has a lot of potential but current condition is less than ideal. There is no manager or employee on site, ever! Another camper showed us our site and said someone would be around in a day or two. You have to call and leave a message.Water pressure is horrible and the laundry facilities are terrible! We were there 3 weeks and never spoke to a live person, only on the phone.On the positive side, its quite and roomier than most of the other RV parks in the area, but a few miles from town.

Website allow you to pick site out, reserve it, then says for $25 will guarantee your site...??? I did this and paid on CC. Got to park and guess what? Bait and switch- wanted to put me in another spot. Told them I paid for the guaranteed fee for specific site and if they dont honor it, Im leaving and give me $$$ back...we will see if the credit the CC in a few days.Update...yes they refunded the $25 fee. Put me in a nicer spot on end with view and no neighbor on awning side...lovely. Original spot turned out to be really small and crowded, Owners must have realized my trailer wouldnt fit and moved me. Park is ok as they have lots of permanent dilapidated trailers with poor folks living there...nice location though by walmart and homedepot and lots of atv riding right next door. Dry camp / boondocker area right down the street with freeloaders living in trailers so if you need to live like this, this is the area! Nice areas to walk dog in back in the federal wildlife area. Great warm weather for February/march....ill be back.
