Cicis is an all-around good pizza, and you cant go wrong with any of the default options. Make sure to take food to go, mask wearing is essentially nonexistent in the store.

The cashier was very nice and very professional. After I walked in I realize there were ceiling tiles missing over part of the buffet area. When I spoke with the manager about the possible issues of dust and dirt falling from the open area in the cieling on to the food he did not seem concerned. The response he gave me was Thats what the sneeze guard is for dirt and dust cant fall on the food. After this I looked around the building there was condensation dripping from every air conditioning duct. As well as most of the tiles around the vents had mold growing on them!

Everything is closed! We could not order pizza from our usual pizza shops so we decided to give CiCis a try. Sadly, I was disappointed in not only my pizza but also the customer service. I ordered the cheese stuffed crust with all the toppings. The crust and bottom of the pizza were mostly cooked but the dough beneath my toppings was so raw that it was a stringy, gooey, mess of rawness. I also ordered cinnamon rolls with extra icing. The icing was not in a container on the side, (as I would have expected) it was dripping out the box onto the other pizza boxes and everywhere! To top it off... the cinnamon rolls were also raw. When I called to inform the manager of this, I was told theyve been cooking stuffed crust pizza all day and no one else has called to complain. She told me to put my pizza in the oven and cook it longer. Wow! Where has quality and customer service gone? I wont make this mistake again.

Stopped by today the place looks amazing the pizza was good they had one that tasted a little off like Ragu pizza sauce maybe a new sauce they using the cinnamon rolls were a little hard on the top and undercooked really doughy in the center over all had a great lunch

Food is great and so is the price.Some machines in the game room eat your money though. Still going back

Pizza was mediocre. Most of them had pretty tough crust, but on the up side, they will make you any type of the pizza you request and the place had been recently remodeled with an expanded game room

Had a good late lunch. Surprised they actually had a buffet line available. The new game room is really cool they needed something like that, the games were fun, expensive though and they arent printing tickets right now.

A few years back me and my family used to eat here a lot then slowly stopped due to lack of satisfaction with service and food. However I am proud to say they have made an amazing comeback, while they serve great quality at your request, the new general manager is a class act, very helpful, and will do anything to put a smile on your face and make sure your needs are met. I 100% request that you go give this place a shot, you won’t be let down.

It was great!!! Brought a small birthday party here (7 people) and we all ate for about $65 for all food and drinks. I was impressed. Nice and clean. Gave the kids tokens back that the arcade machine stole. If you dont see what you like, ask. They will make a new type of pizza for the buffet. Loved it.

They really out did themselves. You can eat in the dining area and watch your child in the play area on big screens.

Awesome since they redid the facility. Kids had a blast in the arcade.

Great service and food at CiCis! We had gone many times in the past but had not been in several months because it seemed as though the service and cleanliness of the facility were going in the wrong direction. We went last Sunday and it seemed to be a completely different atmosphere! They allowed us in early and let us start with salads. They also took our special requests. We enjoyed the service and food so much that we returned again this week! Same great experience! The manager goes out of his way to greet you and make sure that all is well! They are definitely heading in the right direction and have made some wonderful improvements!

WOW double WOW what a great place to get your pizza fix!! The staff and owner are personal and always great you with a smile!!! And the pizza is always fresh and plentiful!! We walk in and our special request is in the oven before we can even ask. So the next time you have a pizza craving go check them out!!!

It’s the second time this week we visited the Lake Charles location!!!! Everyone is so sweet and very helpful!!!! They can make any pizza you want. You just have to create it first!!! The manager make sure to go out his way to see if you are enjoying your food!!! We love this place!!!

The owner legitimately cares about his customer base. The pizza is of good quality and is priced very reasonable. My family will continue to visit our local Cicis for many years to come.

Hands down the best CiCis I have been too. Clean, food was hot, staff was attentive. The manager made sure to ask everyone (including the kids) if there was anything special he could make every time they came up to the buffet. As busy as they were tonight (and it was pretty slammed) they made sure to keep the budget stocked and immediately jumped on every special request. Definitely recommend this location.

This is a nice place to bring your kids and now it is fix up very nice the game room and the party room is very nice. The only thing that they need is and ice cream machine.

Its been years since I have ate here and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good, the service was excellent and management was committed. I brought 7 kids and they all left full and happy.

Definitely cleaned up the place. The staff is wonderful. My fiance and I go to CiCis almost every Sunday for about six months. The quality of food and services have improved in my opinion. One of my favorite pizza places that doesnt give me heartburn and thats a bonus in my book.

Best cinnamon rolls ever

The manager was excellent, pizza was good and tables were clean. The owner (James English) was incredible, he came up and talked to the customers and gained my trust personally. I will definitely be back.

Always plenty of fresh hot pizza, fresh salad bar. The variety was great. And they even make custom pizzas and low carb pizza bowls. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful.

I LOVE CiCis buffet, something for everyone in the family! Since the Covid-19 ordeal started, we’ve been patiently waiting for it to reopen. Finally we can go back but they decided to start remodeling the inside NOW? You don’t go to CiCis to get one pizza through the drive-thru... Horrible decision on the business side, could not have worse timing...

There wasnt much of a verity. Would have been better if they had more of the basics that younger kids prefer. But they were fairly quick about putting requests out. But the main issue is how high the games cost and not mention a lot of them werent working properly.

Very good pricey pizza, you wouldn’t find food for that price in Switzerland!! The Employees are welcoming and super nice, Cici’s has het best stuff in whole Lake Charles. Try the chicken wings or boneless wings, which come in different flavors.. so yummyy yummy!!

I frequent Cicis a lot and its a Wonderful Restaurant, but they are really slacking lately, they dont answer the phone, they dont answer the window, the kids that work there are sometimes unsupervised an playing around, but as long as the owner James is there everything runs great, me and my family have experienced a lot of foolishnesss when hes not there!Please dont get me wrong I love this place it has come a long way but I think some of the younger workers need a little more supervision I need to take their

Havent been in a long time. Food was good. But since I only like pepperoni or meat, they really needed to have a lot of pepperoni out, there were only 1 of each out and everyone loves those 2 kind.

The food and selection are great! The staff was great as well. Everything was clean and nicely presented. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the type of games available for the kids. The game room was nice and I liked the concept. However, the games and machines inside were not interesting at all. While I was there, I had my 4 kids ranging in age from 10 years old to 18 months. There was also other kids around 2 years old to 13 years old. None of them seemed interested or drawn to the games and got bored fast. Thats the only improvement I seen they could make. Overall, great place and food. One of our favorites for me and my kids.

Pizza delicious!!! Need more variety.Chicken Alfredo is yummy!! Lettuce had hair in it. That part removed but never removed rest of lettuce .Cashier was kind... small girl with brads with blonde tips....Condensation dripping on floor from ceiling. No wet floor signs...Tables were not wiped good in section by exit door.

You can tell its under new ownership. The restuarant was clean, the food was good and we felt welcome.

Visited on March 8th. Place was FILTHY!!! Just couldn’t get pass how disgusting it was in there.

Did not have a good variety of pizzas. Tables dont get wiped very well. Pasta noodles should be fresh every so often. Not cold from sitting in the same pot for who knows how long. Could use some new cups.

I go to the one in lake Charles. The owner knows what my daughter wants and I get the pepperoni alfredo. She gets a pasta salad from the salad bar and he makes it for her. He has it done before we are finished paying. Lol. I love going here and relaxing and enjoying my pizza with a sweet tea. Its the best.

I love to place an order to go...place it in my oven and cook for 10 minutes more at home. Delicious.

My first time meeting here but it wont be my last. The place is nice and clean, you get greeted with a smile. Nice atmosphere, great for couples, friends, and family. His pizzas are not only fresh what the door was really delicious. I asked for sending crispy, and I got it as I ordered, the first time. Those are that have been there know what Im talkin about oh, those that have not been there you need to find out what Im talkin about. Bottom line, see for yourself, without a doubt you will agree.

Friendly workers. When I got there they promptly got my order and allowed us to sit quickly. Very clean restaurant. They ran out of the Buffalo chicken pizza that I love and quickly made me another one. Restroom was also clean as well. Staff worked together and quickly to make sure everyone had what they needed and wanted for their dinner. I was very impressed.

The place has always been really good but with this new owner it was awesome... Good job to the new guy.... Staff was excellent. Great concept but it could be implemented a bit better and the place needs freshening up. There should always be pasta and sauce, the salad and dressings need to be full, heat the pizza to be sure it is all very hot and offer a veggie pizza--the toppings are already there from the salad bar prep: onions, peppers, olives, broccoli, tomatoes, etc. Keep the tables wiped down and the floor clean. Also one of the large TV screens seems to be shot. Again, cute idea.
