Best place for family, my child enjoy it every time that visited

Such a fun family environment! I like the remodel its more open and there are more games. Chuck E. was fun and entertaining and the staff was friendly. We will be back!

Great place to spend time with your family on a rainy Saturday. Our whole family had a good time.

The atmosphere was great. I miss the stage and all the characters that used to be up there then again thats very 90s now a days. There is a light up dance floor that my son got groovy on. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because its a bit pricey. Fun will be delivered so it was a close tie between 4 and 5 stars.

Kids love it here, pizza is always good and hot. Wish there were more things for smaller kids to do, maybe if they would add the tunnel play area like they used to have but then again that might cause issues. Overall good place to bring your kids.

Had my daughters 1st birthday party here and we loved every second of it. Destiny was our hostess and she was very attentive to our needs. I didnt have to life a finger to do nothing she did everything for us. We will definitely give her another party there. And you get a lot for your money.

Its a good place to go with kids for pizza and games! Some locations are better than others. They now serve beer and wine for adults. They also have salads and gluten free pizza.

I had my sons birthday party here! It was amazing! The staff were awesome and the pizza was great along with the unlimited play during the 2 hours of the party.

This place has good food and a lot of fun! I like the stamps at the door idea. The layout is great and its easy to let the older kids play while you sit. As a pretty protective parent, I really enjoy the fact that I can watch my kids play while I sit. Im a single mother of 4 kids and so being able to let the older ones play while I sit with the baby and I can watch them is a big plus for me! Also, they have the cool dance floor that the kids love. And the mouse comes out and rallies all the kids and throws them tickets and takes pictures with them. Really interactive place! Great place for wearing out hyper or very active kids. Mine always falls asleep on the way home or as soon as we get home!

My sister hosted my nieces birthday party here and it was a much better experience than I remember when I held my sons party at another location 6 or 7 years ago. The new time cards used for games instead of tokens is a great way to play. The birthday attendant was on-point, upbeat and graciously helpful. The young man really seemed to enjoy his job and went above and beyond to ensure that our day went smoothly which is outstanding. He is definitely an asset to the company which is hard to find in young workers these days. Hats off to Chuck E. Cheese!

Reserved my sons 3rd birthday party here, EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT! From the simple,INEXPENSIVE, reservation process to the cleanup at the end, I couldnt have possibly asked for a better experience! We were assigned a party host,and she took care of ALL our needs, above and beyond expectation! I will FOREVER have my kids parties here(heck,even my own!) And will continue to recommend them at every opportunity! It was FUN, EASY, and COAT EFFECTIVE! Chuckee Cheese in Lake Charles is the BEST!

Really nice place, very clean. It was very busy the day we went but it didnt feel crowded and there was plenty of room to sit.

Kids had! As far as the birthday party areas its too crowded!! Also machines where down to cash in tokens so it took forever then once that was done young lady lady behind counter was very ugly to the kids while deciding what they want even told them to hurry up!! There was a sweet young lady that gave my baby boy a rubber ducky cause we lost his toy!

Been to the house of cheese plenty of times but this was the first time it wasnt slammed with a butt load of people it was a nice Thursday evening with very few people and the pizza was very good and staff was super friendly.

Took my 3 year old for his bday. And had one employee that went above and beyond his duties. Made sure my son had balls in the crane game fixed a machine that ran out of tickets and especially went out of his way pulling benches out to find pictures that we lost and couldnt find he did my wife was heartbroken they were lost but this employee JOEL found them,thank you to JOEL.he made it where Id defiantly come back again.

Pretty fun place. The best part is that you can pay for time (like unlimited games for an hour) instead of tokens. Biggest set back is that they just remodeled and went to a card system instead of tokens, but kept the physical tickets! Im not a big fan of manually adding tickets to a machine that may or may not work. I lost about 100 tickets because the ticket counting machines glitched.

Its a little small, was expecting it to be bigger since its located in lake charles. Prizes are really not worth the amount of tickets. 1 tootsie roll was 15 tickets. However, the kids were happy and enjoyed their time and thats really all that matters.

They really stepped their game up. Now offering beer and wine. Light up dance floor for kids having partys, more new games, flat screens coming from the ceiling. Will definitely be back

Seems like the only place in town to bring kids to have fun and just be kids. For that reason I enjoy this place. We need more places in Lake Charles for kids to play at.

Clean, friendly, and finally good quality food. I was impressed with the food and our personal party assistant that was very helpful. A year ago if someone would have even mentioned this place I would have made a sour face but I can honestly say if my daughter would want next years party there I would be ok with it.

Since the recent upgrade to this Chuck E. Cheese, I think its an Awesome place to take children. It has a wonderful atmosphere. The food is a bit expensive to say its a childrens place, but overall I Love it!

Half the games were broken. We literally had one break while we were there. We usually love Chuck E Cheese, but this location was just disappointing.

They need more adult staff present.

Was great to bring the kids to. With the new time system they have for playing games, its made it easier and much cheaper for the entire family.

Some of the games were not working or didnt have tickets. I wish I coulda got a brief into on what to do. This was my first time at Chuckie cheese since I myself had been at maybe age 6 and I am now 33. Had no clue about the little debit cards ( I remember tokens) so I had to figure that out on my own.

The new minutes plan is the best deal!! 2 hours for $25!

Many of issues.1: no games for the older kids! Its mainly just for kids under 10.2: 3 games were not working & the games that did work had NO TICKETS.3: we didnt eat simply because we didnt have enough and honestly am happy we didnt. I seen about half of pizzas still being on the table with napkins on it. So Im sure the customers were left already.I wont be taking my niece and nephew again.

Just had my nephews birthday there. Would not go back again. Most of the machines that gave tickets werent dispensing. Skiball games were missing balls, same issue with basketball. One machine even had the token dispenser hanging out and anyone could shake it for free tokens. The staff couldnt be bothered to help with anything.

We had a blast. Food was delicious, we had the sampler platter and a pizza.

Same games, same over price food and over price gifts. The amount of money parents pay initially for food and game card, the ticket prizes should be less expensive. I would understand if the large items were quality items, but they are nothing more then shopping at the dollar store.

The games were fun, food was good, but the amount of tickets required to even get a toosie roll is unbelievable. If they lower the amount of tickets needed for a price, this place would get 5 stars.

Pizza tasted horrible. Very expensive. Then the games ran out of tickets 4 times on one game. Prizes are great for tickets prices. Good thing only go once a year.

Babys birthday party.. Great chuck e came Out like 3 times and played with the kids!!

The waiter there for the birthday party was the absolute best. He went above and beyond. We wanted to tip him extra but they only allow cash tip so fyi bring cash to help out the waiters. The games were great my 1.5 was able to participate in some games and my 3.5 year loved it. Everything was set up super convenient. The chuckie mouse wasnt very enthusiastic but the kids didnt notice lol the birthday cake provide was delicious. The package deal is the way to go just show up and everything is ready. And no clean up! The card swipe for token was also convenient. Anyway 5 stars all the way, especially for our server!

Love this location, not usually crowded. Service is hit or miss. All Chuck E. Cheese locations I’ve noticed could have better/cleaner restrooms but otherwise food was good! Been several times will return

Our kids love this place. Weve had numerous birthday parties here and the experience has always been great. My only complaint is that there always seems to be a few games/rides that are broken. This kinda scars and otherwise perfect experience. Id love to see them less reluctant to make speedy repairs. =)

Always a hit for the kids (and adults too!) They offer a small salad Bar, pizzas and other menu items. Kids can play games, win tickets and exchange for prizes. A bit pricey as all places like this are. We have visited this location several times and recently it has been even better - Clean & all staff was very friendly and helpful!

Kids loved the games, however they barely stock the buffet and after letting two families pay for buffet they waited 20 minutes to put any food on it then filled it with 3 pizzas and closed it after 20 more minutes. (We go to eat... games are just a bonus... If you sell me a buffet meal fulfill it! $80+ to share 3 pizzas with another family is not a buffet!) Terrible service and everything is overpriced... will be a loooong time before I give this place a try again.

Staff AMAZING! Establishment very clean.Salad bar was very nice. Restrooms outstanding! Cleanest carpet in toqn The entertainment was AWESOME! Chuckee perform for a few kids and about an hour later He performs to a larger group of kids. Took pictures. Gave away free tickets. My little group of 5 left satisfied. BTW I read a bad review about the games half broken, NOT TRUE! If there was any problem with the machines the staff was right there. Visit yourself! The Staff rocks they even had me smiling. Im a bitter old lady.

Brought my 2 yr old granddaughter there today. Employees were friendly, everything was nice & clean. Food (pizza & wings) were awesome, as always! Brought back a lot of memories, my 2 boys (now 26 & 17) had a whole lot of good times as well as birthday parties at this same location. I look forward to making more memories with our precious granddaughter.

Pretty clean. Pizza was poor quality. Customer service was barely a thing. Machines were poorly maintained. The establishment should be ashamed to be tarnishing this name that shows on its cups that they are celebrating 40 years of fun. Im surprised to see this place still open. Its name is really the only thing it has going well for itself.

Great place to bring your kids for fun and birthday partys

A lot of the games were either out of tickets or broken and the whole place was messy. We only stayed about 30 minutes before wanting to leave.

Just renovated they got this deal to were you can use a card for tokens or for time I always go for time o have 3 kids and the all have fun just whit one card the trick whit this is to move fast sharing the same card

Busy great for kids but cost alot

Overall, this is a great place to bring kids. They kids are going to love it here. There are plenty of games with a good range to keep those at a younger age busy and even younger teenagers. The pizzas are good, if not a little plain, but this is understandable since it is marketed towards children.On the other end of the spectrum--the reason(s) for only three stars--there is a lot of room for improvement. Starting with the fact the entire place could use a remodeling. Nothing has been updated since the 90s and its painfully obvious. All of the Chuck E. Cheese videos and music are from that era and constantly playing as a reminder. The games are also dated. Those that have graphics as part of the game play are incredibly behind-the-times. Is it no wonder most kids want to stay home and play on their XBOX or PlayStation?The staff are usually helpful, but could use some motivation. It seems they are paid minimum wage, because that is the level of service they always to provide--just enough. This is far more directed at the company and its culture than the staff, because it is more than likely prevalent at every location.All in all, this place is great for a casual afternoon out with the kids when the weather is hot, especially if they love pizza. If they paid a little better and offered the staff something in the way of motivation, along with an update to the store itself, I think this could be a far better experience. With the price paid for the experience (not cheap when tickets, pizza, and prizes are all factored together) the store deserves this, along with the people that go there for the experience and events.

Great staff, fun games, and awesome safety for children but the cost and points over ticket ratio is horrible my husband played a couple games and got 1000 point got two tickets. And in those I only got 20 to 60 and got two tickets .The ones I have been to in my past my husband would have gotten at least 25 to 50 tickets

Pizza was delicious as usual. They were understaffed (we went on a field trip with my 6 year olds class and they knew of the event ahead of time) so machines needing attention took a while as did the line to cash in tickets (only 1 person working prizes). Over all my son had a blast and we of will return.

I have Visited This Location Many Times, And I have To say, Im Impressed With The Food And Service Here. The Workers Are VERY Nice! The Food And Games Are great! One of The Best Pizza Places Ive EVER Visited. I
