Excellent place for children to bounce out their energy while they also get to explore their imaginations! On the plus, YES! Adults are more than welcome to jump too! Also a great idea for birthday parties

This is a great place to take my kid when weather is cold. There has been a few times where the metal bars have not been covered though but other than that its good

Extremely large bounce area & recreational activities (relating to bouncing). Small arcade adds a nice touch. Staff is not there a-lot, so take precautions. Overall, a fun place to go

Kids had a blast

Trampolines in good shape, but the jump area is ridiculously hot no matter what time of year it is. They dont seem to be able to get a handle on what they need to do to make it comfortable in there. Second birthday party weve been to here, and this one seemed set up better, but not well checked up on. There werent enough paper products, and the person dealing with check ins and parties couldnt be found. No adult there working at all or if there was, they werent present.

I dont feel like they even deserve 1 star but it made me. Their website is very misleading. If you have a toddler or child say 6 and under probably a good place. I seen this place on Google while looking for trampoline parks to take my 10 year old daughter and her friend for her birthday. The website and photos are very misleading! The pictures do not represent the trampoline park that Im currently standing in. Things are broke and out of order. Currently there are 2 trampoline areas, which small children are running while others are jumping and are coming close to getting hit because they are not paying attention to what they are doing but thats what toddlers do but the bigger kids cant do anything because they are constantly watching or waiting for someone to run into their path and they dont want to hurt anyone. I thought the Foam pit is a joke! There are a few foam blocks that are on top of a trampoline. You cant even jump in and go under the foam because there isnt any. I thought a foam pit is where you jump in and kids go under a little bit. Clearly not the case here. I did ask for manager information was told there wasnt any. I expressed my concerns and why I had a problem and ge didnt even seem to care one single bit. I did come across a poster coming back from the restroom that was posted near the gymnastics side of the building not even located at the Elite jump check in area where you would think it would be. Definitely will not be back EVER only recommend for a toddler. My advise is that if there are things that are down due to maintenance issues or just remodeling it needs to be posted! This mom is not

Fun place for parents to take their children when they want a quick bit of entertainment to break up the everyday routine. A few video games, 25 cent candy machines and massage chairs. On the other side is gymnastics. They train to compete as well as have fun.

This place is nice but its only for people that can jump. Not for people that sprained their ankle 10 time throughout their life. Its great for kids but not for the price.

Great place for the family! Always have fun! Gave us more than an hour of jumptime because we got there before the hour! Will def come back and refer this place over others! I took 11 kids this particular time and was treated with respect!

Had so much fun with the kids they want to go back every weekend. Fun for everyone no matter how young or old definitely worth $10 an hour

Our family loves Elite Air! We had my sons 13th birthday party in May 2015 & the staff were so helpful with every aspect from planning to setting up a party table for the guests! The facility is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and have fun with the kids every time we are there! Prices are very reasonable too compared to similar places weve been to in the past & I love that I can see both of my kids no matter where I am standing! Job well done, Matt & Judy!! :)

The jumping itself was fun. However it got boring really fast. There were many people breaking the rules of the place and instead of correcting that behavior it was ignored and our kids coudlnt get as much enjoyment out of certain activities becuase of other people. The music was fairly good. The bathrooms were gross and a curtain stopped you from seeing 2 showers and a toilet thats not hooked up as well as a plunger. The toilet is not even on the ground. Its piled onto other stuff like extra pipes and its leaning on its side. That was a bit disturbing. They didnt have grip socks for 5 out of 7 of us. And after paying for everything online I still had to pay for more socks for the two that could get socks. The staff wasnt very friendly or engaging. We played two of the arcade games they had, one broke and the other stole our money. All in all with this being our first experience it made me want to do it again but not there ever again.

Small but clean and friendly. None of the arcade games worked and half of the vending machines were broken.

Our 2 year old had a blast. Not for little ones during peak times. Gets very busy and no where for little ones to play.

3 stars. Nice place but the trampoline side was small. Went for a b day party. They got bored. We have been to other trampoline parks and this one is not my favorite.

My boy had a wonderful time.

Left after 5 minutes. I went to their competitor first and loved it. Saw this on Groupon and decided to try it. Firstly, there is no foam pit. Its a bag. Secondly, there arent 4 long trampolines leading up to it. There are two small trampolines. There are 2 basketball hoops... And pretty much nothing else other than jumping. But the problem here is that seriously most of the trampolines were stretched out. You can literally see the ripples in some. So, as a 180lb adult... I just bottomed out and didnt get much air. I may as well have been jumping on the ground. Most of their trampolines are the small ones too, so there isnt much room to do anything. For an event aiming to sell the ability to bounce... Didnt really get much bounce. Would only recommend for kids 8 and under. But their competitor in town is substantially better quality, for kids and adults.

NOT SAFE!It is overall a fun place, and it will certainly entertain you and youll get your cardio workout, they do not have safety at the top of the list.Upon arrival, you must e-sign a waiver (for yourself and/or minors). Then, they insist that younger participants must buy socks. The socks do have rubber grips on the bottoms which may be why, but adults are not required to do the same.There are lockers to put your stuff, but no way to lock them unless you brought your own lock. Who the heck brings a lock? So someone has to sit out to guard your stuff.There are 3 trampoline zones. One where you can run and bounce against the walls, get some air and overall have a blast. Second zone is designed for dodgeball but those trampolines are much more droopy and harder to maneuver on. Third zone looks like a foam pit, but it is NOT a foam pit. Its a bunch of foam blocks on top of trampolines. BE CAREFUL in this area, the foam blocks can conceal the steel beams for the trampolines underneath. You may think your headed for a foam space, but land on a support bar.There are support bars everywhere, of course, something has to hold up the trampolines, and they do pad them. Enough? Who knows?The final zone is a great freefall experience. The fall is fun as heck! Drop 20 feet into a giant poofy airbag (which is tricky to get out of).However, the ascent to get to the fall is NOT SAFE. To get up, you have to climb on some rock wall style grips (which since youre not allowed shoes are painful and difficult). But the worst part, is that as you try to make the climb, there is a steel rail which you should be able to pull up on to help the painful climb. But this rail is NOT attached to anything. When you go to grab it, and it completely slips, you can easily fall or otherwise hurt yourself.When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told, Yeah, weve told our manager a bunch of times, but they never do anything about it. WHAT? All it would take is about one welder an hour to get done. Thats like $60. And you cant do this one little thing?!Overall it was fun, but the negatives will cause me to not return. The climb to the freefall, both the rail and the steps, concern me that management truly does not care.#NotSafe #OSHAviolation #ConsumerSafety #USCPSC

Wanted information on holding a Corporate event. I called and was told to email the manager at their info@ email. You should get a response by the end of the day. Two emails later and 3 weeks later, no response. We obviously will NOT be coming here.

My daughter has been going to Elite for 3 years and loves it.

This place is really dirty, especially the bathrooms. Its also pretty small and seating for the parents is uncomfortable. Get air is about the same price and 10 times better. The only thing better about this place is the free Wi-Fi

Sorry ta say but on a Saturday an no quarters for change to add to the enjoyment. Truley this spot for 5and under not 10 an up. Good place thou

Thought the place looked ok and maintained. But.... I sprained my ankle on a trampoline that was NOT managed. When talking to an employee about that specific trampoline, they said yeah, we replaced most of the worn ones, but that one hasnt be fixed.The trampoline drops 3ft even when my 4yr old daughter sits in the middle of it.. great place to go to get hurt..

Wish you guys had earlier hours on Mondays. I work 2nd shift and have my son on that day. The rest of the week he is at daycare. He loves places like this. Just wish you opened more than a half hour before I have to work.

It is good for small groups. Be mindful of time going with lots of kids present.

I feel sky zone is more open and has more events to do. This felt more confined and limited to things could to based on the amount of people attending at the moment

Great place to let the kids get some exercise when its freezing out! Reason for four star is I think it could have been a little cleaner and lit.

A fun place to hang once a while

We like to come here for jumping, gymnastics, & Ninja classes. But I was annoyed when I brought my kids to jump as a treat on the evening of August 1st, 2016. There was no attendant at the counter. After awhile she appeared & explained that she had been taking out the trash. Then we got checked in & went to jump & the attendant made the kids sit back down because it was still 4 min to 7PM. Then some kids came in after us & he did the same thing to them because it was still 2 min to 7. I understand he has a job to do but it was a slow night & he didnt have to be suck a clock nazi. Im sure there are rules against him shooting hoops while he is supposed to be watching the customers but that didnt stop him from doing it.

On the pricy side to get here and deal with rude teenage staff. First time experience and had no idea what we were doing. Every employee we turned to had an attitude. Also foam pit was closed! They also have massage chairs available but ironacly they didnt work! Upset how much I spent for the treatment I received! No locks for lockers... Just no all around. I and my party were highly disappointed

No safety here. Tonnage workers who supposed to watch kids.. but instead of working, they decided to play basketball...
