Our family of four visited Navitat Nashville for the first time. We made a last minute decision to sign up (we decided to get lunch in town first to right off the impending hanger in our 9 & 5 yo).We were taken through the safety instructions. My son and I took the beginner course first (hes five). He was nervous the first 2.5 experiences but halfway through the logs he stopped crying and started counting the remaining logs left to climb around. We all absolutely loved the two hours we spent on this ropes course as a family.We look forward to doing it again! Birthday parties have been mentioned!My suggestion: go!

Knoxvilles tree-based zip line adventure park! They have over 60 adventure elements from zip lines and bridges to swings, nets, elevated tunnels and more! Six different elevated adventure trails,unique educational themes and environmental artwork! Great place to take the kids, or bring your dog for a walk!!!

Awesome spot to take a walk.. jump in the river... or zipline. You can also rent bikes.

I would definitely recommend the night at Navitat course! The staff was incredible and the course was a ton of fun with a nice little challenge at the end. I can’t wait to go back to experience the course during the day!

I had an absolute blast here! The staff were super helpful and were able to accommodate a large walk-in group without getting held up (though they did express that it was much easier on them if you booked ahead of time). It was slightly rainy when I went, but other than the obstacles being a little more slippery it didnt affect the experience at all. I got stuck right before the end of the hardest climb and the staff was fantastic at trying to talk me through it before climbing up to rescue me.Safe. Fun. Go!

Felt safe. Friendly staff but for my first time to do this felt a little less than enthusiasm forthcoming from guide while on beginners and moderate courses. Seemed preoccupied.Overall above average experience.

We had a blast at Navitat Adventures. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and got us climbing and ziplining in no time. The courses were clearly marked and had alternates if it became too difficult ( I opted for moderate halfway through difficult). Beginner, moderate and difficult. The descriptions do not underestimate. We tried moderate and difficult. It was amazing how much of a workout we got. I would love to do this again! I highly recommend this.

We were very impressed with this experience! We had an absolute blast! Love how the hub area (treehouse) is central to all activities and allows viewers to watch the participants without having to hike too far. Safety is well thought out and there is really no possibility of falling at any point. The staff was amazing! Just really, really impressed with the whole experience!

I was there in 2018 and had a great day. I went for the zip lines, but it was mostly an obstacle course of sorts. Lots of fun! Next time Im in Knoxville, Ill definitely be back.

Mary and Eric did a fantastic job helping us on the course. The course was definitely challenging but LOTS of fun. My son, daughter, and I had a blast and went home tired after a great morning. If you are looking for fun combined with a challenge, this is it.

Ben and the staff were amazing. I was VERY stuck on the ropes course as a thunderstorm approached, and he was so kind and encouraging. Plus, it was so fun before and after I got stuck.

We visited over fall break with my 11 yr old nephew. It was awesome. We had so much fun! John, John and Josh were our helpers on the course and they were fantastic. They were so patient while my nephew was learning how to use the equipment. The courses were a blast and we were fortunate to be there on a day that was not heavily trafficked, so had the entire playground to ourselves for more than an hour. Great experience. Will do it again next time we visit.

We went there today and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Ive been to many different zipline and outdoor adventure places. This one definitely top them all.

The only time I’m completely at please with life and it’s land slides that come along with it!Very much needed time with the trees!!!!!

Amaxing rope & zip line course. Lots of choices- beginners, intermediate and advanced. I was truly impressed with the lesson they give before you get on course. Safety is very important here. Bailey assisted my grandson who needed some help. She was wonderful! We will do this again. We are so fortunate to live in Knoxville area.

This course is fantastic! A little challenging, but so much fun!! My husband and I did the nighttime course from 7-9:30 and after a quick introduction from our knowledgeable instructors, we were off! All the courses we did started at the treehouse and completed 4 before they started closing. We started with the easy ones and worked out way up- a few of them were tough but do-able with a little effort. They let you work at your own pace and there was no one else on the course with us. Would def recommend this for a date night or a family.

Its quite and peaceful

One of Knoxville’s most fun and beautiful outdoor adventures! Gorgeous network of treehouses connected by challenging tightropes, sway-stairs and ziplines. Guides are expert trained, supportive and kind. Many thanks to Talia, Jess, Analisa and all the rest who made our family outing incredible. Even my 66 year old mom came with me and my sister, and we had a good sweat and a greater laugh! Get a summer pass for the price of 1.5 day tickets and build up your expertise ;-)

They do a great job of getting you trained with the needed safety information and get you going on a variety of fun courses. Some of them are a good workout and they are all very fun. Crew was friendly and well trained. Picture perfect fall day was a blast!

Support cool staff and fun experience!

Most fun I’ve ever had. We planned our time slot for sunset so we would see the park during the day and at night. It was beautiful, fun, and difficult. My sister was picking up my boyfriend and I but we didn’t finish the course yet so we had one of the employees walk us to my sister to let her know we were done yet, and we walked back. They let us stay later even though they were closed and they didn’t rush us through the course. They were the nicest people and ended my trip to TN perfectly.

I went on a company trip, and we had a blast! The ropes courses and ziplines are a lot of fun, they have courses for varying experience/comfort levels. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and they do a great job demonstrating how to use the harnesses. This place is awesome!

Fantastic place! Staff are VERY friendly and this is one of the best zipline/rope places Ive done! Once you get trained for about 15-30 mins they basically let you roam the course(being tied in the whole time of course) if youre into ziplines and challenge courses THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I do reccomend bringing a water bottle.

Staff are super helpful and explain things well. The courses offer varying degrees of challenge, and will put you to the test. As an adult, I could only complete 4 of the 6 courses in the 2 hours allotted. I strongly recommend good sunscreen and a change of clothes for when youre done. Definitely worth a visit!

Our family had an amazing time here. John & Erick were extremely helpful. John was very encouraging, that came in handy in some parts of the rope course. This was our first time going and it is so very worth it. Some of the courses are difficult and slightly scary with the heights. BUT they have beginner courses that you can do also. This is a really good family activity for skill building, working together, encouraging each other, and being proud you accomplished the courses! We will most definitely come back to do this again.

The crew was super helpful and great people. Gave tips a tricks about how to navigate the courses! As for the courses themself, the easy courses were helpful to learn your gear and how to operate the locks. The medium course I did was super fun but yet made you think how to navigate the obstacles. Overall, my fiance and I had great bonding time by helping each other. This place comes very well recommended Take the family for a great outdoor adventure!

Loved what I was able to see walking with my dog. Had a hard time finding outdoor restrooms (pets are not allowed in the indoor restroom) and the only one available needed serious attention. Will definitely go back too see the rest of it. Otherwise, very nice place

A great place for hiking

Friendly staff and a lot of fun outdoors! You can choose how hard you want it to be, from 7 yr old easy to a very challenging course.

Our family from age 78 to 7 enjoyed it immensely. The orientation & safety aspects of the course gave us all a sense of security given the elevation & potential risks. We highly recommend this course for all. Well done.

So much fun! You get about 2 hours or more to complete as many trails as you want. The difficulty levels match, the easy are easy, moderate are moderate, and the difficult is difficult. It takes away all the energy from you and combines fun with exercise, hope to coming back here again!

Great trails good for everyone.

Me and my daughter had alot of fun doing the course together. You get 2 hours and get to go at your own pace and can choose from several different courses. One thing that made the whole experience better was that it is located at the nature center with lots of trails to hike and just spend the day outdoors. Wish they had a restaurant on site or we could have stayed longer. We will be returning.

I had a blast!! My wife wasnt a fan but its just not her cup of tea, but we both think everything was well made and the faculty was well trained and made us feel confident in what we were doing.

Great place to take the kids, or if you just enjoy the outdoors.

This quiet little valley has a hidden gem far all who find it. Jokeing bikeing canoes swimming fishing, rentals a coffee house a shop trails wild animals displays and more. Its worth the drive and very tucked away

Ropes course is awesome. Do it at night for a spectacular view of the lights. Staff were friendly and helpful with teaching how to use the gear. Once they showed us how to use the equipment it was easy. Worth the price.

Do not come here not a safe place to go

Absolutely love it its a beautiful place to go pretty of hiking trails a little late thanks for my kids to do its amazing I highly recommend anyone to go there and check it out they even have Animal Center

Happy we gave it a try! It was challenging enough to push you outside your normal comfort zone while having tons of fun. We did it at night and the atmosphere was awesome! It is a bit expensive but is definitely worth it.

My 11yo son and I had a great time doing their ropes course. I loved the pictures of us that we could purchase. The staff was super friendly and helpful and awesomely prepared down to the hair elastic I forgot to bring! Great activity and thankful for the awesome memory with my son.

We had a great time. I liked the fact that you could pick multiple courses based on your own comfort level. I am afraid of heights so I was able to complete 2 beginner and 1 intermediate in the 2 hour time block. My husband is more adventurous so he was able to complete 1 beginner, 2 intermediate and the hard course. The courses are also stacked, zigzaging above each other, so I was on a beginner course cheering him on 10 feet above me on the intermediate course. It was a very busy day so our group was delayed about 15 minutes and the crew made sure we got that time back by extending our time on the course.

From the girl working the check in to the guy when we turned in the equipment. Everyone was great. Well worth the money!!!! Kids 7 11 13 and two adults....we all had a blast. Thanks

SO MUCH FUN! The trails range from easy to moderate to difficult. Every trail has different obstacles and they are a blast! The difficult level is definitely a workout, but not impossible. The obstacles are incredible well made and safe. The artwork on two of the obstacles is painted by a staff member! The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful! I highly recommend doing this! I cant wait to try it at night! Thank you, Navitat!

Amazing treetop experience

Located at Ijams Nature Center, Navitat is a zip line and ropes course in the canopies of the 300 acre Center. The view is stunning and enjoyable by anyone thats over 11 years old. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because Navitat charges $35 to $45 to traverse the treetops which I feel keeps a lot of people unable to do it.

Beautiful walk in the woods and along the river. Visiting from Ohio and delighted to find this place.

My brothers and I had so much fun here! The ground school to get you acquainted with the harness system was super quick, but still made me confident to go out on the courses. There were six courses total (2 beginner, 3 moderate, and 1 difficult). We were able to get through all 6 courses and do 1 of the moderate courses a second time within the two hours, going at a relatively quick pace. The difficult course really was difficult! We were sweating and exhausted by the end, but the longer zipline to finish the course was worth it. The price seemed very reasonable to me. Great experience!

Wow! Such a cool place. I was too chicken to do it, but the 7th ans 8th graders we brought on a field trip loved it! Theres trails following all the courses so I could walk on them and take pictures.

A great Zipline course! Not just one line. Beautiful canopies and tons of fun for the entire family. Well worth the admission price of 35 to 45 dollars.

We had a great visit during our stay for a convention. The staff were patient, understanding, and took time to get to know all of us in the group. The equipment was top notch, the instruction was perfectly clear, and the experience was great!

During our whole stay in Knoxville this was my favorite spot. The park its self is gorgeous and there is so much to do there. Swimming, hiking, ropes course, theres even a church service if thats your thing. When we did the ropes course the whole crew was great. Safety and having fun was a big part of their model. They were all very friendly and funny. I got on one of the medium courses and was having a conversation about books to the crew member who was still on the ground it helped me focus but also felt like I was gaining a friend. The price was great and my friend and I did a combo pass and saved money since we were already going to both navitat and the zoo. 10 outa 10 must do in Knoxville

This is such a fun place. We have been there twice. Make sure you call ahead just to be sure they dont have a big group in. Its more fun if not that many people are there. When it gets crowded you dont get as many courses in and you stand around waiting way to much. Other places do it a little different so that you dont wait so long. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5. The web site says just walk on in, but in reality call first!

A great little adventure, even if heights do not intrinsically give you a thrill, especially the summer evening hours. There are more courses/trails than you can complete unless you race through, so choose accordingly.
