What a lovely store! When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. As we have no real knowledge of fishkeeping, it was great to have someone help us out and have so much knowledge and advice. (I forgot your name, a young guy-but thank you so much!) We came home with our first fish and will be back to add to our tank in the next few weeks. Awesome!!!

I think this is the wrong name its actually Aquatic Marine. Every time I go into their shop it gets better I really enjoy visiting the shop. The owners incredibly cool does a lot of custom work and Go the extra mile to help you out. Definitely recommend

A large man followed my wife around the entire time she was there. She reported to the front desk and they responded “yeah that’s parrot Pete. That’s his job.” My wife described him as a 6’4, long and skinny, grey scaly skin, huge head, with 3 fingers and toes on each hand/foot. He did not talk and just made slurping noises. Kinda like an Ali.....omfg they have a real life FREAKING alien here!!! 1 Star. Do not like ETs.

If you have a Reef Tank or a Fish only tank they will help you and can provide anything you need and will give you the Best Customer Service experience you could ask for. Kinny and Josh and their support staff can help with anything you need regardless of how complex or difficult it may be. I’ve been in the hobby for years and I finally had Kinny and his team help me with things that have become difficult now for me. They stepped right in and have exceeded all my expectations to the point that I use them on a regular basis now. They can provide Live Fish and Corals, Supplies, New Equipment and even have used equipment that can save you a bunch of money too. Where Parrott Aquatic really excels is their ability to service you at your home or business. They can Design, Install, Move, or Maintain anything you need. I’m very picky on how everything is setup and it has to look clean, labeled, and organized properly or I am not happy. Josh came in and got me taken care of quickly and changed some things around that have made my life much easier and more organized with my regular weekly maintenance. These changes have made a real difference on how my tank looks now and save me a ton of time. They have been in the business for years and they know what works and what doesn’t. They stay up to date on any new advancement in the hobby too because it’s always changing. The best thing is they’ll help you do all of this for a fair price. As you know this can be an expensive hobby and Kinny and crew will be honest and lead you in the direction for your success and needs. Your wallet won’t feel empty and leave you feeling like you spent a bunch of money and don’t have anything to enjoy and show for it. “Not good” according to my 13 year old step-son. The weirdest part was that it only cost $5 to enter and the aquarium was located within the apartment of a 34 year old man with no roommates. It was insisted upon me that he would be “taken care of”. Didn’t think anything of it (since he is my least favorite out of my 5 stepchildren), but low and behold, I now have to pay for therapy!! These wonderful guys came by on short notice to move a 330 gallon tank for me down in Chattanooga. I would recommend them 100x over. The whole Parrott crew was exceptionally professional and far more careful with my tank than I am!

Parrot Aquatic moved our 200 gallon saltwater tank out of our house to its new owner. Kenny and his crew were courteous and careful while working in our house. Went to get a filter off kinney drove 150 miles walked away with two fx6s then walked into a amazing fish shop very nice every thing for salt water and more he sets up fresh and salt water tanks cant say Ive seen better set up need to check him out filters working great thanks so much most likely to be driven 150 again soon

I picked up a nice 120 gallon used tank at a great price. When I said picked up, I mean they delivered it (for a small fee). Kenny is very personable and genuinely cares about marine life. The two Joshes who delivered the tank were professional and friendly, even offering advice on my current reef tank and ideas for the new one as well.

Really enjoyed visiting and shopping with Parrott Aquatic. I’m very happy with the livestock and corals I purchased and looking forward to getting back to buy more. Very friendly and family atmosphere at his shop my kids enjoyed looking at the large shark tank setup that was there.

Parrot Aquatic cleaned and revamped my filter system on a 150 gallon tank holding aquatic turtles. When they were finished the tank was crystal clear! They also installed an overflow valve to prevent any problems if the filter stopped working in a power outage, which was my biggest fear. They were very professional and great to work with. I will use them from this point forward. ️.

Theres not even a close second anywhere around. Not only can you get your tank running without paying as much, you can rest easy knowing youre getting great advice. Even if youve had your tank running for 10 years, its worth a visit. Owner was very nice and helped me find everything I needed for my nano reef. He made great recommendations on types of corals that would accent the current ones without upselling. He also saved me money by suggesting a better food for the type of corals I have instead of the mix I was using. The information given by owner was hundreds of times more valuable than I ever received.

They can get anything u could ever need for ur aquarium needs, but most of all its more like going through a good friend to get what u need rather than all about how they can make the most amount of money.. Parrott Aquatic is the American Spirit. A hard working, family of entroponuers who are passionate about what they do. The second time I met Kinny was at 830 at night. He just got back from working all day on a tank build for a customer. I walked up and he was disecting a fish that had died. A customer had bought a fish from him and he wanted to find out why it died. Not because he had to issue a store credit, because he was genuinely concerned about the customers tank. Everything turned out ok, but you dont find many companys that care enough to go that extra mile. Parrott Aquatic is the first place I call for all my aquatic needs.

So I woke up this morning with a leaking sump and in a panic. Called these guys at 8 in the morning and within 5 minutes had me one ready to pick up and get back on track.
