It is a nice layout...it is within a resort, but you dont feel you are squeezed by the surrounding buildings. We played right after some heavy rain, cart path only, but the course seemed to drain very well... sandy by not muddy. The only thing that could be better would be the greens, which were a bit fluffy and slow.

Something fun and affordable that I could do during quarantine and the course is in great shape

The Legends course (Palmer design in the back of the property) gets the hype but the Reserve is just as nice. Heard stories of mismanagement from previous mgmt co but either wasnt true or theyve rebounded nicely. Really good shape for the summer. Played the middle tees and hit every club in the bag, a plus for me. Water, marsh, trees, bunkers in play, go offline and you will be punished.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this morning I just couldn’t help but leave one. I really wanted to leave a positive one because Ricky is THE MAN, but the pro shop service was just terrible.Pro: Course, Ricky (caddy), Beverage cart lady.Con: Young kid working at the pro shop... we ended up going from one shop to the next and then back to the first... super big inconvenience because of the poor directions and customer service. I know they aren’t Disney but they could have given us a map or something explaining which of the three golf buildings to go to the first time....It all ended up working out, nice course, POOR customer service.

Nice layout but from the bag drop, guy at register, range balls($9.00) for 32 balls that were junk. The highlith of the day was the cart girl Suzie. We saw here 4 times during the round. Not a very professional resort set up. They really need to look at this and reassess.

Has been the best resort I have stayed in Orlando. Proximity is a huge reason why I stay here (restaurants,Disney World, shopping centers). Aside that Universal Studios is about 25 minutes away, Disney is literally in their back yard, if you stay in the fourth floor you can see the fireworks from your balcony. Their lazy river is great, its not the biggest but its fun. Been here more than five times, Every time I enjoy it more and more.

Horrible the worst course ever. kids stealing your ball on the greens. It’s so narrow and most of all I got charged twice and never called back. Horrible experience!!!

Good price. Nice tees, fairways and greens. But no GPS and no course layout on score card (except greens). poor hole marking on #6 (sign says 15!) When I tried to call proshop for direction, no one answered. Cart paths are either dirt or paved, which also n lead you down the ong path (i.e. hole. #3-4).

I have never been more disappointed with a course in my life. We have been on a golf vacation for 12+ years and this was BY FAR the worst course weve played yet! Fairways are in deplorable shape. Greens have dead spots throughout the course. We played a course the day before (Highlands Reserve) around the corner for less. That course was amazing. DO NOT waste your money on this place

Orange Lake Resort boasts two 18-hole courses (Legends and Reserve) and two 9-hole courses (Cranes Bend and Legends Walk) - although not amongst the elite of Orlando courses, the always busy and popular Reserve layout provides a good test of golf in a resort-style setting - a mix of Floridian wetlands, small lakes, ponds and pine forest line many of the holes.

This course is a piece of carp tee boxed suck fairways like hitting off a driveway.greens impossible to put carts are antiques. This ok if you have been snowed in and never played a course in Orlando .no water to drink on course. Elovated greens. Which suck.20 course maybe save your money walk 100 yards to find your cart.traffic in resort driving is pathetic. Best thing hot cart girl very friendly.no one there on return of round to wipe clubs or thank us for playing.Never play this dirt track again

Potentially..a better course, some nice holes, but the conditions are very hit and miss, and half the staff are great, and the other half just Rank.... the guy who checked me in could not have been anymore indifferent,,,, the starter however was super efficient and helpful

This place is terrible! No one was working the desk for over 25 mins. Prices changed when we had arrived and they cared nothing about our wait. Will not be returning most likely.
