Really nice golf Court. Pleasant staff.

Remains a VERY SLOW work in process since under new management. Friendly staff, but the course remains a wreck.Some improvement on the greens but still a 5 or 6 out of 10 at best. Tee boxes a 1 or 2 and fairways maybe a 4.Reasonable price but only if you don’t mind these type conditions.I’ve been playing here for 5 years now hoping for better as I like the layout.However, I can’t justify coming back until the course is truly improved. Hope you put the money into the course required to make it what it could be. I’d happily pay double the current rate if the conditions were dramatically improved...until then, I’ve played my last round there!

Played the course on 8/6/2020 and the course was in horrible condition. There was no such thing as a fairway, the tee boxes were half dirt. The greens were full of weeds and were unplayable. Ive grown up on this course and this will be my last time playing it.

If you want to buy a house in a beautiful neighborhood then this is the place.

Interesting course with some nice and quirky layouts but the course condition is below par. Lots of bare spots on tee box and fairway, greens were bumpy too. Employees are nice though.

Course in rough shape, but for the price it was just fine. Was told equipment broke down so proper care of fairways and greens hasnt been done in a week or 2. But like I said for $15 it was just fine.

Horrible. Narrow weed infested fairway with very high grass all around it. Bring a lot of balls because you’ll NEVER find them in that bug infested mess. Terrible condition everywhere. Never again.

At $44 U.S. I didnt expect a world beater but this course is in brutal condition. The tee boxes had no grass and often placed in the fairway. Greens are blotchy and sand often no better than mud. We played the gold but it can be quite challenging from the whites or blues. Staff very friendly. Save your money, go elsewhere.

I was here this time last year and the greens were poor but was told the new owners were going to do a lot of work. Well just played and the greens are fantastic they have all been replaced. Course is a little dry at the moment but they cant help lack of rain. Well worth the money and a visit. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I will be returning. I have now returned again and still really enjoy course. Tee boxes need a little work but I will be back next year.

Course is challenging but not well taken care of. Needs improvement, again. There was sand everywhere, the greens and tee boxes. Staff was great. Probably not playing again.

Pay a little more and go somewhere else. The greens were unplayable and the tee boxes were sand.

This is a great value golf course for the exceptionally high rates other courses charge out-of-state visitors in the Orlando area. They were very generous and worked us in as a two-some walk-on and let us play for the resident rate. (I wish Ohio charged Florida residents a premium to play our courses!) Consider buying a yardage book for your first loop around the course, there are some surprise hazards and sharp doglegs that require different club choices and target lines. The fairways (January) were rather thin but wide open. The greens were in very good condition and fast. If you miss the green and are not in the second cut of rough just take your putter because it will be a very tight lie and compacted. The bunkers badly need maintenance. Thin and pebble sand with a hard bottom. They need to be power raked but watch out for the pebbles. Lots of seniors and beginning golfers take over the course so expect a casual 4.5 -5 hour round. They do provide ample potable water.

Absolutley beautiful course and the staff are great i played at 12 pm and played a relaxing game shot a 93 for my first one of season. As for the 3 stars and not 5, i did not find maintainace up to par and some tea boxes especially i think number 3 or 5 is grass free . i this this course has some huge oppoutunith but really needs hydation and spome clean up other then that i really enjoyed the round.

Good course. It is very challenging and definitely tests your skill. Sand traps have more rocks than sand, I didnt even try to hit out of them. Some greens are good others are in poor shape. Definitely will come back though.

Fairways looked like rough, greens were scorched, golf cart broke down

Corse was in bad shape. Left behind an item, and called them to hold it. And they never even walked out to the carts to get my item went back to get it and they were not helpful. Didnt know where it was .

We could not locate any yardage markers. Could not get the course on my Garmin. Tees need work but the price was good

Very nice course, loved all the nature & birds! Had a great time golfing---this course was fun! The price was awesome & staff friendly & helpful. We will be back...on our list of favorites here!

I visited this golf course 4 years ago and it was a disaster. From the course condition to the staff. In fact there was a tree growing out of a few sand traps. The course is now on a good direction. Courteous staff except the guy who answered the phone when we moved tee time 40 minutes..the greens were in pretty good shape..tee boxes are getting there and guess what lawns mowed and no trees in traps...keep up the good work and will be back. 4 years ago I said I would never return..

What a dump. Worst course I have ever played. If you play this jungle, bring plenty of golf balls. You will lose a bunch IN THE FAIRWAYS. Tee boxes are in horrible shape. Fairways are in horrible shape. Greens are in horrible shape. However, pace of play is outstanding due to the fact that no one plays here. Too call this place a “championship” course is laughable.

Played yesterday. The course was in bad conditions from rain, so I won’t knock them from that. I will knock them from the 15 or so fire ant hills on the course. I stepped in one during a shot from the rough, didn’t realize it and now my ankles are covered in bites that itch like crazy. There was about 10 or so on the tee boxes and dozens in the fairways. You guys need to get rid of them, that’s a safety hazard especially if someone is allergic to the bite.

Turn up looked after and friendly staff.18 holes and a cool beer in clubhouse.

One of the worst golf courses I have ever golf at, while being in Florida . No Tee Blocks, ie green, all was like teeing out of a Bunker, Unreal I would never ever recommend this course, if asked too

Nice challenging. Cant beat the price. Its not the Waldorf so dont expect that but I like it.

Course was fun to play. Greens were in good condition as were the fairways. Sand traps were pretty firm but free of any rocks.

Very disappointed! Overall condition of the course is poor compared to others in the general area. Clubhouse was friendly, but we were served 3 day old sandwiches (according to the label) after being told she can’t keep up with the demand. Course used to be beautiful but now there’s just too many homes and apartments on top of it. Cart paths and other things, like restrooms, could use some maintenance.

Just played on Mothers day and had a fun time. Greens and bunkers were very good. Fairways and tee boxes could use some rain but did not effect play or having a great time.

A great place to play. G10 greens and great landscaping make for a scenic, yet challenging, round. The pro is very friendly and knowledgeable. The course offers children discounts and classes during the summertime. All in all a good place to visit.

New greens are really nice. Fairways need to get cleaned up. Great layout and a great challenge. Love the progress the course is making!

The staff is excellent, but I havent golfed the course yet, Ive only used the driving range which is excellent for the money.

We are staying in Kissimmee, Fl., and wanted a decent golf place that didnt cost an arm and a leg. We used Trip-Advisor to find this little gem. Jacob, our reservationist, was super helpful. Gave us a great price and back road directions. Pro shop was well stocked and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Check-in was a breeze. The course was great for us, can see so many improvements. Really enjoyed ourselfs, will definitely use this golf course again. Thank you Jacob!!

Staff was very helpful. The course is on its way back to be top notch, it has a little ways to go but you can see the potential. A good value for a round. Its going to take a year for the greens and tee boxes to get in real good shape. Still it is a good challenging course.

We were greeted by Annalynn, she was friendly and was able to give us pertinent information about the course. She is truly an asset to the Golf course. The greens are in good shape, the layout of the course is good but the fairways are a work in progress. The price was reasonable and we would definitely be back.

Course condition continues to improve as it has through the last couple of years.Red crested sandhill cranes, ducks, ibises, and alligators are often visible, making the experience of golfing there more interesting.Staff are friendly and helpful.Clubhouse is comfortable.Green fees are very reasonable.

This golf course has really cleaned up!...greens are in really good shape. It was incredibly wet today though because of a lot of rain but the overall course is still nice and challenging.

One of the worst courses I have played. Staff friendly from the get go.. but doesnt make up for the course. Layout is good but course isnt.Bare tee boxes.. fairways and rough overgrown... I could go on but i would like to put this course in the rearview..

We had a blast playing in the osceola kowboys golf tournament. The event was well organized and well run. The course staff were courteous and very helpful.

Inexpensive compared to green fees in the Kissimmee /Orlando area. That being said this course is in terrible shape. Dry and sandy on the fairways, tee boxes, and everywhere else. Its very busy and extremely slow. We played this course last year and the conditions are worse this year. We were hoping that with all the people playing theyd have cash available to improve the condition. That was not the case. Its terrible to play, and after about 10 holes it becomes a case of attrition. You just want it to end. The staff was very friendly, but thats the ONLY positive.We wont return.

Cheap and you get what you pay for. Friendly, efficient staff. Nice clubhouse and grill. Course is very sparse, especially on tee boxes and fairways. Most greens are patchy.

Truly one of the worst Florida has to offer. No grass on many teeboxes (dirt), terrible fairways and greens are mediocre at best. Cant believe that this course is even open. A number of poorly designed holes where homes come directly into the line of fire.

Great track. A few greens have repairs being made but overall a fun round and the price point is very good. A dont miss.

I have been playing the Oaks for four years on a regular basis. It has gone through some great changes lately. Staff is much more hospitable and the course is always immaculate. For those of you who want a challenge there is plenty of water and the biggest oak trees Ive ever seen. If you are local and get their oaks card and are a senior (55+), weekday play is only $18 (with cart but add tax) in the summer. Hard to beat that price. Only minus is the snack bar. I wish the food was better. Hot dog is about the only value choice. Subs are sub par. Cant beat the great course and the prices though!

New owners have done an incredible job bringing the course back. Greens were amazing and staff were all very friendly. Still needs some improvement on fairways but still deserves a 5 star rating.

Staff were very helpful and curtious. Golf course was fair but we enjoyed it.

Many challenging shots with water in play. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall condition of the course was not up to par. Standing water from sprinklers. A blight of the greens mostly at the collar areas affected several chips and putts. I understand they are working to improve this and hopefully in not too much time they will and this place will be a gem of a course. Even with that said Oaks National will be a regular stop on my rotation of twice a week golf. One last thing I love the slogan, Making Golf Affordable Again I see MGAA hats in your future

My husband and I were going to spend our anniversary morning at the Oaks National. We play this course often. He was going to be the only one playing today, I just had major surgery on my knee so I can’t play right now. They wanted to charge me $15 as an injured cart rider. Will not be back here.

Course was in terrible shape. Tee boxes were non existent, more sand than grass. Feet would slip when driving. Fairways were rock hard and grass was splotchy, uncut and looked more like Afghanistan than a grassy fairway. This course should not even be open for business. Im wondering if they even own lawn mowers. Im convinced the owners are doing there own reviews to make it appear like some people enjoy the course. Complete waste of money. Will never play here again.

Water stations need refilling on hot days. Some ball cleaners were out of water too.

Played here a week ago.Ive been a resident here for over 3 yrs now and I played the course once when I first moved here. This was nothing like the course I used to play regularly. The previous owner left this course to die. I was afraid they would shut down this course.Fast forward to today. The new owners here have done amazing things to the golf course, especially the greens. While not perfect, its a tremendous improvement to what it was as they tore down the old ones and redid the greens. The fairways, bunkers are in great shape. I know they are still working on the tee boxes and green collars but those dont really affect your plays.The best thing is that they still kept the price low, extremely low. I play golf every week and I was too embarrass to bring my friends here. Last week, with the greens back to decent shape I brought out my friends to play here. Even with the heavy rain the previous night, they had nothing but good stuff to say about the course. The layout of the course is fantastic.I would encourage everyone to give this course a try again. With the winter coming up and the rates are going up, this will be a very affordable place to play.I give it 4 stars because they are still working on the course.

We played on 3/18/2015, and the fairways were mostly weeds and were uncut. We had problems finding balls that were just barely off the fairway. Most of all the greens were brown, lacked grass, balls moved from right to left while putting, and the greens were hard as a rock. We stopped trying to putt on them after the 2nd hole. If you hit a ball onto the green it bounced in the air and run off the back or into the sand traps. The sand traps had not been worked and we saw maybe 1-2 rakes on all 18 holes. The grass/weeds around the green was about 3 inches tall and the balls we chipped around the green never made it to the green as it was stopped in the tall grass around the greens.The golf course should be closed until it has been put into playing shape....Terrible course!They were asking for $35.00 to play this course. That is highway robbery. The guy who takes yours money needs to be wearing a mask because your getting robbed.

Staff was friendly but the rental clubs needed a good cleaning, the fairways were hard and very patchy so no benefit to playing from them and a few greens had large bare patches. Lots of potential as youll need every club in your bag to play the layout.

Friendly staff, grounds were soggy but it was very early. Recommended.

Place sucked. I payed $13 and I feel like Ive been ripped off. Nothing about this course was even mediocre. Greens were unputtable, half of them didnt have the flag stick. Me and my buddies were the only 4 people on the course for the entire round and I can see why. Avoid this place no matter the cost, its worth shelling out a few extra bucks for a real course

Closed once was great place to go play golf. Now its run down and a major eye sore.

This course really needs a lot of work. Wont be back. Mostly dirt and weeds off the fairway, not grass. Weird greens and cement hard sand traps. Tough conditions. The positive things are friendly staff in the pro-shop and restaurant.

Played this course yesterday. The course is challenging but has several tee boxes to suit playing skill. The course is in poor condition. The greens are rough and have some kind of blight making them difficult to putt. I played this course last year and it was in great shape so this year was disappointing. The $37 rate was a bit high for the condition of the course.

I think this is a great golf course and I would happily give it a 5 star rating, if the could get the pace of the game from 5 hours to nearer 4. Nice staff

Pretty good place. You get what you pay for. The greens arent PGA, but not bad either. The prices are VERY reasonable. Food in the café is a little pricy but very good as well.

Played this course on Feb. 2nd 2015. The layout of the course was very good, with the exception of hole #7 ( I think) which was impossible! That being said it was in need of maintenance in the worst way. Fairways, tee boxes and green were in terrible shape. Sand traps havent seen maintenance in the longest time... the 2 staff we met were friendly. It was very inexpensive, so I wasnt expecting very much, but would not recommend playing a round here...

Recently played the course again after a bad prior experience of course in bad shape. Much better this time new carts and greens maintained. Certainly couldnt beat the price and the layout has always made it fun and challenging.

Check this out. I live here and I am now about fed up with this place. I played a round of golf and had to call to get a new cart .3 times. Its a run down course that a bunch of Arabs own that do nothing besides cut the grass and thats it. I wanted to get some practice so I got a large bucket. About 7 bucks. Most of the balls were floaters or cut into which you cant hit. Ive always lived on a golf course but this is horrible. I have gave them 3 chances now Im out. Sorry.
