I am the shop owner and i want to clarify since Google will not step in and assist, we have a 5 star rating among our ACTUAL clients. We refuse any lovers pieces, it has been my personal policy for over 15 years and the shops policy since it was opened.We refuse to do them for several reasons and I cant list them all here but most, and by most its in the high 90 percentile, end up being regretted. They end up being covered or lasered. They cause unneeded emotional trauma when the relationship ends badly. Weve also had numerous clients return to tell us the relationship was abusive and that they had no choice so after some deliberation and long prayers we decided to pass on those.Some tlme ago a young man was told we would not do a lovers piece for him and he made the assumption it was over his sexual orientation. Although our clients, even our gay clients, came to our defense the young man was obviously hurting. He took his false story to an LGBT website and instigated numerous cluless individuals to attack our business pages and even threatened to physically harm us..We prayed for the young man and asked our clients to do the same and I do sincerely hope hes doing better but unfortunately some of the remnants of his hurt are still on our Google page.

I love it!!! Nicest lady you will come across. Aubrey West is an amazing artist and person. She took time with me, she explained things, she explained how different colors will or will not take on certain skin tones. She is an honest kind person. I will be going back to her and my 69 year old mother will be getting her first tattoo from her.

The staff is great. Abury is the only person I will have do work for me. She is very professional and makes sure that you get exactly what you want, the placement and colors, and ask you to follow up with her once youve healed for any you dont need touch ups. Absolutely awesome.

As first my artist and now my friend, I can say that Aubreys talents are immeasurable and unsurpassed. Her shop is kept immaculately clean, and she utilizes her excellent communications skills and immense experience to help her clients to achieve the tattoo of their dreams. I personally have approached Aubrey with little more than vague ideas that she turned into beautiful tattoos. No matter where I end up, I will always come back to West Arts for my tattoos.

Best place in the Tri-cities to get a tattoo or piercing. Aubrey is such a sweet person to be around and is has such amazing talent. Everyone is laid back, the atmosphere is very relaxing, the studio itself is exceptionally clean.

They should take a personal day to shut down shop and brush up on the book of Leviticus if they’re going to be pushing the no LGBTQIA clientele rule- you can’t pick which parts of the same book you want to abide by.Avoid this mind numbing ignorant fueled joke of a tattoo shop.
