I wanted to put a frame on a canvas I had decorated. I spoke with Hannah the framing manager over the phone to see if they carried what I needed. She not only informed me they did but when I showed up at the store later that day she came off her lunch break to help me find exactly what I needed. Saved me money and a ton of aggravation! I appreciated the time she took to help me out. I will definitely be back again!

They have anything you could want, crafts of all kinds, beautiful decorations for ever season, I love it!

The price a item is marked on the shelf doesnt mean that it is the price. I got charged $23.00 for a $21.99 item. I told the cashier, and she said $23 was right and the price on the shelf had not been changed yet. I cant wait till hobby lobby opens in Johnson city, TN. I wont ever go to Michaels again. It wasnt the first time I had been cheated there, seems like it happens every time I go there, and Im not the only one.

I brought my 12 year old grandson from Rogersville to this store.At checkout he spent $10 with a $25 not previously used gift card. The cashier kept the card telling him it had a zero balance.So what he purchased came up to exactly $25.00? No actually it was $10.47.I went back to her and even though she ignored me I finally was able to ask her about it. She said she didn’t give it back because of the zero balance.I contacted the manager who was very considerate but offered me a 20 percent discount if we return. No thanks, I can get a 40 percent discount everyday at Hobby Lobby. Beware of unscrupulous cashiers. He’s 12. Really?

Excellent arts and crafts store. Surprised by the mark ups on individual items, all due to the sales technique used. I dont shop here frequently but when I do I have to be selective with my choices or will walk out broke

I love this store! The coupon makes every price reasonable. Its always great to find something I want on sale and, when I check the app and find a 20% off sale price coupon! The employees are helpful and the selection is great. I spend way too much money here.

I love there paints, beads, and wood working gear they are very friendly and helpful if you are having trouble finding something.

Love this store and the coupons I get my only complaint is that they ran to lock the door when the saw me coming in 10 min before close. I only needed embroidery needles that would have taken 5 min not 10

I hate to compare but its like a mini hobby lobby. Good for a really quick in and out grab. Selection is limited but still decent. Pricing is on par with other like stores. Never even spoke to an associate so Im not sure on customer service.

Bought quite a few canvases for my mother to paint on. 5 months later, two have warped and need to be restrechted. Michaels gives me no assistance and I have to pay 60 per canvas. 3 months after, one more has warped, same story. Dont buy canvases from this store. Poor quality and no assistance whatsoever. When I asked for atleast a discount, lady says how do I know what condition the canvases were kept in, humidity may have gotten to them. Buy a glass case for your canvasses from here. Extremely disappointing

I love Michaels. It has so many enchanting things I dont need. The siren call of fun new hobbies sing out from every aisle. This particular Michaels is very similar to every other Michaels Ive been in. Id say this one may be a smidge more cluttered than others, but nothing terrible.

I love this place. Has all the products I need for my art work. The bulk buys are great, especially for artist canvas.

I love that they had everything that my neice wanted for Christmas. Finding the location of the items was difficult; more isle signs would help. Getting associate assistance is impossible; they really need more staff, especially around the holidays!

If youre crafty, Michaels can hook you up. Lots of crafts, wall to wall. Everything from journalling and scrapbooking to sewing with small bags to keep your stuff in.

I had several prints matted and framed at the Kingsport location ar 2626 E Stone Drive. Jeff, the person doing the work was absolutely meticulous and did an amazing job. I was also very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the store staff, with several asking if they could help as I waited. It was obvious that the staff respected each other as well as customers, trickling from the store manager on down.

I couldnt find anything that was listed in the sales paper. Dont know if they just ran out or didnt have enough to begin with. Pretty pricey here especially for Christmas items. But they usually have a HUGE sale after Christmas where you can save a lot of money.
