I did not know places like this even existed! So for my first time experience, I had an amazing time. How it works is, you get to choose the item that you paint (ranges from mugs, plates, showpieces.. there’s a fall and Christmas decor section now). Then you choose your colors according to a color palette displayed on the wall. You can take your own sweet time to do the paint project. (The shopkeeper lady was super sweet to let us stay well after 7pm to do our finishing touches because we started late) We made the payment and submitted our “works of art” there in the end. The process of resin coating will be done now and we can pick the items by the end of the week. Credits to my little friend Naisha who suggested this fun place for an evenings entertainment. I will update this post soon with pics of our finished work!Note: I have always had to clean up after my painting sprees at home, but it felt awesome to have someone clean up after you make a mess when you create your masterpiece.

So much fun! Great painting classes for a girls night out. They also have classes for kids that we absolutely loved. I highly recommend them.

We had a birthday party for my cousin and some of the people didnt show up. The employee was intimidating and said we better call the no shows or we would be charged. I felt the way the employee handled the situation was very unprofessional

Good clean family fun

We were excited to come for my daughters 4th birthday however even though the website said theyd be open when we arrived the store was closed. It was posted that their winter hours were through March and would be closed on Wednesday however it is now April and they are still closed on a Wednesday. My daughter was extremely disappointed so we had to drive to Johnson City to Into the Fire. The store needs to do a better job posting accurate hours

I was invited to Brushstrokes with a womens Sunday School Class. I did not know there was a place like this in Kingsport. The ladies here are so helpful. They dont treat you as if you are ignorant. They have great suggestions, helpful hints and are always available. I went to another pottery place close by and was totally lost. The staff never came by to see if we were okay or had questions. I would highly recommend Brushstrokes for experienced as well as first timers.

Really love the staff here. They are very helpful and patient with kiddos, even taking the time to help remove mistakes and start over. My family will be back, and I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you!
