Such a family friendly place, they are really well ran and super great with the little ones. Very strict on their policies which is awesome because there is no chaos. Great place for birthday.

I cannot bring myself to give Altitude less than 5 stars because it is well deserved. My son and I love coming here. It is a great work out and has a lot of open space and different things to do without being overwhelming. Im not thrilled with how much it costs because it is kind of expensive but they do have a lot of pass options and events. I love that they do Teen Nights and the staff is awesome! Definitely worth the money though which is why we always come back!

If I could give them no stars I would. I booked a party and the host never explained the process I had to request the food which I ordered when I booked it. I had to request they bring out the cake I brought in. Worst party the host was always at some other table we had to keep asking him to bring us stuff. Instead of just having the stuff available. Chuck E. Cheese is way more organized.

Great place for the kids and adults alike!! I love that they have staff walking around monitoring areas and children. Always clean and everything is in working order. Great idea for a birthday party. They have a few snacks to chose from, I think they need to expand on their menu given the fact you cant bring food in. Sundays are a great day to visit with three special they offer. 3hrs for $17, if Im not mistaken. My kids and I love it here. I recommend!!

Such an awesome place! My kids told me about it and said we had to go! Definitely a great choice. Very clean, and well lit with plenty of room for them to run around without collisions. Id recommend this place to anyone needing a rainy day adventure or any other day of the week.

This is inuch better condition than the one close to round rock. There are so many more things for the kids to do as well. The price on snacks is decent too...much appreciated for the mom trapped there while kiddo jumps.

I went for an Adult party and had the BEST time. Its a great way to do low impact exercise thats super fun. In fact I wasnt tired/sore the next day either which I thought I would be from all the jumping.

What a Blast! My nephews (6 and 7 years old) worked hard (chores, being obedient and kind, helping each other, brushing teeth well, etc.) to earn points to win an outing and this is the place they chose for their first outing (they previously came on a field trip). They had a Blast! Took lots of great pictures, the colors are so vivid. Even the floor for the adults to walk on feels like a cloud. Definitely a fun, great place for kids. Various bouncing activities. Thumbs up, lots of smiles on the boys faces!

Moved here from Vegas and they had a sky zone but altitude is way better and less expensive

Took the kids for a Friday teen night. The place is well setup, clean and safe (Killeen PD security on site). The kids not only jumped all day and burned off the energy they got drinks and pizza in the pkg. Great place to take the kids for fun and to burn some calories.

My grandkids, daughter, and I just came to Altitude for something to do on a cold Saturday. We only intended on staying around an hour so I ordered our food at that time. While we were looking for seating we noticed there were quite a few tables reserved for birthday parties and had a difficult time finding seats. Eventually we found an unreserved, unoccupied table. About 25 minutes later, as my daughter and I were chatting, an employee approached and proclaimed that the table, were sitting at was reserved for a birthday party. We argued some. He repeated that it was reserved for a birthday party. Finding no point in arguing we got up to find another place to sit. When we got up and turned around we saw that the party for this reserved birthday party was standing there watching us. We were mortified because they had this look on their faces like we had done something wrong! It was extremely embarrassing! We approached other tables and was told they were reserved for birthday parties as well. Our choices were to sit on the boxes that people store their footwear when they remove them, the counter area that had a few stools, the massage chairs, or the play area where food and drinks were not permitted and wed have to remove our shoes. We were still waiting for our food so the shoe storage area and play area were not going to work. We ended up at the counter; a few had stools and a few didnt. On a positive note, it only took 30 minutes for our food to arrive plus the pizza and wings were very good! Another small observation...Roaches. Not an absolute infestation, but they are definitely present. Weve decided not to return. FYI... In case you are clueless as how to better handle this table situation in the future, I suggest approaching the people sitting at the table you need PRIOR to the actual party arriving.

We had our sons birthday party their this past weekend and we all enjoyed ourselves so much!! The price for it all was very reasonable and worth it! James was our Host and he went above and beyond for us! Our daughters birthday is next month so we will definitely be having her party there as well!!

We were there for a birthday party. The guy staying with our kids accidentally fell on my 4yo son. Accidents happen, I get that. But he then tried to bribe him with an icy (without knowing if he had any kind of allergies) held the bigger kids back from getting me and then lied to me about what happened. He told me my son fell and hurt his leg on the middle part of the dodge ball area. I didnt worry, my son had a big bruise on the upper side of his chin bone. Then when we left, the older kids told me what really happened. I ended up taking my son to the ER and after x-rays, he actually had a broken bone. He had to be in a cast for 4 weeks! I went back to ask to see the video which the manager said it was against insurance policy and I couldnt see it but her manager would call me. Now 8 weeks later, I have had no update, no phone call and no apology! Never going back there!

Good prices and keeps the kids entertained not much else to so in Killeen wish they had more places like this.

My 11yr old grandson told me to give this place 5 stars. I figured he was more qualified to rate it than I. He said, there are no video games, but who needs then when you have 2 foam pits, 2 dodge ball areas, jumping games and other jump stuff.

My girls had a great time here. As far as I know everything was working. The music was clean and appropriate for an establishment for children of all ages. The line was not long when we got there, however I did see it get a little long later in the day (5pmish). We definitely will go back here again.

Its my grandsons birthday and we decided to give this trampoline park a try and it did not disappoint. 3 adults and 1 child was 22 dollars for three hours of jump time. We had so much fun.

Kids had fun, we had went to a birthday party there. It was the 1zt one of the day so not many staff I guess. There were no staff on the floor. There was no one to operate one of the activities until right before their jump time was over.

So we decided to take our youngest daughter for her 9th birthday. We bought a 2 hour jump session, were military so they added on 30 additional minutes at no extra charge. Sweet! We have a trampoline in the yard so I figured with the other stuff mixed in here with the facility it would be awesome. Within the first 20 seconds trying to run on one of the trampolines I fell and skinned TF out of my knee. Way to start a two hour marathon, that was my fault, not the facility.We did the pugles (Im the undefeated heavyweight champ in the house), rock wall, bouncing into the foam pit, and after two hours I looked at my watch, its only been 10 minutes into our session. Oh Lord, its gonna be a long day. Im 32 years old and too fat to fight to get out of the quick sand foam block traps scattered everywhere, and nobody knows the trick to getting out. Im sweating my butt off, my heart feels like its going to explode, and its ten times as difficult to get out of the foam pit when your butt lands higher than your head. I debated just giving up on life and ride out the rest of my days there. I tried doing the jump onto the wall and after 30 attempts where my mind says You Can Do It! but my body says crash test dummy. They should probably have helmets for rent up front.5 stars for kids with Energizer Bunny energy3 stars for out of shape dads like me.

I couldnt recommend this place more. The staff are caring and attentive. However Id you are using their specials to pay for an large group instead of booking a full on party, they ate super disorganized and no where near accommodating. I saved over $200 using the specials though so I cant really complain.

Good clean fun my family enjoyed the experience. We would have stayed a lot longer but honestly the music choice was horrific. It was just not something you want to listen to for more then an hour. I love all music but can only handle trap music for so long. I would have appreciated a change when I asked the worker they said they only play that. I was planning on having my kids birthday party here but I think Ill pass. They need to have a better variety of music.

The park is pretty good. Very spacious with several options for jumping. However, the lane safety at the foam pit was inattentive. I typically do not leave negative reviews, but after two kids almost jumped onto my child in the foam pit, I decided to write this. I will be back here, I just hope the lane safeties will be more attentive.

This is a good place to take kids. On Sunday morning they have a large section that is only available to tottlers. This is a great idea. The price seems a bit high to me, but it is in line with singular venues.

1st time here. Attended a kids Bday party here. Everything went smoothly and they bring cicis pizza. Ive been to many urban air locations and I think some parents might prefer this place over urban air because of the way it is laid out. It is easy to keep an eye on your kid here. All areas are visible form the main floor. Urban air has a lot more activities however it is too easy to lose track of your kiddo.

I take my grandkids here every school break. They really enjoy themselves jumping and climbing the wall. It’s good exercise for them and they always meet new friends here.

They Just let anyone walk in from outside and use the restroom. Smh kids are all over this place

Had my sons birthday here and I only have it 2 stars because they had a great time but the service was terrible. Room was clean but was late allowing us to get it having our guests wait when we already have such a limited time. Our party host was all over the place and multiple people stepped in but didnt stay to help with drinks or anything. When you asked a question they had to find some one else to answer them asked for us to leave early because of another party even though we were late getting in!!! Qlot of miscommunication and lack of organization when it came to having the party. The facility itself is decent with a few different areas for the children to enjoy.

I came here with my kids during the week and it was not busy at all and my kids had a blast! They are smaller and we didn’t have to worry about any older kids knocking them down while they jumped. I will definitely be bringing them back

The hours are convenient, personal roams to ensure safety. They offer promotions different age groups. They have dedicated rooms for special occasions.

Took my kids there today and when I went to leave, some of my items was stolen!! Informed the manager and she acted like she didn’t even care. I say there for almost an hour before she even said anything to me. Then she said she checked the cameras and seen nothing. The cubby holes where you put your stuff are right in front of the cash registers. There were three cameras observing that area. It wasn’t until I got loud that she called the police. I will never go to this place again. I will urge my military family to stay away from that place. People come in their and watch you and steal your things while you’re having fun with your family. When the cops came they were a great help. The manager never offered me a refund or apologize. I’ll never spend another penny in this establishment ever!!!!!!!

We visited the trampoline park today for toddler time first off we pay and then go to jump and they have half of the park closed off.. this would have been nice to know before I paid! Second I thought toddler time was for kids and parents... so there was no worries about older kids being in the mix... half way through our visit some teens came in and started doing back flips right by the kids....with half of the park closed off and teens doing flips, we didnt have much of an option on where we jumped..... I approached the staff about it, they said toddler time was just a discount time for younger kids and regular public was allowed to jump, and told to stay away from the kids.... REALLY! How is that possible when half the park is closed and there are kids everywhere.... and of course if my toddler gets kicked in the head they wont be liable for it!! Wont be coming back to toddler time!!!! Or any other time for that matter. Neither will any of the other parents and kids that joined me that day

After speaking with an employee over the phone about these coupons, I took my children to Altitude. The attendant behind the counter was understanding, but would not honor the information we were given over the phone.Im very disappointed that Altitude didnt have knowledgeable staff answering their phones and that they didnt keep to the word of their employee.

Both times I’ve come I’ve been less than pleased. Tonight was the first “Fortnite” night. And it was a horrible experience. Poorly organized. It was supposed to go from 7-10 come with pizza and water. The pizza didn’t arrive until 9:41pm, and water wasn’t handed out until then. The “tournament” was overpacked. My sons friend whom I paid $25 for didn’t even get to play in the tournament because they never got to his name. No organization or structure. And when asked the ladies in the front about the food and drink they were very rude and had no Clue what was plan was. I Will take my business and money to Urban Air from now on.

We visited the park yesterday and it was everything that we expected plus more. The internet pictures didnt do the park any justice. Its incredible. We will definitely be going back.

My son had a great time here for a birthday party.The only thing I didnt like was the manager had his ruffled panties in a bunch about me having Starbucks which they dont offer any other Adult alternatives.

Biggest concern for me is a lack of security/child accountability. If youre not with the kids 100% of the time, during busy periods it could be very easy for a child to be taken through the lobby and out the front door without your knowledge. Havent jumped since I was little, had a great time with the kids! We went on the first day of summer vacation, so it was very crowded. Facilities were dirty but were as clean as could be expected with the amount of people in the building.

Had my sons birthday party here. The birthday facilitator, Carlos, was excellent. Everything was in good repair and there are a good variety of games/activities/features for kids of all ages. The workers watching over the games (like Dodgeball) need to do a better job of keeping kids who arent with the party out of the activity area when there are group-specific events (i.e. They have a wristband system, they need to pay attention and enforce it.) Over all, the party was worth it and the kids had a great time.

Its alright. For a fam of 4/2 hrs of jump time, plan on spending about 70 bucks. The only thing thats not great is that theres a bunch of teenagers watching a bunch of hype, younger kids and some of the attending parents think they can talk to your kids as if they are their own.
