Loved the location and all the amenities provided. The pool was maintained and chairs/tables were cleaned every morning.The rooms were nicely decorated and the condominium provided everything you need from cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker as well as coffee, full size refrigerator that had condiments in it, ice maker large living and dining room area. Washer and dryer.Walk across the street and youre on the beach.Only semi negative comment would be how small the parking spaces are. We had a van and the squeeze to get in and out with a baby was a little tight.Other than that, great place!

It was a nice place to stay. Close to amenities, and a beach right out front to walk to.

We stayed at a private condo, which was nice and clean, but is showing signs of age. Prices were appropriate for what you got. The pool and spa were clean as well, but nothing exciting or fancy. Beach access was very easy, there is a crosswalk right at the entrance to the complex that takes you directly onto the beach. This complex is somewhat removed from the action, so if you want a quiet stay in Kihei, it may be just the place for you!

The owner went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. Made our holiday. Great location

The reason for 4 stars is because the electrical wiring is outdated, not enough power to run a microwave and hairdryer at the same time without flipping several breakers. Our particular one also smelled of mice in the kitchen although never saw any signs of droppings. Nice pool, hot tub, and grounds, the bbq grills in the pool area are cleaned daily, sometimes a basket of local fruit is left in the pool area for the share/taking. Assigned parking so you know you have a parking spot, sugar beach right across the street a good place to watch the sunset. Easy access to many parts of the island.

Easy check in, great location with beach less then 30 second walk away. Our condo was wonderful and we took advanage of the pool and jacuzzi every night. Definitely staying here again next time!

Advertising a unit as 1 1/2 bath, then call it 1.25 bath deep down in ammeneties, is just deceitful. Couch felt like sitting on springs, sliding patio door didnt slide well at all, with a whole in the screen, which made the handle for opening. Two half filled bottles of hand soap, 4 guests coming in left with 3 bath towels. Needs updating. Advertising pictures should be of condo, not places to see and things to do on island. Also, not even a welcome to our condo. Everywhere else weve stayed there has always been something left for us, bottles of water and a treat/snack, non-existent here. The decent part was the view, although weve had better.Not impressed with this unit at all

While we had some issues at the beginning with the cleanliness of the house, Quinn (the manager) was very nice and helped us out as best as she could. This place is also very close to malls, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again.

Fabulous time in Maui!We recently returned from a fabulous holiday in Maui. I was traveling with my husband and our two pre-teen girls. After a long trek to Maui through multiple airports, we arrived at Roberts condo. It was easy to find as the directions provided were perfect. We quickly noticed how quiet the complex was and its very close proximity to the beach. We got into Maui late at night and were pleased to see a few snacks left waiting for us, which worked well for my girls while my husband ran off to Safeway to buy a few things to get us through breakfast the next morning. The condo was exceptionally clean and as others have noted, it was stocked well. I have stayed in other condo complexes where there are only 4 plates and 4 sets of silverware. His kitchen had enough dinnerware to eat from for few days or to host a dinner party! The books and tip journal from others that have stayed in the condo helped us plan our days on the island. We also took full use of the beach gear (chairs, cooler, towels, boogie boards, beach bags, etc) every day that we headed out to explore the beaches of Maui.We did not need to run the air conditioner at all as the breeze through the condo at night was enough to cool us all for a great nights sleep. My girls did not use the pool as it was very cold but that didnt really matter as we spent every day at the beach. We loved this area of Kihei as it is very quiet and found our morning coffee on the lanai a relaxing way to start the day. The neighbours are friendly and quick to offer advice on good places to visit on the island. We would definitely love to return to this condo!

This was my first trip to Maui - and Roberts condo did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations. All the comforts of home were included, the décor is perfect, everything in the condo is completely clean, and the location cant get any better. I love that the condo is just across from the beach (Literally just a quick walk across the street) - and that I could skip across the way at all hours of the day/night to enjoy a walk on the beach, wading, or taking one of the many toys provided at the condo to play in the water. Aside from the awesome location, and all the comforts and amenities, perhaps the most important was how easy it was to work with Robert to make this vacation happen. I think he really goes above and beyond to make sure his renters have the perfect vacation. I cant recommend this property enough! :)
