Stayed here for one night. Booked the place through AirBnB. Except that my host did not set up Wi-Fi, everything else was good. The location is very convenient.

My grandmother lives here. And some of her neighbors are great. But the other half are terrible. And the landlord guy doesnt seem to be very nice. They keep upping the price per month of having a pet. Plus the streets are mostly all cracked and broken. Not many holes so still a decent drive.

Theykeep raising your lot rent but they dont fix the roads

BeautifulJustBEAUTIFULI enjoyed my stay however, I REALLY wish one rule u could get rid of.. My daughter n husband are Foster parents n are in NEED of a three bedroom NICE trailer however for some REASON there dog is not allowed husky they are not mean dogs any dog can be mean if u abuse it.. They have Cash n r helping kids to have a bright future wish u could join also in a helping hand.. They live in Valley view n would love to be in your BEAUTIFUL court ty

The ownership often does things to encourage this.This is the cleaner of the trailer parks in Kearney.

Seems like a clean trailer park. Not the typical trailer park feeling when driving through. Looked to me like most of the places were upgraded and cared for.I believe most residences are actual owners not renters.

Lived here for 3 years well taken care of owners easy to work with nicest one in town.
