It was a trailer park. Not dirty no loud parties road could be filled in in places..

The otter s Sunset View is very kind hard-working and making this trailer park look very nice and livable and family oriented

OWNERS ARE WORKING VERY HARD TO GET IT CLEANED UP AND DOING A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PARK. HES WEEDED OUT A BUNCH OF POOR CLIENTS AND MAKING IT INTO A VERY RESPECTFUL TRAILER COURT AGAIN !!

...could use a guard - rail separating homes from highway traffic....all over experience: nice place to live.
