We had a private watch party for our family on halloween . It was an amazing experience thanks to a special request being fulfilled by the GM Martha. The associates were so friendly and helpful . The theatre was very clean and there were disinfecting carts everywhere. I really think the staff is doing everything in their power to make it a safe visit during this time. I really recommend the private watch party and price is reasonable and the experience was priceless:)

This is a really cool location for family outing and it comes with a free L1 Volta Charging station for EV owners...top up your car while you enjoy your movie. Lots of decent hangout spots around

They provide you with wipes to clean your seats. The prices for popcorn and drinks are cheaper since refills are not available. They still have not opened the kitchen.

My family loves going here! Lines are normally long at concessions, and there are no cup holders to put your drinks in (which can be difficult as the only adult with a 6,5, and 4 year old). Seats are comfy and the place is clean

Best theater in Katy. The security can be increased a bit so that you feel safer at night. The XD screen is very enjoyable. The seats are super comfortable. The restrooms can be a much cleaner and screens should be vacuumed frequently.

During this pandemic, you have to purchase your tickets online. Imo they should waive charging you a convenience fee. If you purchase a large popcorn or large soda, the price has been reduced since they do not offer a free refill to each. Seating arrangements are socially distanced.

The Cinemark 19 and XD was highly maintained and the movie experience was awesome considering COVID 19 they took all the necessary precautions.

Great selection of food, drinks and snacks. The Pizza Hut personal pizza is pretty big, and honestly tastes better than Pizza Hut delivery in my opinion. All recliner seats whether it’s XD Or standard seating. If you are a movie club member you get discounts on all food and snacks, and discounted tickets. Definitely worth it if you watch movies regularly.The only con in my opinion are the restrooms, they definitely need to be redone or super deep cleaned. The women’s restroom is usually pretty dirty.Other than that, the theater is great.

Only reason this was 4 stars because the chair recliner wasnt working properly. I walked in and I saw the chair that I chose and it was stuck in the fully reclined position. I couldnt change it back to normal before, during, and after the movie. Also the person next to me had the same problem too. So that needs to be fixed. . .

Great location, large parking lot, did find out there are no cameras and no patrol officers outside so lock vehicle properly and don’t leave any Values. Pop corn is always fresh, friendly staff. Restrooms could be a lot cleaner. The main awesome thing about this theatre is the confortable recliner seats! The great picture and sound makes you want to come back!

Went for the first time a week ago to see Toy Story 4. Seats were spacious, with plenty of adjustments available to make them comfy.Staff was friendly. I like that this location hires young people-High School/College age?Popcorn was about the same as youd get elsewhere, but fine.Theater was mostly clean, except around the butter station.

The movie itself was great from an audio visual perspective. The theater itself was also okay. The biggest complaint was that some of the nice chairs were very much broken. In addition, we had to remove left over drinks and food from all of our seats. It was obvious the entire theater had not been cleaned at all from the prior film.

Loved the reclining seats. The staff were awesome! I bought tickets online, and thought I had selected the day I wanted. Turns out I had actually gotten tickets for the day I was online, not the day we planned to go. The manager was not able to issue a refund, but was able to transfer the tickets to the day we were there. We werent able to get the seats I had originally planned, but they were still great. Love this theater and will definitely see movies here again.

Love this theatre! Usually see in the XD theatre as I love the sound. Clean and seats are the comfy lounge chairs. Also like that you can reserve your seats so I dont have to worry if were running a little late.

Nice seating a lot like the Alamo, but the lobby is small and they have locked a few doors of the outside to try to funnel people into the middle to get tickets confirmed. It feels a little awkward when you try the door and it doesnt open. They offer a break full bar for adults. Pizza hut is there as well and standard conversation stand goodies as well.

Right before Christmas went with grandkids to see Frozen2. Seats are awesome! They are huge and very comfortable. They are arranged so you don’t have to see around someones head in front of you. Small lobby. Area to prep popcorn was very nasty. Employees at snack food area not friendly or helpful. Restrooms ok. Parking is good.

Plenty of parking, Clean seats, and the Pizza Hut Hawaiian pizza was hot and tasty! It only took 10 minutes to be served right out of the oven. We saw Just Mercy.... I laughed, I cried, and saw rightful justice ultimately prevail.

The Cinemark app is a must if you love this theater. You save so much and makes getting your tickets super easy. This is my favorite theater in the entire Katy area. Nothing super super fancy, but they have a small cafe inside along with personal pizza for your movie going fun plus all the normal stuff. Best of all are the seats!! So comfy

Theyve come a long way from where they used to be. The theaters are pretty clean, with fairly well maintained and comfortable recliner chairs. The screens are also pretty high quality with solid sound systems across the board. Most theaters struggle to keep things well maintained and operating smoothly, this one holds up well in every area you would want it to.

I love the way they have changed their chairs to the recliners. I dont go anywhere else to view movies niw since its so close and comfy. They have a butter filling station and the coke machines that offer lots of flavors. Tuesday is awesome as they have $5 movies.

Need to do a better job of cleaning the theater after showings. Filthy in between armrests and foot reclining sections. The moment you start reclining, junk starts coming out... horrible feeling! Seats are comfortable and sound is great! But, cleanliness goes a long way.

My issue was I went to see jamanji bought three tickets same row but i did not have a seat i ended up sitting on the steps through the whole movie bc i was not going to a whole different part of the theater away from my two kids. Someone was in that row that didnt belong.

Female Cashier had no customer service whatsoever! Maybe yall should train on customer service like being nice, saying hello how are you and thank you have a nice day...or like maintaining good eye contact and a smile without rolling your eyes at the customers that help you keep your job! Other than that it was clean of what I seen and it was easy to find where we needed to go.

Great movie theater! The space was big and wasnt too crowed. The location is very neat and clean. The staff was friendly.

Theater was dirty with popcorn on our seats and on the ground. For a saturday night it was not busy at all and still I would give cleanliness a big zero. The restrooms smelled horrible and the smell of popcorn got stuck on my clothes. The popcorn we bought was stale and could tell it was old. I have not been to this Cinemark in a while in maybe 5 to 6 months and never had an issue but tonight I could tell the difference in that this place lacks organization and cleanliness on a large scale. I hope management can bring this place back to what it used to be.

Enjoyed this bottle of Malbec from the bar, while watching Harriet! Seats recline, floors were not sticky like AMC katy mills. Nice variety of concessions.

Overall my experience was ok. The popcorn tasted great and the seats were functional. The overall cleanliness of the theater was ok though. There was a bag and popcorn left in between the seats, but the bathrooms were clean. The audio and video was as expected.

We frequent this movie theater and really enjoy the luxury loungers. The theaters are relatively clean. The popcorn is always fresh and delicious. I would say the people working behind the snack counter could stand to learn some customer service skills. Also, the lines move slowly. Seems like there are a lot people standing behind the counter, but not really making their process efficient.

This was my first trip to Cinemark 19 and the theater was really nice! The luxury loungers were fantastic.

Very unique experience here. Seats are unbelievable! They have a removable armrest and its like you have your own power reclining loveseat. Even though youre sitting with an entire room full of people, once youre seated, you feel like youre enjoying a huge screen all to yourselves! Grab a blanket and enjoy as if youre in your own media room!

I hadn’t been going to the movies hardly ever anymore and couldn’t remember the last time I went, but that will change because I fell in love with the cozy reclining seats at Cinemark. I took my daughter to watch Dumbo and I really appreciate that their aren’t as many people in one theatre at a time, more space between other guests and the recliners make it so much more enjoyable to sit back, put my feet up and enjoy a movie. The theatre is very clean as well...

We took our family of five to opening night (4:05pm) of The Lion King. We purchased our tickets weeks in advance. When we arrived to our seats located in section C, we found popcorn, used condiment packets, used soda pop, and dirty napkins in our reserved seats. Once we bussed our area, we sat down only to find that my daughter’s and my chairs were broken. We then watched as other patrons came in and had to clean their own areas, and for this reason we didn’t get to watch previews which we enjoy. I went to the restroom halfway through the movie and found filthy conditions. All of the wall art on the way to the facilities had grubby finger prints, carpets were covered in popcorn and trash, the toilets were soiled and had piles of tissue inside of them, and the trashes were overflowing onto the floors. The counters were soaking and paper towels were strewn all around. When I walked out of the restroom and down the hall back to the movie, two young employees we’re walking around aimlessly flirting and laughing as if there was nothing to do. They did not yield or acknowledge me as I had to stop dead in my tracks to permit them to casually mosey around. When we got in the car later, my husband scuffed at how gross it was at Cinemark 19. We had purchased a large popcorn and large Dr Pepper. When my husband tasted the Dr Pepper it was flat and all syrup so he had to walk back to the counter to ask them to exchange it. He and my son had been drinking out of the side of the cup. The employee behind the counter requested the cup back with the flat soda, dump it out, and then he proceeded to use the dirty cup to scoop clean ice out of the bin!!! Literally, he a used the dirty cup to scoop out the ice. My husband was horrified. Finally, I need to especially make note that the screen in the first movie theater to the right (I think it was screen 11) had poor quality lines all down the right side of the screen. In conclusion, I find the service lackadaisical at best and feel we did not get a good value for our money on opening night of The Lion King at #Cinemark19. The on duty manager needs to instill passion in the employees, quality controlstandards, and overall better the customer service skills in the staff. There are lots of theaters fromwhich to choose and we will have to decide if we will return after this poor experience.

Its good! Seats are wide with recline without extra fees and thats great! Its clean! The only thing was, its warm inside the theater! The outside hallways are cooler than inside the theater! Rated 5 because of the reclining seats and cleanliness.
