I LOVE this place!! Its so much fun to dance and theres so many areas that you can find a place to hang out no matter what your comfort level is. I love the different themes they have. Im sad that theyre closed right now, but Im glad theyre being safe about everything. I cant wait to get back there. The owner had always been so nice to me!

Joe the trucker here. Ive been coming to this club since 2016. It is one of the best clubs in the United States. Great prices and great atmosphere. The owner is friendly and nice to everyone. Hope it opens back up soon

I truly enjoyed my experience each time that I went to The Spott..I think the place for adult fun was amazing experience and was always comfortable with the atmosphere and the setting each time..And most of all I felt the comfort and security was great..Ive been attending THE SPOTT now for approximately 3 yrs member..And I do hope that it will be coming back open once all this pandemic has allowed places to reopen..And I want to again Thank You Jeff Cline for such a wonderful laid back comfortable settingThank You Anna Peugh

Been going here about a decade now and have always had a blast!

Only been here once, several years ago, but just wanted to leave the review I should have left back then.I thoroughly enjoyed this place. Staff/security were very tight that night due to some recent events that had taken place, but they were all very respectful, kind, and welcoming. People complain about the music being played by the DJs, but when you have a crowd of people from 20-60+ youre always going to wind up with people who complain about the music. As a DJ myself, this is just how it goes.Anyways, my favorite part about the place was that everyone here (staff and patrons alike) were all very respectful. You could barely tell who was security staff because they all know 80%+ of the patrons, so they interact with and check on people but also keep to themselves. If theres a problem, you can depend on them to resolve it.Im hoping to drag a few friends out there this weekend, and hope I can meet the owner, he seems like a cool guy.

They are currently selling tickets for events, but if you arrive, they are closed and not answering the phone.Just a warning to those who plan on buying tickets or are coming in from out of town, dont waste your time.

Had a great time. We were a little nervous to go but once we got there, we had a blast. Security is present both outside and indoors and pay attention. There were no issues whatsoever. Folks are just laid back doing their own thing. Everyone we met was nice and having a great time. We don’t swing but just like to party where folks have fun and can be themselves. Music was awesome, bathrooms clean, plenty of ice and non alcoholic drinks. The owner swung bye to say hello and thanked us for coming. Non pressure from any patrons for anything. The establishment was clean. We will go back for sure.

Im not going to blame the owner for anything. Hes a nice guy and has worked very hard to keep this place the #1 spot in area.I will say that everyone that goes to this place should show some respect to the staff and to the owner. You come here to bring trouble and you will find trouble quickly while being removed. This place is not for everyone however I recommend you try it once to see if it is for you. I like it. They have an awesome dj, everyone is polite, the pool is freaking awesome. It gives the feel of a island getaway everybody dances! And it Ricks until 5 am!!

Great place to kick back and be yourself, I felt safe and comfortable being there by myself . Everyone I talked to was friendly and were enjoying themselves. As a smoker, I appreciate that there is covered area to go to in bad weather. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and polite. BYOB is nice change rather than paying $6-10 for a drink at a bar. Owner is nice, he mingles thru the crowd and talks to people making sure they are enjoying the party. The heated pool is great. (Make sure to bring a towel.)

Wow this place is the low end of the food chain could be a nice set up but cheaply put together, Owner was very creepy, place has a odd smell to it, the main room is super bright feels like a high school prom with the lights on, after 1am all the thugs arrive, the sheriffs Dept are out writing as many tickets as they can, would not recommend this place for beginners or single ladies to dangerous

This place is soo dope My husband and I travel from the Top evry chance we get and when we get to the city, there is no need to bar hop. We come straight here every time. The only place in KCMO where the urban night life is popping, safely!

Everytime I call I never get a answer and when I did they were rude.

We had a great time. This place is the cleanest club we have ever been in. And everyone was very nice. Great live DJ that played out requests. Security was present but not overbearing. We felt very safe and comfortable. We can’t wait for the swimming pool to open. We will be back and bring our friends with us.

A clean safe and friendly after hours nightclub. BYOB with a heated hot tub in the spring fall and summer. It is a little pricey if you go by yourself they give a discount for couples.

My boyfriend and I decided to investigate this place one weekend to see what it was all about and it definitely didnt disappoint I was very hesitant to go to a new club the first time we went and when I showed up everyone was so kind and inviting. It made me feel so much more comfortable being in a different environment. Now my boyfriend and I are going any free chance we get!

The actual club itself is impressive, the heated pool was a nice touch. There was ample security and they kept to themselves until several party goers got too rowdy. The hot tub was out of commission and the music was just alright. The overall cleanliness of the place deteriorates as the evening goes on (entirely the fault of the patrons) and around 3AM is the perfect time to leave. However, the club has limited parking and the late comers blocked the parking lot making it impossible to leave. We were forced to stay until 6:30AM because of the parking situation. If you come here please just take an Uber and save yourself the trouble.

Ive never enjoyed The Kc Night LifeAll the places Ive been to before are hostile and everyone is worried about the next person and what their wearing I went to The Sport relieved there was enough seating, Its BYOB, they provide cups ices and fountain drinks, the Dance floor is a little small but enough room is made thru out the night. Im not an Open Person but it was nice seeing people who were care free and trying to have a good time. Its open late which is bonus. Ill be going back.

I loved it here and wish I could frequent more,even as a single polyamorous guy I enjoyed myself and could be myself,great venue and love the music, the staff were awesome and attentive but not over bearing,security was good because I felt safe and didnt know rget were there,host was awesome Jeff you are the Man!!.Just wish there was lube and rubbers to access there,but I did love how clean it was and appreciated the wipes and towels.I definitely recommend this venue,Ive been all over the states in many ls clubs but this was a textbook success and place to be .

I found my new favorite spot at The SPOTT!!! My second time this past weekend... My Big Daddy went with me and we had the most fun. I love to dance... DJ mixes the music up for everyone in the crowd and I love that. I love the themes lets me get dress up or dressed down. I agree with earlier ratings the front desk staff is awesome and welcoming that will definitely keep me coming back. See you soon at The SPOTT.

My car was towed for no reason by Jackson County Sheriff at The Spott on Sunday morning. When I walked out by myself looking for my car I was informed I had been towed because my car was parked bit over white line one on side street! I parked where everyone else parked the staff of The Spott made no notification that I had parked illegally. And the reason listed for tow was I was arrested I have no history ofarrest. They dishonest liars that clearly just want get this club shut down. But instead tow cars away from club with no actually valid reason. I had spend almost $340 because they lied it isn’t right to take advantage of people because you have badge! And I will be seeking to see if I pursue legal matters to get refund this is disgusting. And I encourage anyone to stay away from this establishment.

This place is the worst. The owner is a creeper and has altered his operation to nickel and dime you. From charging to use playroom to charging more if you don’t pay online using a site that is routinely down and inaccessible, all this guy cares about is bleeding his clients dry. Don’t give this club your patronage.

Perhaps you should make everyone RSVP before each event. It may stop the drunks from coming after the regular bars close. Free party is a bad. More people means a bigger chance of attracting bad eggs.

I went last night for the first with my husband and it was so much fun. It was relaxed and everyone was just doing their own things. And the owner is awesome. He is super friendly and doesnt play when it comes to breaking the rules. We are going back next Saturday

I have been to The Spott once, back at the beginning of the year. The guy I was dating at the time got me interested in trying it out. I was most impressed with the enployees at the front desk. The gal told us we looked great and made us feel welcome. We basically just people watched the whole time. Everyone looked like they were having fun and the music was great. I had never entertained swinging before but this club is a great place for anyone to start. Unfortunately I am not with the guy I went with anymore, so I havent been back, but good job on giving everyone a good time.

I never enjoyed the night life. So, I decided to come here as a single guy on new years eve. There were several young single guys like me and they all left very shortly but i stayed there for six hours. I was continuously roaming here and there looking for a nice place to sit(because smoking room was full of smoke). I am straight although one African-american gay approached me three times. Later crowd gone wild and one African-american guy wanted to fight with a white guy and some lady informed the bouncers about that and then i decided to leave. Then i was able to understand why they have metal detectors installed at the gates. Obviously i am not a party person (because i dont smoke/drink). But long story short after watching this kind of environment i would never wanna enjoy night life. I always stay alone and never get bored, but that night i was really bored and roasted.

I’ve found my favorite place in KC. It’s definitely a fun place to go. All of the staff members were friendly. I went for the first time with my wife last weeked. We really enjoyed ourselves and others. Bests for Couples hence the kind of club it is. I wouldn’t say it’s the best club for single men. If you want relax around people like yourself, enjoy some excitement, and have fun this is definitely The Spott. Even tho I Gave it 5 stars, because of the great experience. I hope that the staff can become a little more strict on the (No Taking Photos or Videos Policy) or stress it more when people come in. I kind of caught a few people attempting to record others without them knowing. If they can do that it’ll be perfect.

Being a single mom not looking nor have time for a relationship but still have my needs so this is the PERFECT getaway. Safe, clean, and any kind of person you could possibly want to meet. Plus the sexy, positive, and all around good vibe everyone brings to the club just make it 1 of a kind. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable!

I have been there twice.. it’s a real nice place for couples or single ladies.. I’m not convinced the environment is ideal for single men...I notice not a lot of single men frequent the place or at least not the times I was there.. I’m not giving it a bad review because I think it is a real descent safe club and there is not A lot is safe clubs around...I’m from NC and we only have one of these clubs there and even there it’s hard for single men to fit in...So definitely give it a try and see for yourself....

I like to wear as little as possible and just hang out with people. There is always something to see if you look in the right places. KCs BEST kept secret and I hope it stays that way.

Heard about this place years ago and was intrigued. A co-worker was on site working and needed some extra hands, so he called me in to help. Come to find out, it is very well laid out, and nicely decorated. I met the owner, and he explained the history of the place, and brought me up to why we were standing there. Thanks for the work Jeff. Looking forward to seeing what is planned next for the place as an upgrade. A great building with a wonderful atmosphere, that has recently been diagnosed and has been rumored, even given the title as, The Spott, to be...!!!!!!

Pretty enjoyable experience! I am fairly new to swinging but I came here and felt completely welcome. I got my pee pee sucked by an old woman with huge fake gazungas and had a naked dance off with some other fellows. I would have given five stars but the nachos were cold.

The DJ was probably the worst DJ alive! The music selection was so terrible that everyone around my table was complaining. People were smoking inside the building and the whole place smelled like a smoke house. I probably will never go there again just because of the indoor smoking.
