Nice walking park. It would be nice if it had some fenced areas for dogs to run free without repercussions from other dog owners. It also has space to add more paths and maybe a gazebo or 2. Perhaps a community garden?

Nice, low key spot

The walking trail is nice, but the soccerfield is full of trash. Not to mention there used to be a really nice nature trail at the edge of the soccerfield, but all the trees have been torn down. Its sad to see. Especially because this is a suburban area that could really use a little nature.

Sundays at Emerald are a magical time of Tacos and Fútbol.

I love going down by the railroad tracks under the I94 bridge and hanging out with the homeless people, which the city of Kalamazoo ignores, but instead wastes money on unused bike lanes in city streets and very large city buses that never seem to be a quarter full. Plus buses are constantly being repainted. Our homeless people need to be taken care of.

A large grass lot with a few soccer goals. Your enjoyment will vary based on how much you enjoy grass. On the plus side they have soccer games on the weekend which are fun to watch

Fields need leveling and are super dry/hard but a good little field to play on.

Just a big grass patch between neighborhood and Imperial beverage.

Great to find a public, full sized soccer field that is maintained enough where the grass is short, and I wont get kicked off of due to it being owned by some organization! Love it and plan to visit often.
