Tons of free truck parking! The Casino has three food options; Buffet, Steakhouse, or the Bar.I ate the California Club at the Bar. Pricey as with most Casinos but very good. Ill return again anytime Im in the area.

The casino was nice and clean. Smoke free. But they have an outside smoking patio. Staff was all very nice. I visit here every time Im in Joliet. Its hard to get on a machine you like because people get up and go eat etc..but they lean the chair on the machine so wont nobody touch it...which is rude when youre gone 20-30 minutes or longer. But other than that I like it.

I felt really safe there very clean all wearing mask not all machines being used for social 6ft. Hand sanitizer everywhere plus a good time

This is a great place to stay well youre playing games only to realize that youre gambling with your life but you dont realize it until its too late no matter what you do mercy never comes. Its not good to gamble with your life safe

I love going to this casino. Its clean, the staff are friendly. And hey winning isnt bad either. The only thing that could be better is if one of the other 2 restaurants upstairs besides the Hops were a little less expensive. I mean you have to wat but that buffet is expensive without a deal you may get.

Had fun went with my sister she had luck. There werent many people. Other people were winning. Guess it wasnt my day lol but will go back before I leave .

Staff are rude, spoke about my father and asked whats wrong with him he cant hear. My response was no he cant. Management informed and they did nothing to correct situation.

My wife and I had a wonderful time and awesome dinner at the Final Cut Steakhouse. The service rendered by the staff we encountered was absolutely outstanding.

In addition to the huge lot to park your semi truck and trailer the Casino is beautifully decorated feels like old time Vegas...great food, staff and almost always come out with more $$$$ then what we went in with. Love this place and weve been all over the United States

I can only say that covid has changed the casino. Not real busy, a lot of the machines are shut down. Nothing like it was...sad.

I enjoyed my first visit. It is a little out of the way to get to, but construction had a part in that. From what I did see, it looks like a very nice place. Under normal conditions, (no covid 19) it would be very pleasant.

I was only able to stay one night RV Park but, rest assured, Ill be back. Very well-kept park with free dump station, water and electricity at sites, laundry room was acceptable, bath and shower looked very nice. And a free hot breakfast in the hotel lobby, cheese omelets, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. And you can go back for more if youd like. I dont see how anyone could go wrong there! Definitely goes on my list of places to visit again, thank you!

Atmosphere is really neat but unless you have over $1,000 you better off going somewhere else because youre not going to get it back unless you play table games!!

Since Covid-19 counts are rising again, we were dissapointed that the hand sanitizers were empty. No one wiped the machines down either.

No food, drinks and no credits and rewards for playing I dont know what is going on, we love this place before!

Slow bussiness but games not going off much. But I end up winning 2 hundred. So not that bad on machines but you cant get a drink closed self drinks off.

Did not know the hotel was not connected to the casino!! No shuttle, no breakfast... Supposedly due to covid!! Also, charged $50 more for incidentals, then credited back 3-5 days later?!? Only 1 restaurant open also...& It was a sports bar!! Not impressed. The Hollywood in Toledo, Ohio blows this one away!! Really needs updated!!

Slots have a decent mix of old and new games. Many pay enough to keep me playing and entertained for a while. Dealers are friendly. Played Mississippi Stud Poker on 1/20/2020 and Brandon was the dealer He was friendly and engaging with us at the table which made it feel like game night with friends instead of a big casino. Havent ate at the restaurants in years so I cant give an accurate review of the food venues and never stayed at the hotel so have no opinion on that. Security Officers greeted us as we walked in and thanked us for coming in this evening. Ive played at and visited many casinos and this is one of the better ones Ive visited.

Clean environment. Slots was not hitting anywhere in the casino the two times I went in there. TIGHT.

The laundry facility is closed, no free breakfast as stated in the website, no place to dump gray water or any water at the rv park. No pool, grill or firepit either. We could have stayed in a cracker barrel parking lot, been just as happy and saved money.

Good hookups and convenient in and out of Interstate. Priced included discount for dinner buffet (good) and breakfast at hotel. Roads wide enough for maneuvering a 38 ft motor home. Unhooked and hooked up tow by hotel. Check in and out at hotel. Some sites under water from recent rains.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional service from the older white woman given the job of delivering drinks on the lower level that never come. Talking to a manager about her didnt seem to help. Apparently the barking drink-girl intimidates management, too. #fail

Ive been here a few time, including their New Years party for 2020. The buffet is decent and certainly above average for a buffet. The Casino floor is clean and inviting, I was new to casino Blackjack and the dealer was very friendly and helpful. The weight staff is very easy to wave down from the slots and the bar has everything a bar should. I enjoyed my visits despite being a person who lacks the gambling bug.

Overall not pleased with my experience. The gambling aside, some machines were outdated, and I personally did not enjoy my time.

We are Drivers and visit a few casinos here and there around the country. I thought it was pretty cool.The visual aspect and overall look and design of the place is actually pretty awesome! (You immediately feel like your walking into a top notch establishment). They have a decent number of the front line slots to play, Money Cash for instance along with alot of the old reel style machines on the lower level (where the table games are at)The Deli was pretty good Salena was great. Definitely a class joint throughout would love to come back again someday.

Good food at 99 hops (more waitresses are needed for that big of a crowd though), enjoyed the casino it was clean and had a lot of machines, plenty of outdoor smoking areas, hotel had friendly employees, clean and a comfortable bed. Biggest problem was the unbelievable high price for one night @ $200 but it was the closet motel so they can grab you. Never paid that much for that type of room anywhere other than a big city. That was disappointing.

First timers left with good memories

Staff is very accommodating and the food was excellent. I love the beer battered fish. Prices are reasonable. Great place to see a band and enjoy an evening out.

Last week was our first time in this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the fine food and fine drinks and with the honest payment. We will surely come back soon.

Casino is clean and spacious with lots of helpful staff. The gamblers were having a good time on a Saturday night!The live band is separated from the casino floor but its easy to get from one to the other. They might want to increase their maintenance coverage on the weekends as I saw a few popular slots out of order, a non functional soda fountain and one of the 2 up escalators was broken.My party and I had fun regardless & well be back soon.

Was very quiet until this stay, on the 3rd floor for weeks it was peace and very nice, this time 2nd floor its another hotel. The staff is great and rooms are clean. I paint while here. It is still better than the next exit.

Beautiful pictures of old Hollywood movie stars. Lots of games to choose from. Havent seen to many winners! Need to give out more promotions for players, $5.00 is gone in an instant.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of the casino. However they need a better selection of slot machines. And the buffet needs work on the menu. The brunch was very bland. No seasoning at all on any of the items I selected.

Best RV Park in the area and closest to Chicago. + a Casino.Check in is easy, You check in at the hotel. The Girls at the front desk are awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. During our stay RV Sites included free breakfast and $5 off coupons for food at the casino.The sites are huge, grass everywhere, and the area is well lit.Partial hookups; Electric and Water with a nice dump station behind the hotel, easy access and clean.The Casino has 3 great places to eat and live entertainment on various nights. Slots and Tables. Weve had good luck at the slots. Havent tried the tables.There is a shuttle that doubles as security to take you to and from the casino.And heres a cool plus, evening visits by deer. yep there is a small herd that lives in the area and the wander through most evenings.

Very elegant and welcoming spot. They serve big portions and for inexpensive prices. I loved the menu very much and the staff members were super affable and informative. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Great hotel and great steakhouse

HUGE!RV park is clean and quiet. Nice pull-thru, and back-in slots for RV’s and campers. Electric and water. Convenient dump station with excellent access. There are some tent camping spaces, and a clean bath house. Guests can pay a $10 fee to use The fitness center and hotel amenities, and that fee includes a nice buffet breakfast! A $5 dinner voucher is received upon entry, and can be used in the casino restaurant.

No one picked up the phone when I called for Texas holdem cash games and tournament info. Website doesnt say anything about tournaments or Texas cash games but has a picture of people playing it. I wouldnt waste my time with this place unless u enjoy burning money in slots or 10 deck black jack. Ive never been to a casino where they dont answer the phone. Thats just piss poor.

Came out to watch a band, see friends and gamble. Food was terrible. Beef nachos should not be soupy. Literally liquid filling the bottom and ruining the chips. Had to find the server after waiting almost 15 minutes to pay. Service in 99 Hops could be better. And you need 2 bartenders, not 1 for that big of a space! Gambling is mostly fun and is exactly as expected.

It was my first time there. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with my hubby, son and his wife. It was even more awesome that my son won Big on the slots!! I really enjoyed myself

Free parking and the hotel was welcoming. Front desk attendants were accommodating and service oriented. Clean rooms were provided and they have a delicious breakfast meals.

I liked the newness of the games, but the card reader in over 90% of the games did not work until you played around with it for several minutes, and my card is fairly new. Cant tell you how many points was list because you look up and the reader is not working. Minor but still a pain...

Hotel is reliably clean, and staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking outside hotel is free. Parking at casino includes free parking outside, as well as an enclosed parking deck. Breakfast at hotel includes hot items, bakery, and yogurt. Coffee is great. Casino is large with plenty of slots, video poker, and table games. Buffet at the casino was sad. Bowls in salad bar were almost empty, choices of entrees not great. The steak house food was excellent, but pricey, and service was very slow. The sandwich restaurant was just right...good food, good service.

This is the better of the two casinos in the Joliet area. Better entertainment, sports bar (they have a 2000 inch or something TV) and great table games. Nice dealers

I had a great time blowing all my money with my husband. I even (almost) accidentally walked into a restricted zone and the employees didnt tackle me!!! Great time.

We ate at the brunch buffet on Sunday and everything was good. Great service and great selection for food.

They serve big dishes and for affordable rates. nice staff. Highly recommended.

Great fun and I actually won $54! The Sunday Brunch Buffet was excellent and affordable, with a tender top round roast equal to prime rib IMHO. 99 Hops had great, affordable meals and live entertainment. All with a smoke-free atmosphere. Cant wait to return!

Very friendly service people. The breakfast was made special for us, we have the usual and miss out on bacon and breakfast burritos. The accommodated us and made special and brought to room. Room is always very clean and the people that work there go over the top for the guests. Love staying there, my only hotel I stay at. The gambling is a little perk to get out of room, but love going back to room for night and soak in large hot tub. Very relaxing! You will not be disappointed with the stay. Patty

I spent the night at the Hollywood Casino Hotel in Joliet on 2/15/2020 and my experience was horrible. Upon my arrival there was no one at the desk to greet me so I said hello. There was no answer although I heard shuffling coming from the office area. Again I said hello, at this time the manager came out and said “We heard you. We’re dealing with something.” I was taken back by her attitude and responded by explaining to her no one responded to my initial greeting. She continued “dealing with her situation” as I stood there waiting. I finally got checked into my room only to find that the refrigerator didn’t work. As my fiancée and I got ready to go out for the evening we had service men coming in and out of the room trying to get us a new refrigerator. We went out and enjoyed our evening. The next day I picked a pillow I had playfully thrown at my wife the night before only to find red speckles all over the back of it. I began look at the other pillows and found similar stains. I was instantly sick to my stomach knowing that I had laid my head on dirty pillows that the hotel had provided. I called the front desk to speak with the manager who then came upstairs to verify the stains. I wanted to give my fiancée a beautiful experience but instead we both wound up completely disgusted and angry. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will never stay here again.
