I came here to play slots. I dont really expect to win. But to have a good time. My slot machine malfunctioned. After waiting 15 minutes with no body coming to help, I tried to find someone. First I saw a waitress, I asked her to find me someone. After a while I saw someone that looked liked he worked there. He was security. I showed him the machine with the reels just spinning around. Can you get me some one. After waiting I called the casino from the slot machine. Pretty sd that I have to use a cell phone to get someones attention. Finally a slot tech came by. I told her I wanted some accommodation for my time. She went to a supervisor. He offered me a lousy 10 dollars at their grill. Hmm...so 1I have ro spend more of my hard earned money to correct a wrong. I have been a cusgomer sincw 1986 approx. NO MOORE!!! I gave them my players card back and will not go back. There is a lot of competition in Joliet for gambling. I would rather go to Hollywood Casino. This why business lose market share...hmm...Sears, Carsons, etc. Business is not an luck. It si the basics. Give the customer what tbey want and the respect the deserve. Harrahs diesnt get it!!
The worst. RIP off. No fun. Tightest machines in the country. You will not leave happy if you play slots.
