Love this place. Its so much fun. Not busy at all. Due to vivid. The only door fall is theres no drinks for us grown ups to h a ve.

Went in with 40 bucks left with $500. Had a great time obviously. Unfortunately probably wont go back and because the security was rude

Good that every other slot was shut down for social distancing. Had some antibacterial hand dispensers available & water bottles for drinking. Bar closed, 1 restroom available & separate entrance/exit into casino. Staff friendly, slots tight tho. Atmosphere good.

Its my local . So I come here often. Its a good casino that has the potential to be so much better. Its a little behind on the games. They definitely have too many konami games. This casino should switch out their games more frequently.

Some hand sanitizes didnt work. Didnt see anyone cleaning bathrooms or slots. Need to do better. I didnt see these problems at blue chip .

Very nice staff at the Hotel and Casino but i had a Horrible Loss without a chance to win . The casino machines constantly inhaled my money. If and when I got bonus rounds, playing max, the pay off wasnt at all comprable to the play. HORRIBLE !!!

Large but not the largest. Skimpy on their rewards program compared to others in the same driving range. Clean and machines are in good order.

Everythings digital computerized even the poker shufflers two and three cards at a timewhats to say those machines dont read each and every card and only send out the ones its programmed to losing a losing battle.I would have had more fun throwing my crumpled money and a bonfire and watching the charg red Ashs float up in the dark sky to the stars.

This is a really nice Casino they do have smoking in there still but the non-smoking is still pretty good area they got some pretty good machines in there its a hit or miss here though I go maybe once in a great while you when I go I have a really good time

Nice hotel and casino only improvement would be a safe in the room otherwise we love it. Clean and friendly atmosphere very responsible during the covid19 epidemic plenty of signage and have sanitizer stations wipes for the casino slots and very strict with masks I felt safe

It was disappointing this trip. The Covid-19 limited the machines, which I fully understand; the only game I play, which they only have one, was one of the games they shut off. I played a couple of other games but it just wasnt as fun.

Its clean, people wear their masks, theres hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes buckets everywhere. In other words they are doing everything they can to prevent folks from getting ill. As for the premises, half the slot machines are off, non-essential furniture has been removed, only a few chairs remain in the hotel lobby. Only 2 venues offering food, and the menu at the grill has been parked down considerably. Not sure about the Reserve. Only way into the whole complex is via the garage walkways. The hotel offers an exit only. The personnel remain the best in the business. They all greet you, security, housekeeping, food servers, hotel staff, cashiers, wait staff in casino and slot folks. Their freindlyness makes losing at the games easier to deal with.

There is actually a chance to win here. The casino is a bit outdated but who cares when there is actual fairness at the slots

This social distancing is great had a good time want over crowded.

The customer service was great, we needed a wheelchair for my dad and they went above and beyond to make it happen, and took our number down and brought the chair to us as soon as they located one. Bathrooms were clean and neat, drinks were strong and tasty, machines were hitting left and right! My parents loved it, we will definitely be back!

Covid has definitely created a place that no longer is.

1st time here and Im lost and winning bank rolls. Security is tight, but what casino isnt. Plan on winning me some big money while here.

Highly disappointed in the $25 craft table throughout the day and the rude pit bosses. Im a big Harrahs / Caesars fan but probably wont be returning to this casino.

Back in my high roller days, I would come here and play the two cent machines. There were a few times I hit it big and won five or six bucks. However, the last time I came here I lost about $20. It was depressing and I havent been back ever since.

Great casino action, with good dining options. Flavors buffet is very good and a decent value. Awesome desert section. Overall a very good casino.

Love this Casino. The staff are helpful and friendly. Bartenders are great. Lots of slot games to choose from. I dont play table games but it seems that there is always a crowd there. I love that they have a smoking lounge so that you dont have to go outside to smoke. They also have TVs in there so you can watch sports.

The casino is okay. Its clean, workers are okay & plenty of different types of games to play. I didnt care for the ghetto Clinko game but...it is what it is. Smoking room is like a little dungeon. Walked in & it felt like a morgue.

Nice place we come once a year for our anniversary. We win 100.00 we quit and go get a free buffet on the house. We havent won in a few years but maybe next year.

Its fun to people watch. However the casino has been on decline for years. Dirty property, broken dated spec slots. The real disappointment was flavors, empty salid bar, depleted buffet, no plates etc. For $26.00. Lastly, I call it casino of last resort.

The hotel receptionist was a sweetheart,didnt win at the casino I didnt hear anyone else winning anything either unfortunately the room service girl was really nice I recommend the hotel dont really know about the casino because noone was winning anything the whole time we was there

Normal casino. Nothing more, nothing less. If you have a lot of extra money, you dont need, visit this place. The food in most of their restaurants is mediocre and nothing to write home about. Expensive drinks at the bars.
