The kids had a blast. Tons of other kids here too, so you dont need to bring a party. I was actually surprised at how good the pizza was. Perfect hand tossed type crust. Definitely going back soon!

Brought my 4 yr old son for the first time. We had so much fun until he landed on his foot the wrong way. Shout out to the three young men who were quick to see that he was ok and even brought an ice pack. Before you knew it he was back on his feet and jumping again. Cant wait to come back!

Excellent place for kids to get their energy out! It is well staffed, and they are trained well. Beware they recently changed the requirement for the obstacle course and you now have to be 8 which is a little disappointing. It wasn’t super busy there either. One criticism, it was very expensive, I feel. For two kids, two hours it was just under $50 with socks. You do have to have special socks to jump there.

Walked in and had to find staff to assist with direction. Little to none customer service. The party room was so hot that everyone was uncomfortable. The server was helpful for only about 10mins out of the 2hrs party package ($312.00) and only did the very bare minimum. The kids had fun jumping and that was about it!

This place is awesome. Fun time for everyone . they have a glow night which is really really cool . Musics going black lights are on and just a all around fun place. Theres a upstairs with couches and spots to just relax and they have party rooms to accommodate amd party your looking to have!

The kids had a great time. This place was pretty clean, and the staff was.good games and lots of fun for the kids to stay occupied. By the time we left they were begging to stay longer. We highly recommend this place.

Good facility with lots of room for children to play. The staff look very unhappy, they seemed depressed and miserable, when I talked to them they showed no interest at all in communicating or playing with the children. This is supposed to be a fun place and people who work in places like this should be happy to be there to make it a good experience for the children paying to use the facility. My wife signed up our daughter for a year so I will be returning and I will be updating this review appropriately. I hope managment sees my review and address this issue.

This place was fun and full of exercise. You can go low impact on the trampolines. Or high impact on the obstacle course.

I took my son because he is obsessed with jumping and this place delivered, I had to practically drag my son out of there when our paid time frame was over, he ABSOLUTELY loved it and we will definitely b back many more times, you guys are awesome

This place is okay, definitely not what I expected you have to pay by hours you have your kids play here. The foam block area, your kids can jump in but they have to climb right back out so they cant really play in that area, my son was upset and he was too young to understand that he can only jump in to come straight back out. They cut off some of the areas for dodgeballs which made it hard for my son to go anywhere and play. I feel like this is more of a place for young kids but not for toddlers. Also, the food takes forever here and if you dont stay on it or pay attention they will hand your food out to others which causes you to wait even longer for your food. I dont see this place lasting long but I guess you never know. They need to work on organizing this place better as well as come up with more ideas for fun.

A ton fun for a 13 and two 20 year olds. Lots of variety in activities so its nearly impossible to get bored. The employee named Jacob taught my younger brother a ton of flips and other skills. He made the experience 10x better. Highly recommend this for kids/adults of all ages.

I would give this place a 4 star but I’ve had many issues here. Let’s start with the cleanliness, we’ve been coming here for about 2 years and the same dirty marks have been on the handle of the door in the woman’s bathroom since we’ve been coming here and I’ve complained so many time but it doesn’t get clean. My 2nd reason is because even though I’m an Elite plus member I still have to wait in line while the workers ignore and continue to check in everyone else that doesn’t have membership. The WiFi works when it wants to. If it weren’t for my 9 year old wanting to come here we would never come for those reasons alone!

Staff is very young in Imature there are never enough staff on the trampoline courts or talking amongst themselves staff watches kids get hurt and do nothing staff dont enforce the rules so why would kids think twice about breaking then u have to lead bu example and I watched the staff allow the bigger kids to hurt the young kids all the time my son was hit in eye tonight with ball knock him on the floor the and they did nothing about gave him ice and a free drink need more mature staff or seasoned staff or better training or management on threTrampoline floors and not behind the snack bar talking.

First time there. We celebrated my daughters birthday. Awesome time! The minute you walk in, they are there to great and make the experience less stressful and more fun. Pizza was delicious and the party person took care of every need. We had so much fun, we went back 2 days later and will return again!!!

My grandson broke the fibulas in both legs. He now is in a wheelchair with soft casts on both legs.

Fun! I took my 9 & 10 year olds here for the first time and we had a blast. Each jump area is well supervised. No complaints on cleanliness. I didnt see any evidence of any system in place that would monitor/control kids leaving the facility with the adult(s) that brought them so that might be a concern for some parents. Jump time is pricey but a 30 day jump pass is $40 and is a good deal if you use it more than a couple times/month.

Thank you Jackie, our hostess, for a fun birthday party. I was impressed from the time we arrived to the time we left. I appreciated seeing my granddaughters name on the board as we entered the facility....its the little touches that counts. The party room was private, big enough for our group. A place to hang coats and tableware was provided. The children enjoyed every minute. I will definitely plan another event at Joliet Skyzone. Thank you Jackie and Skyzone staff.

Terrible experience overall. The reason for my one star is based off our experience during Glow Hours 8:30to11pm Saturday night. If we come back during regular jumping hours I may change this. We were not able to do any flips during these hours including rolls. The safety Nazis were in full force and made you feel very uncomfortable. They should change Glow to Walk around in a cool pink or yellow shirt under black lights night.

Very unorganized and staff didnt have a care in the world and by the obstacle courses kids kept staying in the blocks and the staff wasnt even around it was horrible.

This place is a lot of fun for younger kids who are more active. I wouldnt recommend for older teenagers unless in a larger group. Majority of the people here are kids from ages 5-12. The workers seem like they hate their jobs but are nice to you usually. It is a little expensive here but is a lot of fun. I recommend the glow jump at night because it is cheaper.

Was clean had lots of different areas to do things and jump. Was crowded but we went before school started back so its understandable. Only downfall was the wait at the food counter. They seemed to be under staffed and if someone was checking in the people at the food court had to wait. My nephew waited in line for almost 10 minutes for an icee.

First visit..was a great time for my 7 year old. Plenty of seating for non jumpers like me but could be more comfortable seating. Paid $1 to spin a wheel to try for a prize, won a 15 min jump upgrade on my next visit of 30 min jump. Fun place for exercise.

This place is clean, and doesnt smell like a locker room, like many other trampoline places have. There is plenty of places to sit and watch your kids have fun. I only gave four stars because the people who supervise are not that attentive. They do watch and make sure the kids are in the correct area but thats about it. Other than that, if you are keeping an eye on your child, then there are no problems. The staff is very polite.

Been here for a few birthday parties. My son loves it.Theres always some other parents that need to watch their own kids better.

They fired me for someone getting hurt even tho I was watching him and they put me on no fly list because the fired me I would never recommend this place the fellow workers are amzing other then that I would not recommend

I cannot believe that you treat mothers of children with developmental delay in such way. I am disgusted at the treatment that my family received today. If your employees cannot communicate with respect to others they should not be there dealing with kids attending a birthday party. And I see other reviews similar, maybe you should list Skyzone for well behaved adults only so we dont make the mistake of bringing children here.

Awesome time. Large space to accommodate plenty of people. Has something for every age even as young as 3 can have fun. Plenty of activities that involves everyone from dodge ball to American Warrior style gauntlet. Good food options and lockers. You do have to purchase their socks which helps keep the place clean.

Had a birthday party here and it was kind of chaotic, no real assistance or direction by any of the staff. All terminals went down during some point of checkin for my party guests. Outside the party room was a free for all. The party room was fine, but the food order for the pizzas were wrong. When they cleaned up and put our belongings on the cart to bring back downstairs they took my cake knife from home and didnt give me a call to let me know they found it. The floors downstairs were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty as well. Finally, even though eating takes place in the party rooms (located upstairs), the only bathrooms are downstairs. Difficult setup hygiene-wise. Overall, kids had a good time.

My son really likes the place but it was very crowded and very dirty I was very disappointed. Bathrooms were awful and to think they let all the kids walk on all that nasty on the floor then it goes all over the trampolines. I called and spoke to manager the next day and told him. I personally would not go back there. Gross I really hope they start cleaning things up

The manager is rude and ignorant. I will never ever go to this establishment again. She has no customer service skills. When i asked for someone in charge, she began to flash her badge. She refuse to give me a corporate number or a refund (we never made it past the front desk) I can not believe the conduct she displayed in front of children. Way to go Sky Zone. I wonder how many people have you guys ripped off.

Great place to burn energy for kids. Not really geared for adults. Prices are reasonable enough for the times given. Staff is friendly.Could use more lockers but overall not a bad place to treat kids. Recommended age in my opinion is 12 and under. Much older would get bored fast.

My kids love this this place and so do I! Its clean the staff is extremely accommodating. I brought my 4, 8 and 13 year old and they all had a blast, they didnt want to leave. My youngest is visually impaired and they went as far as to net off a section for him and even were an extra set of eyes on him just so I could sit for the first time ever! We have been back several times and never once have we had a bad experience. Even when they are busy! Ive got 2 bday parties for my boys coming up and this is exactly where we will be. Love this place!

We spent $476 for a birthday party to be misinformed and pushed out. We booked 3 weeks in advance, i called 4 days prior to ask questions, the call center gave me the wrong information. On the day of my sons party i was told i couldnt have a pinata when i was told through the call center i could. I wasted money on a pinata i couldnt use and was offered no customer satisfaction. On top of that we were pushed out of the party room very unprofessionally. We had a nice host however the manager on duty was not helpful or tried to resolve our issue nor would let me cancel and refund my party before it started because of her lack of responsibly to resolve the problem.. we will not be back.

Loved it. My son had fun and I was able to jump with him. There are more than just trampolines there. They are broken up into sectionals, like football, basketball, freestyle, theres an obstacle course and more. He loved it and it helped him to wind down for the night and burn off some energy

Kids love it here. Plenty of room to run around and tire them out. If i had a complaint it would be pairing small kids with large kids in their dodgeball court. Also, i guess there nerf gun court is never open when we go, maybe its only open certain days and times? Idk would need to look into it if your taking the kids to play nerf guns.

Went for a 5yr olds birthday. The kids loved it and the staff was helpful and courteous. A little pricey but within the price range of comparable birthday venues around the area, IE inflatable jump around type places, but felt the place was cleaner and we didnt have to do much else but have the guests show up on time. They allow cake and treats, and will set up your decorations, but no other outside food and drink allowed. The pizza is good, figure 1 square for kids, maybe 2 for adults. Defiantly ask for extra pitchers of water when you arrive so the guests can drink that before downing their fruit punch during the meal time.

I take my daughter there every year for her birthday, she loves it! You guys are AMAZING!

Weve come here a few times. Great place to bring the kids on a rainy day to get some energy out. I really like the toddler time on specific days of the week so just the little ones can have their fun without worrying theyll get trampled.

We took six kids between the ages of 3-14, and they ALL had a wonderful time! The adults (40s) enjoyed themselves, too. Different areas of activities meant that no one got bored. The staff was friendly. Will definitely go again!

Skyzone is so much fun. The customer service was on point. I have only been here once. I bought the whole family 60 minute jump time. They all had a blast. Im glad they opened up this type of attraction in Joliet.

This was our first visit to SKY ZONE Joliet.. Its a wonderful park, with great challenges for kids of all ages.. My nephew Sammy, loved it. He loved the Nija Warrior course.. He liked the rock wall, and wants to come back, to see if he can conquer it.We will come back. The children had fun but it is costly for what you get and not very clean. Also, had a groupon and was not very forth coming on when you could use it.

I’ve visited frequently the summer time and weekends tend to be a busy and staff isn’t attentive and don’t seem readily available but my kids love the place.

I just went there for my sons bday the prices with groupon are very nice alot of different jumping areas, great for all ages

First time here. We were celebrating my God-daughters birthday. Before we got in the door, one of the staff greeted us with a high five! Which was cool because that set the mood to fun!! Actually everyone we encountered was real nice. The kids had a ball and that is what really counted. I like they had a section where you can just sit and chill. Because a lot of adults just wasnt going to be jumping around. That includes me, lol! We wer were in one of the party rooms pizza and cake. The pizza was good. The hostess we had was very nice and polite also. All around good time. So if you are looking for a place to let your kids run wild for a while, check them out!
