Deepest gorge/ gap East of the Mississippi. Its beautiful with spacious parking. Right off the road so watch the little ones. One of the historic sites to see in the Johnstown area.

Place has a great view, but the area needs a lot of care to the signage work & plus the placards so you can read them

Stunning I believe my aunt helps put flowers here. I just love it. Its such a sight to see and something that you remember.

This over look is absolutely beautiful. There is so much history behind this over look it is incredible. When you drive past you have to stop. Its like there is something pulling you over to look at the scenery. This spot is where a giant wall of water came roaring down and the flood began. What kind of grinds my gears is when you have disrespectful lil punks!!!

Breathtaking view, even in the winter. In the warmer months the lookout isn’t closed off and they have a trolley to take you up and down the mountain. Also a great place to watch fireworks on the Fourth of July

Was posting my campaign signs in the West End and thought it would be a nice place for a turnaround. Ended up staying for more than an hour taking in the beautiful scenery and talking with a retired veteran.

An interesting Historic Park. Well worth of visit if you have a few minutes. Lots of bees in the summer though, because they plant lots of pretty flowers.

Some interesting place about the Johnstown flood but with all the foliage on the trees, there isnt much to see. It would be very pretty in the fall.

Dirty, smelly, garbage everywhere, not well kept. For something so historic youd think theyd take better care of it.
