Pleasant place to walk, enjoy a bit of Johnstown history by viewing its gravestones and historical markers. Also home to a greenhouse where one can buy flowers and enjoy the outdoor flower beds and rows of trees and shrubs. Excellent place to walk your dogs and watch them play with others in the enclosed dog park.

Nice park

Small park but sufficient enough to be pleasurable to your pet. Some people dont follow the rules and put their small dog in the large area. Kind mad me mad that my dogs had no one to play with but what can you do?

Played here as a child. Always a good place to fly kites and toss a ball around. I still take my nephews and grandchildren there to play.

Nice green house in the park and great dog park with a one mile long loop walking track. Memorable experience on Memorial Day about Johnstown PA history and of Course Frank E Evans war memorial is locked there from Veitnam War, for the only Navy ship lost during the war.

Sandyvale cemetery was a lovely place to go to when it actually looked like a cemetery but now its nothing but a disgrace to the people that were buried there because they moved all of the headstones and turned the place into basically a fun zone for activities and even worse they allow people to take their dogs in there, and the owners let their dogs run loose and they let them poop and not clean it up. Everyone should be ashamed of what they did to that cemetery. I think its just plain ignorant and wrong.
