Really liked the atmosphere. The facility was spacious and alluring. The arcades were spaced out and welcoming. The equipment was clean. The borders on the track moved to not cause injury. The viewing areas for parties are open and youre able to access a perfect view of the entire race track, this is a place to have fun! If you want to share some good memories, this is the place to go!

The place is great! The races super cool we enjoyed the experience thanks!But in the middle of the pandemic this a dangerous point of infection there is not respect for social distancing, the most of people are young and dont wear the face mask correctly and you must use a helmet and I did not see that they were disinfected or cleared.I will go again when the pandemic is controlled.

I went here early on a Friday night, arrived around 7;30. Quick and pleasant staff, course is kind of short but definitely fun and not for children but there are plenty of games spread out to keep busy. Its pricey for the short amount of time and the parking situation isnt great but otherwise a really awesome experience and night out with friends! And hoboken is only twenty mins away, washington street foods hit the spot after racing. ( They provide a head sock for sanitation under the helmet and a safety video! )

They did a great job with safety and covid procedures. Limited crowds and the huge open space made me feel better about being indoors. Well-staffed, clean and well run.They have lots more arcade and VR games now, which makes the time waiting for your race time pass much more quickly.Concessions were expensive, but solid food.

Service was great. Raceway was great. Food hot a delicious. Public behavior was relatively relaxing. Other than my son becoming roadkill. Great Place.

The girls and I came here to have a little bit of fun. When arrived I was lucky to find a parking space because the place was kind of crowded surprisingly. I was able to walk in with the group and it took a while to get everything organized at the front. They split us in 2 groups and it costed $33 for the ride. When we were called we had to watch a brief video to tell us what to do. When we finally got the chance to go racing it was not worth the money. The ride was short for the money and it wasnt the entire track. It wasnt worthwhile to me even though we made the best of it.

They added lots of good games inside to make it worth while, but man the wait time is insane. With that in mind. Expect long waits. Buy ahead and make plans. Definitely not a place to just go last minute

It was a very fun and exhilarating experience. Just like driving on an actual race kart! Great place to take the kids or even the adults too. Food is a bit pricey, so you might want to prepare your pocket. Lol. Overall, the associates are very friendly and helpful. It was a great time.

It is really good fun. A bit pricey but a lot of fun in the arcades. Karts are fast but the track is a bit small. 14 laps go flying.

Brought my 9yr old here last month, we were newbies..We had a complete blast! My son played every game in this place & me being a big kid..played right along with him. I did have an issue with one of the game machines but the manager assisted me with no issue.. Excellent customer service! We live so close by & we WILL be back!

Racing electric go carts indoors is a blast. Way quicker than gas powered. These things scream. no noise, no exhaust fumes. Ive been here twice. Did 2 races each time. Cant wait to do it again.

The place is great family had a great time. We came 18 ppl deep and had a few there to sign the pad to go in during rona time and got in quick. Kinda far from manhattan by train. Great place arcade and all food too

It was nicer than expected. Wasnt as crowed as I thought especially on a Saturday. The wait was about an hour but the kids played the arcade games which is reasonably priced. Food prices are totally overpriced but thats expected so we ate 1st. Overall pretty good experience.

It was awesome. I loved the VR because its not that cheap stuff. It was an actual VR headset!! There was so much to do for a low price. You would think its like 90 dollars but its not as much. Im def going back for my Birthday. Highly recommend it!!

The place itself like the go-carts and games are good but service was horrible. the kids had fun with the race but my daughters cart was extremely slow because the battery was weak. you would think they would have all the carts working properly. FYI, adults and kids race on different tracks so dont expect to race with your kids.and we waited a very long time for food service although it wasnt packed because there is only one register at the food area and only one person cooking. I wouldnt come with a big group if I decided to go again.

I read about this place and was so excited to try and see how the experience will be. The instructions were pretty clear and they were very thorough on comparing racing to bumper car and bumping into racers and the track. While my friends and I were trying our best to drive carefully while fully enjoying and having fun, we had 4 other people joining with us who REFUSED to follow the safety rules and kept on bumping into us numerous times, bumping against the wall and even loosing control, yet the staff failed to do anything. During the video we see the staff pulling up a black flag for a racer who bumps into players and is carelessly racing. These 4 racers were all very careless and bumped into my car so hard I lost control myself. The staff did nothing just watched and continued. If you’re stating safety and provide rules, you should expect everyone to follow these rules. If you see someone break a safety rule, you should immediately take action and kick the racer out like it was stated.

Absolutely horrible. The staffs are barely useful. They charge you for racing before informing us that you need shoes to race. Secondly the staffs monitoring the race are incompetent. I’ve had people bumping to the point i have back pain and they refused to do anything EVEN THOUGH the rules state that you can’t bump another player. They blatantly ignored one rough racer who was bumped against my gf and was bumping against all the walls. I almost want to sue them because of their staffs ignorance.

The race time was pretty short and the rink as well. Had fun but couldve been better

My first visit and i only tried their racing simulator. I paid $13 to drive it for what felt like 5 minutes. My friends paid $6 just to sit in the passanger seats. You could only drive one car on one circut and they informed me the break peddle doesnt work. This felt like a big rip off. What simulator doesnt even have a working break peddle. It was almost un playable yet i over paid for this aweful experience. Please do not pay for the simulator.

These karts are TONS of fun... Im giving it a 3 star review because of two things:1) the wait was horrendous and poorly communicated up front2) this place is high risk of spreading germs/bacteria/virusI went on a Sunday evening w/ some friends and we waited for two hours to race. To my first point, theyre only allowing ~25% capacity (good news); however, they tell you the wait to get into the facility--not to race. So once you get into the facility, you wait on another line to check in and schedule your race.They were limiting you to one single race due to the wait time, bummer but I understood. But after you sign up for a race, you wait another hour!No worries though, the place is filled with activities and food to keep you occupied. This is the part where I found very sketchy. I couldnt easily find any hand sanitizer and the ones I did find were empty. The bathroom is on the far end of the giant facility. I didnt see anyone wiping down the steering wheels once, nor do they encourage you to wear gloves.There were no rules/regulations around wearing a mask with the helmet on, the restriction was, you needed to wear a headsock--made of soft fabric. I opted to wear mask + headsock because I was putting on a helmet that has been breathed into heavily all day... this part is SKETCHY.My suggestion to the establishment:1) increase hand sanitizer stations--put them near every few games,2) staff up to check them regularly and wipe down arcade games every so often3) more signage to keep hands clean4) wipe down steering wheels after every race (staff up for this to ensure things move quickly)5) enable people to book races in advance and prepay! this will help reduce wait times.

I had friends come into town and as I was chauffeuring them around to all the tourists spots on the Jersey side of the city including Liberty State Park, this was an EXCELLENT stop! I may not have landed on the top of the podium but that’s because I am a philanthropist. :P

First time at RPM, we (small group of 3) went in on a Saturday morning to beat the crowd. I recommend you become a member if youre planning on doing multiple races on the same day.Membership and 3 races for 3 people came out a bit under $300 which is not bad.You have to watch a quick safety video, throw a helmet on and youre on your way!We did 3 races back to back switching to fully charged karts after each race. Each race lasted about 10 minutes (about 14-15 laps?).My only complaints are:1. We were not able to take a break after each race.2. Wish we could keep the same car for multiple races, as each car I drove had slightly different throttle/brake response.3. The last car I drove had front wing damage that created a ton of vibration specially on the main straight.4. Goal is to get best lap time, hard to do with many cars in a small track especially when others ignore blue flags.Overall a great and fun experience!

Had great arcade games that made everything fun!

We came for a Team building event for hitting a company milestone. Coming on a Monday allowed us to race the entire track, which is the combination of two half tracks.The cars are FAST, topping out at 45mph. Racing was an absolute rush for our entire 25+ person team. We ran a 3 event series which consisted of a warm up, qualifier and the grand prix.Overall we had a great time although two things slightly dinged the experience from being aces. First, although friendly, the staff seemed a bit disheveled. There wasnt a clear understanding of how our races would be organized and races were splintered in between our races. Sometimes multiple races and our team wasnt sure when theyd be up next, making it essential for everyone to hang trackside. Second, we were given an expectation of how long the races would take and we made dinner reservations based on the time expectation we were given. The race series took almost 1.5 hours longer to complete then what we were told.Overall, a great experience.

The overall infrastructure is great: new racers registration and onboarding is easy. Helmets and headstocks are clean. Regarding the driving experience: karts are a little bit larger than usual rental machines which is great experience for adults. But if you are taller than 6 feet you can feel yourself uncomfortable handling with pedals since the seat is fixed close to the steering wheel. Usually there are two separated tracks which are really short (they make one longer track on a weekend). Maybe the lap is a little bit short and narrow for a track with such a great grip. It is good for newbies but can be a little boring for experienced drivers since there are really few places for overtaking.

This is great indoor racing track with electric carts! They have nice service too.The good thing about electric carts is they can control and reduce all carts speed remotely if something is happened on the track. It makes racing safer.Despite this is quite small electric cars they are still powerful and allows you to get on speed fast.Also they have scores on site and if you are in the ten for the day (and I was :) ) you will see it online.Races are organized smart way, the waiting time is the shortest it could be.

Come here often. Employees are friendly and offer good tips for drivers. Prices are fair and races are a decent amount of time, as well. Three race tracks in total. Monday are probably the best bang for your buck days. They use the biggest track and race for double the time.

The carts do go fast. Thankfully, the managers are also understanding. However, I would advise against going on the weekend. Races are very full, people crash and cause the carts to be slowed every lap. They manage their packed race track well but it is just that... packed.

If you are looking for a place to spend quality time with your friends who do like racing then this is the place.I went there on a Saturday and I had to wait for an hour to get to the race but it was totally worth itThe race consists of just 10 participants and luckily ours only had 7.It takes only 9 to 12 minutes for the race to completeIt depends on the person who is first and how fast he or she finishes. They tune you on the basis of the duration spent on a lap.If you are waiting for your turn don’t worry there are other small vr games and video games to play and pass your timeA good 2 to 2 and half hours is enough to enjoy this place

This place is fun for all ages. I would tweak a few aspects, just to improve the overall services such as having a chart to show how to proceed, all the machines werent working, with the exception for 1, which was only accepting cash . In a nutshell, my son and his friends enjoyed the venue.

I arrived at 9:39 pm It’s currently 10:55 the facility closes at 11. It seems very unorganized, I see people going on second races before people even got to go on a race. A group of hooligans were play fighting for over 25 minutes none of the staff did anything . Not one, came over and told them to stop, or they can’t behave like that in the facility . They were running back and fourth . It’s $30 to race 10-15 laps . Due to social distancing I’m assuming they allow a certain amount of people race at a time . He numbers change frok 4 ppl,7 people to 5 ppl. I’m falling asleep being inside this facility, they could at least have music .

They’ve got a track for the kids and one for the older people. Kids had a great time and the parents got a chance to really let others know how they feel - especially in the turns and in the last few laps! Reserve ahead of time to avoid the potentially long waits.

My son had such a good time there. The VR game was awesome and the prices are reasonable.

This is fun with a group of people looking to have a good time. Karts are fast, they are organized and the arcade is the biggest selection i have seen for an RPM building. Going to visit again!

The kids had a blast. However they driver one could did not even notice driver 2. Recommendation is for staff to get more involved in a race and give them pointers. At least for beginners. The cost is prohibitive to make it a regular thing so a little more hands on would have gone a long way to make it a real 5 star experience. From a parents POV, 80 bucks should stretch a little longer than it did. Then again, I grew up on Ms PacMan and could spend an afternoon at the arcade with 4 bucks.

My grandson loved it, we didnt leave the place and he was saying he wanted to come back. You should have a real meal prior to going. Prepare yourself for good music!!

This place really blew me away. The karts are very fast and they have a lot to do. If you are bored while waiting you can go to ikea (20 minute drive). The track is nice as well. I highly recommend it.

State of the art electric go karts, amazing place with indoor tracks (2) and arcade games, you can just chill on the side of the tracks while you wait for your turn, these go karts speed up quite fast as the electric motor delivers power as soon as you hit the “gas”, unlike regular karts, these even go backwards which is quite convenient in case you drift the car, it is also really safe since the guys taking care of the race have a remote control that can slow or completely stop all the karts at the same time.

Very fun experience! The staff is friendly. But remember to bring your drivers license. Otherwise you can only drive under 30 miles per hour.

This place is great and fun, although the wait is a bit odd because they dont call by number order but the race is definitely thrilling and time passes very quickly, definitely would go again and sign up for membership. A very great place for group event!

My rating is 3 stars because of pricing and the amount of race that u pay for it. If they change prices and add in a better amount of races to the price my rating will change. Overall I did have fun and that’s truly what it is all about.

Amazing experience for first time goers. Electric cars for all ages (from 8y.o. to adults) with no toxic fumes. Race is kind of short, but very exciting ($30 per ride). If youre planning to come often or participate in 3+ races then you should consider getting membership ($55 per year) that will give free race and discounts for future visits, races and arcade gamesI didnt give 5 stars only b/c of limited food choice and food prices

Great place to go karting. Like other reviewers said it is pricey at $30 a race unless you have a membership to get $20 races. The only issue I had was multiple people in our group kept spinning out which slowed things down. I showed up at 10:45 PM on a Saturday and had to wait 20 minutes for a race so I imagine the wait would be longer earlier in the night.

Fun go karts. Much faster than anticipated so be prepared, as you may want to start at an easier track then move up here. Arcade games as well so plenty of entertainment for kids. Large space too!

Great place, alot bigger then I thought it would be. Came for a Mario Cart racing event. Seemed a little unorganized between the group that ran the event and the people working there. Need more communication on what we needed to do for the event and what to listen for. The Raceway was great in taking care of us during the event. Thanks guys.

Too pricey. $30 for less than 15 minutes, and the karts are speed regulated (remotely) quite often... awkward IMO. Wont be a second time.Me and 2 more people paid almost $100 for 15 minutes kart driving... wasted money.

People are cutting the line and the management just ignores. Complained but no helped. Basically you will experience chaos scheduling the races.No lockers to store your belongs and dirty restrooms.Kart is okay but track is no fun.

Came in specifically for the Wednesday half off with my son, cashier tells me there’s a lot of kids off from school this week cause of Presidents’ Day so their treating it like a holiday so they half off was not honored on Wednesday, mind you my son was only off this week on Monday on Presidents’ Day no the entire week. False advertisement when social media keeps showing and emailing me half off Wednesday’s.

This place is extremely fun. The price per race could be a little bit better. It’s 30 dollars for each race regardless of age. If you have a valid drivers license you’ll be able to race at the top speed the go karts goes, which is 40 or 45 I don’t exactly remember. If you dodge have a license don’t worry, the top speed for non licensed drivers is still pretty fast so long as everyone can drive well.

The racing and supplemental Arcade are a fun experience but the whole process to getting on the track is such a chore.On two separate occasions, the staff charged me, an annual member, prices for non-members, a $24 difference.I’ve been told two different things about the start times of our races. We were told our race starts in an hour then when we check with another staff member, it’s in 5 minutes. The DMV has better scheduling.

Horrible!! we had to wait 3 hours for just 1 race. I willNot come back or recommend this place .. I believe it’s ridiculous for someone to wait 3 hours for an activity that only last 10 minutes. They should have told us before we purchased our non refundable tickets That we were going to have to wait for 3 hours especially since we only came for the go-carts activity. Never coming back.

Not like the Stamford location - which has a better arcade, bowling alley and full service bar/restaurant. Something for everyone. Also, the check-in process is way too long at this location.

Cute for kids, not the experience I hoped for... Id rather just drive and Im a big 4 wheeler, drag racing, motorcycle person.Idk, the virtual ride is 13, each race is 20... small discounts will save 5-$10. I guess if i were tipsy and with friends i mightve enjoyed it more. They can control the cars if need be and slow you down. HELPFUL.....Quite a few games are there and staff is pleasant from what i saw. Overall good environment but expect to spend some doe on the overall experience!

Great place to have a great time! Specially with the new added features and techy games. My only suggestion is better pricing for out of state and/or one time racers. Also, brought in my brother in law today who was traveling in from out of the country and he payed to race me only in a empty track while other groups were lined up to race. They should group up tracks even if we have to wait a bit so there might be a competitive race.

The karts always seem to be speed limited... even if no one has done anything wrong yet. The lines are long, and the wait is ridiculous, but there are only so many places you can go karting indoors... which is why this place gets 3 stars. If you plan to go karting more than once a year, I think the membership is probably worth it (sketchy as it is). Hey, at least you get a free shirt.

Its a fun place to go. If you drive, you can drive a faster car than the regular ones( but you have to show your drive license)
