Was surprised at there new changes and protocols enjoyed it....great idea with taking photos of families apon entry and no more dancing in the front by entrance instead in the back and the greatest thing was no more tickets to lug around......fantastic.....

Covid 19 update.. There was probably about 4 famlies in when I was there so the place was empty.. You can no longer eat or drink inside. And food or bevrages will be given to you before you leave home. You can only play games inside.. Some games have been turned off do to social distancing. .(BS) but overall my son had a great time. I will be back

Chuck-e-cheese pizza:A pizza that could stand in for a flat-earth model, its form and taste is indistinguishable from the cardboard box it comes in. Its so thin that any heat it once held is a distant memory, as if it was baked with the labored breaths of minimum wage workers. And what of the sauce? Why do you need sauce when the passive fluidity of air is already lubricating the cheese? Speaking of the false imitation they use to cover the disc, it tastes of nothing, it is nothing, in fact, it is a void. There is no concept of stretch and the toppings that live on it are bound to it solely by the concept of gravity. The topping themselves seem to have been collected from beneath the oven, only being used when theyve reached a certain peak dry-out.This conglomeration should not even be concerned with the letters p i z z a, instead it only conjures extraordinary feelings of nihilism and profound sadness.The wings are good though.

The pizza is always hot and fresh. The salad bar was just okay though. We went on a Wednesday and had a blast! I definitely think it is a good place to have a party for kids.

There were couple of games which did not work. And two of others was not giving the tickets out. The tickets are not based on how you play. Its always same. The ball catching game was almost empty. We did not get the color for the toys we asked in exchange of tickets though there were plenty in the display counter. But they have amazing crispy pizza and service is good.

Always a great place to spend time and play with your little ones. I just wished they were a tad more reasonable with their Prize pricing/ticket cost equivalents or at least that they made sure all of the games are either working and/or were loaded with tickets. If this becomes consistent, Ill change my rating to 5 stars.

We love this franchise as it brings so much joy to our young family member. Unfortunately, there were just a few things that were disappointing. We were surprised to see a sign on 90% of the arcade games instructing kids to not climb on the games. Secondly, most of the games were not functioning properly. And lastly, it was so overcrowded that Chuck E. Cheese could barely walk through to a designated area. All in all, its still a place where a kid can be a kid.

Great birthday party area for kids. Lots of Arcade games. Points dont expire, can collect them for years to bag a grand prize of your choice. Games for all age groups. Kids enjoy the race car games and shooting games the most. It can get crowded on weekends or when there are a lot of birthdays.

The hostess we had for my granddaughters party was great! Very accomadating… the Pizza wasnt bad, but I would suggest making sure the lettuce is good because the lettuce wasnt great! It wasnt very packed which was great!

I like the place my kids having much fun

I hosted a party there and it was worst experience. Tables were not set up until the time my party started, there was trash on floor everywhere. None of the host was there until the start of my party and I had to ask for that repeatedly to finalize details of my party.All of the food I ordered at the start of party was on my table in next 10 minutes despite of being told to bring it after 40 minutes (which is their own standard). On Being contacted the Manager (old arrogant man) told me that this is their norm that they serve food at the start of party (contradicting what I was told before booking the party and also what their other staff member told me). I was told food will be done in two batches and second batch will be given only after my confirmation, however that old grumpy man served that anyways and charged me because he mistakenly prepared the food.I was made to feel sorry for booking their middle package as if I have done some crime. As per him I should have taken their top most package. Such is the unprofessional-ism they show. I have reached out to corporate as well to give them chance to take corrective action against such arrogant staff.

Didnt Try Food, Just went to play games for a friends birthday. I like how they do it now. You dont use dollars for games, just buy a play pass. I ate at the pizza hut before coming over. Thats a good pizza hut. Neither place was crowded on a Saturday at noon. Good times!

Went for a party, it was nice, Ive actually been here a couple of times for parties and they do good. Their organized and they dont seem to book too many people at once. Which is great it avoids a crowded party area

Good place for kids for 3-8 year old. It may get boring for kids older than that. This is in Hudson mall and 10 min uber ride from Jersey City. You get tickets for each game you play. At the end of it you exchange it for cool toys. 1 ticket == 1 penny

Most of the machines werent working and there were no cleaning materials available to clean off the machines after use.

We took our son after his graduation ceremony to Chuck E. Cheese as this is his favorite place. It was a bit small compared to others we have been to but We all had so much fun in every game. The food is amazing specially the pepperoni pizza with the cheese border!! We devoured the pizza so there was no picture.. make sure you pause your card when eating if you have a timed card!

This place is a JOKE. Half the machines dont work and the other half dont dispense tickets. We had to ask for assistance at least 6 times to get the tickets. Not to mention this is always understaffed on weekends and the staff is very unprofessional. I wouldnt go back there again.

Disclosure: I do not like Chuck E. Cheese but in the eyes of my 3 and 5 year old, this place is gold. This location is spacious, bright and well managed. Games and arcade have fully functioning machine that are well stocked with tickets. It is clean and the layout allows for easy transition to snack time. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, considerate and helpful from.check in to food services to ticket redemption. The manager helped to calm down my 3 year old when he freaked out seeing the Chuck E. Cheese.

The place had gotten soooo expensive now to take the kids to go have fun... The food price is also ridiculous as well. There is no good deal going on. They shut down Rt 22 but 440 Hudson Mall is still open.

Awesome place with indior games for all ages... if u need to leave ur kidz to enjoy while u have some alone time.. this can b the place u r looking for. Security does not allow ur kid to leave without u... so kidz enjoy while parents enjoy too... if u want sone family time .. this place offers games for all ages.. must go

Had a great time with my kids and their friends! Decided to go in last minute for a birthday gathering and they accommodated us and were extremely helpful! Shout out to Stephany who went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time!

I felt that the birthday party I was invited to was organized well and went very smoothly. The pizza is always good and the dippin dots ice cream we were offered was also tasty and fun for the children. She experienced the ticket blaster with her birthday friend and seeing the joy and excitement in her eyes while collecting those tickets was priceless. Its the first time for me to attend a birthday party at chuckle e cheese. However, my daughter always has fun when we go there on any regular day and the staff definitely knows how to make our day and have us leaving happy especially when its time to redeem our prizes. I would highly reccomend chuck e cheese especially during this type of weather as it may be too cold for the park.

I visited on a weekend, the arena / play area was full and a couple of people waiting for most of the games. The food (pizza) took a long time to arrive. The kids enjoyed and I would rate the overall experience slightly above average.

The place was clean. Machines werent working so I required the assistance of an employee. The employees were helpful. Most of the games were in working condition and didnt require a long wait to use.

My kid love to spend here...we often visit this place during winter timings. Also most of the winter time birthday parties will be celebrated here. Kids love playing with it and enjoy the cheese pizza .....they are more curious about the game tickets and to redeem for gift items....now they have came up with new video games . Would certainly recommend for kids above 5 yrs to hangout completely and also there are few rides for babies too.

This location was very clean the employees were helpful and enthusiastic...I took my niece early so we had the place all to ourselves which was lovely and all the machines worked which was a plus too!

We waited an hour for our food and it was still cold and tasted old as if it was just sitting there. Most of the games did not work or give out tickets. The employe at the front was very rude and constantly on her phone. I asked for napkins and to place an order for wings and it was as if I was a bother. The bathroom had no hand soap so then had to address that to her. When I received my boneless wings they were under cook! Worst experience ever!

Dont go here on Saturday or Sunday and complain. This is a great place but go at the right time. Go Monday to Friday anytime of the day but if you go on the weekends you have to wait in line and it is super crowded. The food will always come out on time but it is just very busy for kids and very crowd. But this is a good place to bring your kids especially between the ages of two to five

It was super hot in there, they def need to turn the air up. The game where you shoot water at the ducks smelled like urine, and it had what looked like mildew near the handles. So many games were not feeding our tickets, or the they would take points off my card and then be out of order without any sign, and there wasnt enough staff available for me to ask for help so I didnt even bother. I would say at least 8-10 games didnt work that I was aware of, which is understandable if there was a sign on them but no sign. Food was all over the floors in so many areas and I saw some staff sweeping the carpet with broom that was barely doing anything . cant they provide them maybe with a cordless vaccum or something ? This doesnt seem like the employees fault, its just that they need more employees.. only giving 2 stars because at least my 4 year old doesnt notice these things and at least she still had fun, and the employees seemed friendly and helpful for the short amounts of time that I saw any of them around .

Theyve changed some of the games since we were last there.... thats cool. Unfortunately my last visit was over a year ago and the whack-a- mole ( minion) came still doesnt work???

The place was clean the staff was helpful but I rate it 3 stars for this reason: there were small kids under 4 not supervised and would attempt to jump on games you paid for and you had to tell them no instead of their own parents. I personally paid for a game for my 3 year old and someone elses kid started the game. What could one do..however I did stick around to collect the tickets.

My 3yr old went crazy. He enjoyed playing the games.

Had a blast. Inexpensive lots of fun for the little one. Could offer better prizes for kids except candy for low points.

This place was great but not amazing. I went there with my family and we had fun. When I played on one of the games, the handle was sticky. And when I also played some other games, they wouldn’t give me tickets. Some of the games are slow at giving tickets, but least I had fun there and it wasn’t so horrible.

All time favorite play area for kids... especially for birthday parties and kids hangover...we love to spend lot of weekends during winter time here and kids enjoy their arcade and video games and love to collect tickets for exchange of gift items...

Nice little place to host children’s birthday or just have some fun time with kids. There are many arcade games, you can either buy time or points to play. Ample of parking outside. Pizza and some other fast food available onsite.

Good place to have ur kids party all u have to do is bring the cake and let them have fun or u can have there party with them.

This place is super packed. Most parents are rude and can cut the line in front of you in order to play a game. They also dont have enough games.

Its ok. The kids really enjoy themselves and often want to go there. Adults even have some fun there too. The food is good. The down fall is that it gets pretty crowded and I really dislike the new points to card situation.

Great indoor entertainment for kids. Especially in colder months or when weather is bad. Visited on 11/9/18. Good to see that there were some new games and some reorganization of seatings.Been going there for a few years. The only negative is that the Chuck E Cheese mouse that comes out every hour or so is not as friendly with the kids as before. He or she just comes out quickly to do the dance and throw tickets. Ad soon as he/she throws tickets, quickly leaves. No time is given to take pictures of the mouse with the kids or just hang around a little to give kids High fives! It didnt use to be like that. Previous mouses were more friendly with the kids.

Cncs have added new machines recently.... Kids love it especially coz they are rewarded with redeemable coupons . And then they can choose a gift whatever they like....

Book party for 2hrs they end the party after 1hr and a half the manager family was here they got to sit for 4 hrs

Fun, clean and safe with a five star staff!

Well its not the best Chucky Cheese, but the kids love it. I have been to a few Chucky cheeses and this one is cleaner than most. As long as my kids have a good time then i am happy. The pizza is overpriced but thats how it is everywhere at these kind of places.

Its a good place for children to enjoy, but dont plan to celebrate a childs birthday here. Its not organized at all. Two many celebrations at the same time causes complete mess.

My kids always loves to go and play here. We do have birthday parties and friends get together here very often.
