The residence in the park not bad but the management is horrible you cant keep the water bill straight. Hopefully their new management does a better job . Also I thought the river behind the house would be nice but the amount of mosquitoes it was unbearable

Its a run down old trailer court with some funny people in it. I will say that it has gotten better since the new owners have taken over. Some of the worst trailers have been moved out.

Beware of potholes otherwise a nice place.

I love this place i moved here from texas.dallas texas 1yrar ago me n my husband in pic on line.nmy new bsby girl..cheyanne she the onky 1 born in north dakota...n its really safe 4 kids n nice n cheep n quite.....so we jyst bought a used trailer this year at sunny side ct 141...were koving this place. ...coffman n redwine family family. ..
