Yo pull in your car gets ate in the holes in the driveway that have not been repaired or filled in now for YEARS! Owner does NOTHING for improvement just collects the lot rent from the residents!

This place is nothing more than a dump! Every trailor is run down and the owner, only wants people, that are on welfare living there!

The owner lives out of state and doset care about the park or new York state laws so he will not fix it that is way he is getting and one to rent up there anymore and isnt a place to raise kids in all of the trailer need work or new furences in them
