Neighbors let their kids run everywhere without supervision. Neighbors also dont seem to care what time it is when they are playing music at the highest possible volume. The popular phrase with park management is Thats not my problem. Park requires background check, but that really only means the person applying had to go through that check. Many people live in the trailers with no background check.

Ice covered streets. Narrow streets. People park on the street instead of on their parking pad. Its hard to get through on the corners
