Very disappointed. We signed up for our first season with Florida Elite in Spring 2020. After one game, COVID happened and games stopped. Florida Elite administration and board president repeatedly denied my request for a refund of over $300.I cant believe a multi-million dollar organization would withhold and punish our family because of COVID. Yes, they offered back-up options, but we signed up to play games and they should have offered a refund or at the very least a credit if we didnt want to participate in virtual training or small groups. I even asked multiple times for a CREDIT to a future season and was told they would offer a 10% discount which is an insulting joke. Other local sports organizations offered families credits or refunds, it is inexcusable that Florida Elite sites operating expenses as the reason they cant do the same.We will not be returning for any future seasons. I encourage parents to look for smaller clubs that maybe spend less on self-promoting and advertising and treat their families better.
