I have played in and with BASL teams since 2004. This is a place anybody of any skill level can play. I enjoy meeting new people and expanding my network with like minded individuals. The league always tries their best to make everyone happy even though that is pretty impossible. They seem to really want folks to get out to exercise and have fun while enjoying the beautiful game. If you are looking for a fun, well organized, highly respected adult soccer league then BASL is the one for you

Played in this south Florida league for more than a year. Its well organized and fun. The referees and administration always manage to keep the games friendly and safe for everyone. Daniel from the league administration is always looking to help. Recommended to every player no matter the age/sex, theyll put you on a team that is a good fit for you.

Im not a player (body is a bit too old) but have seen several games in the Southeast Florida area and am highly impressed with the organization, tough competition but excellent camaraderie. Both men and women interact at a high level of competition and friendship. When there any conflicts the organizational leaders are quick to resolve them in a professional, non-emotional way. Id be very supportive of my children playing in this league. Wish I was younger.

Awful organization with power-tripping organizers and Financial DirectorsDont waste time trying to play there and find better leagues that care about the players and the sport.

I’ve played in BASL leagues for over a decade. The league is run very well with top level referees and a great staff. They offer insurance for anyone who might get injured and great tournaments against other regions. Great league to be a part of

Overall not a good experience with BASL. Poor communication overall. Especially with one of the employees or reps, Daniel who only answers the questions he wants to answer and never returns my phone calls. Or random texts from other employees? Reading the other poor reviews I do agree about the refs as well. The league seems to be partial about some of their division rules and what is considered a corporate team. The rules should apply the same across the board, otherwise let everyone play! For some reason the field marshals always ask me or my team mates to setup the field/goal. While they sit their spitting out sunflower seeds. Ummm ok boss? I understand once or twice due to some circumstances but it has become an EXPECTATION from them now which I feel should be on the League to setup the field/flags/etc.Update to owners response: I never received a response from you. And please get my name right.

Their staff was rude and disrespectful. Once we played he interrupted our game by entering at field at the last 8 9 minutes of the game and he kicked us out field. And definitely they have to improve their facility especially AC and carpet...

I have traveled and lived in several parts of USA and Canada and played in several local leagues through the years. This league in Florida is by far the best structured league out there for their size. For a non-profit group they seem to get Good fields, Good refs, Good equipment, all at a Great value = Good Times!

Mediocre league with really uneducated referees. There should be an investment in referees education of the game.

This organization is too big for their own good. Their main goal at this point is churning through players so they get as much money as possible without providing a good experience. They don’t really care if the players are happy or not as long as they can get their fees. They’re based in Jacksonville so they are a little bit out of touch about what’s going on in their South Florida leagues. They pick the worst fields in the area and are extremely inflexible when it comes to their setup and leagues. Poor communication and poor organization at the field level as well as lack of respect for the players that have contributed hundreds of dollars to their organization. Website needs updating as well but that’s not a huge problem. Anyways, Choose another league or just play one of many many pickup games in the area.

Great organization for adult soccer

They assign a “captain”. Our captain just so happened to be a drug addict that had no organizational skills, you pay your dues - half the team doesnt show up bc a crackhead is running your team - no refunds. A joke of an organization, letting felons and drug addicts organize teams.

The referees are not well prepared in this league. Focus should be in their education.
