Great place to hang out. Decent food and cold brew. Great service.The only complain I have is this... theres a white woman who sits by herself, drunk, writing in her notebook, smoking, if you see her do not seat anywhere near her. Do not engage her. Shes a regular and she will be all over your personal bubble and breath on you and your food. If you see her let the bartender know if you do not want to be bothered or else she will ruin your night.Other than that, this place is a great place to hang out.

Sports bar with Pool tables what more could you want? To smoke... They have you covered... Darts, not sure! Just a bar to chill and converse! Seriously though, a great place to meet people and hang out with a great staff!

Place was a has a awesome atmosphere. Really chill, they werr doing karaoke the night I stopped in and lots of people participating. Drinks are cold, around 10 full size pool tables, with very cute waitress serving your drinks. Has a full bar and some regular tables if you just want to kick back.

Good refreshing place to hangout and have a cold brew in Mandarin that isnt filled with people 60 and over. Service is great! Will return soon.

Pool hall, sports bar feel. Decent place, beer on tap is warm, no chilled glass, ran out of bar mixs limiting the drink selection for my group. Had lasers that would interrupt you when shooting pool. Service was great, waitress was always available as soon as we needed her, drinks served quickly, service with a smile. Small changes would make this place great!

I was carded... I understand but I am clearly over 50 with gray hair and wrinkles, when I gave them my id for them to scan, it didnt work and yet I was still questioned by additional male personnel if it was valid. Not very friendly or welcoming.

I was there as a retirement reception and the staff was really great. Nicole was the bartender on call and she was absolutely fabulous for our party. The food was simple and delicious and the drinks were good.

At least a dozen of pool tables, 3 dart boards, and basketball machine. Very fun bar with great atmosphere and delicious cheese sticks

Rude bartender, sign at bar said no walk up service but we were ignored at the table we sat at so had to go up to her for everything. We wanted food but ended up going elsewhere since she didnt wanna help us.. plus I ended up having to wipe our own table and chairs off because they were filthy... And this was at lunch time

Sadly because you can smoke in there, its not somewhere I will go. Nice drinks, food is alright. It has the sports bar feel with the TVs and of course the pool tables. I just cant handle the smoke.

Full bar, tables are well kept and usually have a few available. Bar staff is attentive and friendly, DJ plays good music.

We had a great time shooting darts Saturday afternoon. Played some music and just relaxed. The bartender Nicole was very sweet. Thanks for a nice bright and clean place to enjoy the afternoon.

I went here for dinner while on a business trip and was not impressed. I wanted to watch the NBA playoffs so I found what looked like a popular spot for sports and food but was sadly let down. The burger I ordered was average, nothing spectacular. The bartenders were helpful and put on the game, but there wasnt much else to compliment. There was no sound, whatsoever. No TV noise, no music, no conversation from other customers. It was a very awkward, eerie experience. I give this place 2 stars, simply because thee restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful, thats it. I would not recommend this place for anything other than an average, quiet meal.

The atmosphere felt a little forced, like it was trying to be a night club. The pool tables and beer are usually good enough. The DJ did trivia and it was awkward. I think if it hadnt been such a weird vibe inside I would have enjoyed it more.

This is a fun clean environment to come enjoy some food, good sports bar, and great pool tables. Staff are very friendly and attentive to you. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun hangout!

This is a great place to shoot some pool or throw some darts. Its got plenty of parking and a ton of tables. I appreciated the drinks being reasonably priced.

A bit on the pricey side but indeed a great place to hang. Played pool for about 2 hours and smoked a hookah. My favorite part about this place is that you have the hookah and they have more than enough pool tables that you won’t be left out. Took a while for the staff to help us initially but definitely turned that around by giving us great service.

Pretty solid place. Lost of pool tables, a metric ton of televisions. Karaoke on Sundays. Place is nice and clean, drinks are good, although not terrible strong. But all in all its a good experiance.

My wife and I go here all the time. They have lots of regulation pool tables. I usually play a few games of darts while we are there and they have a pretty good beer selection. Their happy hour doesnt have the best deals in town but, their prices arent outrageous to begin with...

I travel allot for business, but try to get back to Jacksonville when I can. I first went to Rackem Up Billiards about 9 months ago, and have been back around 6 times since then. The staff is engaging or not depending on how you respond, very clear on the pool table rates, specials, etc. and overall nice people. I had a friends fries one night - which were good, but overall I cant speak to the food that much. I grew up in IL and spent allot of time in pool bars/halls, the table price isnt bad really and the cross section of customers is nice to me..tables have decent felt and they provided ques are not too shabby..I enjoy coming here when in town and have the free time.

Came on a Thursday night for trivia and was a little overwhelmed with all the cigarette smoke. Drink selection was ok and hookah selection was good and trivia was awesome!

Strong drinks, cool atmosphere. Can smoke hooka at the bar or play some pool. Love the music, they play great songs of all different genres. Usually a much higher ratio of men than women, but Ive never felt the need to leave because of some creeper. Always friendly atmosphere.

Fun place to play pool, get a drink and hang out with friends. They have cool jukebox that plays thousands of songs at a touch of a finger. The staff is extremely courteous. The atmosphere is laid back and chill.

First, pretty decent place. Good beer selection. Decent wait staff. Nice atmosphere. But I didnt realize it was smoker friendly. Wow. I was a smoker for 30 years and quit 7 years ago. Its very smoky in there. Couldnt take it. Be forewarned. If you smoke, awesome. Youll love it. If not, ....

Its a neighborhood bar. Its a great place to drink and chill with your friends. They have pool tables, darts and plenty of tables you can sit at. Sunday they have karaoke, Monday is bar bingo, Thursday is trivia night and Saturday they have a dj. The bartenders are eh. If you dont have high expectations they are great.

My husband and I visited last night for the first time and were impressed! We arrived around 11 and thought it was kind of slow for a Saturday night but in no way a negative thing. We were able to walk in get a good seat at the bar and got service immediately. All the servers were very friendly, the bar was very clean and the drinks were delicious and well priced. Overall great experiance would definitely come back. As a female I felt comfortable on the environment and would come here for a girls night out to play some pool.

I have been to plenty of sport bars, but Rack em up is an exceptionally great in everywhich way. Fantastic service, great food not your typical bar food this is something to brag about, the bar tenders are very polite, the owners are so humble and need of their customers always comes first. You gotta check this place out, you will not be disappointed. If I could give them more than 5 starts I TOTALLY would have!

My friends and I have been coming to this bar for several years and we love it. We play Trivia every Thursday and the entire staff is great! Great food and drinks, highly recommended!

The waitress was friendly but not very attentive. The place was filled with cigarette and hooka smoke. We are from out of town and came for drinks and food. The food was fair and the drinks warm. We left smelling like a tobacco experiment. The atmosphere was quiet but I dont recommend this place for food sue the the smoke

Always changing up craft beers on tap and in bottles/cans, which is nice to be able to try different crafts. Way less smoky than cheers and not all dark inside. Open space.

This is the best pool hall that Ive found since Ive moved to the Orange Park/ Jacksonville area. The tables are a bit under regulation size, but their felt quality is good. The bar serves liquor and beer, which is rare. There are no servers going around to tables to check on people, and you have to pay per person, by the hour. Both of these things make me miss the pool halls back home in Tallahassee.Overall, it was a good experience, and I would go back.

Last Thursday, I went to Rackem up, shortly after opening. Not sure of the hours of the happy hour but $2 domestic draft beer (Pint!) As well as $3 rack drinks. And pool was only $7 per hour! Had a blast. Definitely recommend.

Great bar for pool players. One thing to know is that is a hooka lounge and smoking is allowed inside. They also have electronic dart boards. Great place to watch almost any game. Cheap cold drinks.

I wouldnt think of spending my spare time anywhere else. Hired entertainment is always good. The hookahs and beverages are always priced appropriately. Pool tables are in great condition. Staff is always friendly/funny/fast. Food service is slow but that falls on the restaurant that services their orders (Vinos). However, there isnt a bad tasting item on the menu. Despite being a smoker, I cant stand walking out of bar smelling like an ashtray and that simply doesnt happen here. Cant think of one other place in Mandarin that meets or exceed the standard of quality set by this place.

Bouncer was excessively intimidating for no reason and bartenders treat you like they have better things to do. Tables are legit though if thats all youre there for.

I enjoyed my experience, even though it was very crowded. The clientele is very diverse. Smoke smells do fill the air and leave you drenched for the remainder of your evening. So if Cig smoke isnt your thing, then you should avoid this place. Large bar, so you dont have to wait long for a drink. The roaming servers do make it fast to get a drink too. Nice pool tables. This isnt a bad place to mix up your evenings, but like I said, be prepared to smell like an ash tray for the rest of the night. Make sure you go home in time to take a shower before bed!

Good bar. Pool tables are a little expensive but there nice so it keeps the riff raff off of them. Im not one for DJs and dancing but others enjoyed it so must be a plus. I would go back and get a day buzz there and certainly recommend it

Will never go back. Apparently an oversized tank top is unacceptable. Saw plenty of girls in there wearing less than my tank top. Thats one heck of a double standard.

Place is pretty chill. Jake, who is one of the servers there, is a fun guy. Overall not a bad place.

The cost for a pool table wasnt bad and the dart have was a ton of fun. There have a decent beer selection and offer hookah as well! It wasnt busy on that Tuesday night so the service was very quick and the restrooms we clean. TVs played about it different sports but they were rather small. Soon theyll have a kitchen so Im excited for that.

Never coming back here again. Ive been regular for quite sometime. The bartenders here play favouritism. It seems doesnt matter how many times a week I come here and Ive always tipped more than 20%. There are better lounges Ive found in the mandarian area better places to go. Its all good though. I dont recommend anyone come here.
