Had A great time dancing with friends and the music was pretty good. BUT THE GUYS! For every girl, there were 5 guys. You could not dance by yourself or with your girlfriends without being swarmed. I understand they can’t control that but at least try to even in out. The bouncers seem to take their Job seriously. So That helps.

Reviewing the bar.... GREAT Old Fashioned!! Made by Chris, the Bartender. Happy Hour is slow as this is really a late night place with live music and action. Great spot, though, for an early Friday Old Fashioned and a great bartender.BTW......It is NOT Myth now, it is Element Bar and Bistro.

Saturday night was awesome. Callie was at the door and helped us with our group. We got there and there was a line and we had tickets and were worried about getting in in time. He assured us there would not be a problem and there wasn’t. We will be back.

Fun club environment. Has a quiet bar area, and loud typical club area, and a outside chill party area. My complaints; card machine at the door wasn’t working so I had to use their ATM to get cash for entry, about 3 fights before I could walk through the doors of the club.

An absolute gem in downtown Jacksonville. Beautiful venue inside and out with a unique interior design that is sure to impress. Jacksonville needed a premier nightclub like this downtown and since opening, it has featured international talent that has attracted music lovers from all over north Florida. The owner is passionate about the livelihood of the music industry here in Jacksonville and it shows through the bookings, light production, and overall sound within the venue. An absolute pleasure to attend and play at this venue! Highly recommend grabbing a bite at the Bistro before heading into the venue for a show. Incredible staff and atmosphere; were lucky to have such a neat spot here in Jacksonville!

Myth is a nice adult bar to attend. During my visit i was serviced by Charmae she was veryPleasant. She made excellent drinks and knows how to work the bar. While sitting at the bar she made sure me and my friends were well taken care of in a timely fashion it is because of her I would Recommend this establishment and will return.

Event was fun, went to see a friend dj and was impressed. Not very busy, however the staff stayed engaged. Jimmy at the door was delightful. Drinks were promptly delivered, and the evening was great!

Got kicked out over something beyond minimal, was excessively shoved and have a bruise on my arm from either being grabbed or shoved in to a table by security, another security guard also choked my husband and kept telling him to hit him. Will be in contact with management.

For a person like me who dont really do the night life thing Id say I had a lot of fun. I have been to Myth almost every weekend since lol. Amazing vibe. This place has a very diverse crowd and great environment with both an indoor and outdoor area. Not only that, but the staff and security are always friendly and helpful. One securities slim is one of the most caring and generous security guards Ive come across. One night i lost my friend in the crowd and slim stuck by my side and helped me until i found her and were safe. He would even keep checkin up on us through the night and making sure we were ok. Im glad he is apart of the myth team, yall make it a comfortable SAFE place to be!

The best nightclub in Jacksonville hands down. Top tier DJs, amazing lighting and sound 2 areas for dancing and Element bistro to grab some food. Theres a reason its been ranked the #1 nightclub in Jacksonville 2 years straight. Amazing staff, great drink specials and a great place to hang out with your friends and leave your cares at the door.

I would give this nightclub 0 stars if it let me. My friends and I arrived around 9:30 to get in for free before 10:30 as advertised. After waiting for 45 minutes, we asked the bouncer how much it would be to get in right away and he said $20 but not to worry because they extended the advertised time to 11:00. We reached the entrance before 11:00, and was told we had to pay the $20. We then stated what the bouncer had said, and once he was confronted he denied ever saying anything. The workers taking the money were rude and unprofessional, as well as the workers inside. We were unable to enjoy our time inside the club because we were followed by workers all night to ensure we still had our hands marked. Not only that, but we attempted to help a cocktail waitress pick up fallen straws off of the floor and she rudely told us to back off. If youre looking for somewhere to go out in Jacksonville find somewhere with better management and hospitality.

I went to Jacksonville on vacation and tried Myth, loved it!! Our bartender Jensine was the best!!! She really took care of us and made us the best drink!! You have to go check her out.

Really... Its one of the best Venues Jax has. Ive only played once, but kinda made a bad first impression with the promo company due to misunderstandings in how everything works... but MYTH was Great. I would LOVE to come back up here and Play! hell Id do a free show if theyd let me!!!

The cover charge was $25 the night I went which is ridiculous because there was supposed to be someone who I never heard of performing there. I never saw the performance... The DJ was good and I had an awesome time.

I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service I received they truly care about every individual that enters there night club. I’ve never had an owner go above and beyond to find out who I was and see how my experience was to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I will be attending his club again. Ashley the vip manager was extremely helpful as well.

I was told at the door that I had to pay 20.00 because I had on a black t-shirt & that black shirts aren’t dress code. I’ve never heard of any club with that rule & it sounded like it was a whimsical attempt to scam me out of my money. If this is actually a thing, this dress code needs to be publicized on the website or somewhere so people aren’t caught off guard, because I honestly believe I was taken advantage of.

I went to this place a few years ago and it had significantly improved since then. Much nicer inside than youd expect based on the outside facade. Worth checking out.

Twice this has happened to me - me and my friends got to tickets that said “free entry 10-10:30.” We got there at 9 and they didn’t start letting people in until 10:50. Me and my friends left because Myth nightclub is not worth paying $20, not $10, not even $5.Myth is ridiculous. They are overpriced and they lie to their trick their customs into paying more for BAD music, HORRIBLE staff, and a GROSS environment.Save your money and don’t go to Myth.

Purchased tickets for the black tie event on New Year’s Eve and they closed the club at 10pm before the event letting us waiting for an hour in the cold and rain. Never again. I guess they have severe issues if they are shut down on a day like this

Myth is one of the hottest places to go in Jacksonville... I had such a good time and Charmae the bartender is thee bomb she made me some of the best drinks I have ever had... I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she said she got me... Charmae is the sweetest, she’s always smiling and she makes sure no one is left waiting. I recommend myth mostly because of Charmae... without a bomb bartender there is no reason to go out. Go Charmae!!

Looks good. Not a lot of free parking spaces, when I called, I asked how much was the entrance and they told me $10 after 11pm, so I got there at 10:20 pm and they still charged me even though I mentioned it was free before 11pm the guy at the door gave me a lame excuse. The bartender who served at the dancing room with the tree in it, made a horrible sex on the beach drink. Other than that the place looks like a fun space to be in summer time.

Apparently its the best club in Jacksonville, theres really no music here (the DJ never shuts up). Theyll play some beats and then the DJ will just ruin it. theres a pole though, if youre into that
