The staff was quite helpful by getting us the most bang for our buck by being familiar with all coupons and deals. The were consciousness of Covid-19 guidelines by performing temperature checks prior to entry and monitoring guests social distancing, all while laughing and smiling. I am giving stars because there is always room for improvement in anything. We had a great time and they definitely made these trying times for children easier. Great job guys!

Treasure Chest Learning Academy celebrated its 7th birthday here. The students had a lot of fun. The food was good. We had coupons too so everything was worth the money spent. There was a lot of space for the students because it wasnt very crowded. The staff was friendly. We will more than likely attend again for another event as a school since the students had such a great time!

Ugh such such a gross place! not only that there were kids that had gone missing. I think five.... And there was a discuting smell from the back. We got there before it opened and there where childrens handprints on the window and some red stuff! Five nights at freddys is real now-

What a cluster!! The kids had a blast but the parents were about pull our hair out.1. We got the upgraded plan and each kid gets 40 coins. The kids are ready to play and they are counting them out in a cup like droopy dog.2. We Arden a pizza for the parents they don’t bring it out until 5 minutes to go.3. Ordered a Batman cake they ran out of Batman’s then they said they would bring out a chuckle cheese cake. We get a plain cake no chukie cheese.4. The video they started they say blow your candles out. Problem is they didn’t have the cake or candles out before. So missed that.5. Cake comes they leave. No utensilsAt the end of the day the kids still had fun but we were so frustrated by the end of it. Will not be bringing back for a birthday party.

Lots of fun for little kids. Tickets get redeemed for funny little prizes. Pizza is good and salad is fresh. The dessert was hit and amazing!

Location still uses tokens, and they dont have the fancier arcade games for older kids, but the staff is wonderful. The games were all working and location was tidy. Victoria was our hostess for my sons 8th birthday party on a Sunday around noon and he had a really good time. Staff resolved a problem I had with the ticket eater quickly and our pizza was better than most chuck e cheeses I have been. The manager came by to speak to us, too.

Staff is great, food is just about always fresh. The kids love the games and they won ice cream a few times.

You know every childs dream is to go to Chuck E Cheese, its like Neverland!! This location is like never was! Half the games are broken, worn out. Many machines are out of tickets and the staff acts like its a bother to come find them! It was so many ( sorry out of order stamps) on the games, we were basically stuck with the same 4! Were is the music of old days? The live animation from the puppets?? There was a birthday party going on and Chuck E didnt even bother to show up? This place is almost worse than the empty Toys R Us building. Kids dont expect much..are we still trying??? Dont let us down Chuck E., Youre about the only wholesome thing in this world we have left. Kids just want to come here and have fun! Fix the games, find staff that are willing to interract with kids and parents. Bring back the fun!! Also, where are the uniform standards?? Faded, too tight shirts and worn out jeans are horrible. This goes for Tyler as well, who I know has been there 20 plus years,because he was my manager in high school. Lead by example!

The pizza was GREAT like always,but we waited almost 30 min for the wings, our pizza came out 30 min before the wings. SLOW SERVICE,(2) workers-young men sitting on the front counters, the tables behind us stayed dirty for at least a hour and we went and played after we ate and our table was still dirty when we came back. MANAGEMENT needs to pay ATTENTION to whats going on, because it wasnt that busy.

Small children enjoy themselves but the place is in need of some upgrades and better management. Many of the games have been repaired or replaced but some games are still broken. We visit due to lack of options in the area.

Do not waste your money on the buffet and salad bar. There was only 3 or 4 types of pizza and none were specialty pizzas and the salad bar consists of a bowl of lettuce, with a few tomatoes and cucumbers. A few of the games were not working, but the kids ages 4 and 6 did have a lot of fun.

Had a great time here. Keela is the new manager and everyone was helpful and nice and we had a great time! Lots of machines! With keela at the helm I think these situations that were mentioned will be fixed! We will come back

Fun place for the family. Kids really loved it even though several game machines were down. Food looked and smelled great. Salad bar was in looked amazing too.

2 weeks ago I taken my 3 grandsons to the place. Service was poor pizza half cooked wings were cold. I asked for a cup for water was told we dont have complementary cups for water you will have to pay $2.49 for the cup. I dont drinks all I wanted was a cup. My bill was $ 85.00 with extra token. What I spent is not the issue all I wanted was a cup for water. I will visit again and hope that will be offering that water cup to anyone.

Great place, great services,great people, take care of costumers quickly. Need to be bigger, upgraded to the level of those out of state. Good is great, games was fix and taking care of quickly. Great place for fun.

Great place for family fun, just dont come here hungry, or expecting to play any games....To their credit, they did have a maintenance crew of 2 guys working in the games, but there were still more games out of order than were working.And the pizza and wings we ordered? Well, after waiting an hour and burning through the tokens we could, we decided it was time to go get dinner... somewhere else

The employee up front was very friendly letting people in, so that helps alot and the machines are great!! My son had fun, but the air wasnt working. Its way too hot in the summer for this, but thank u for everything

Employees were wonderful very attentive and prompt. Food was awesome! Clean and very child friendly. Good spirited team! The only part that we had a problem was the ticket counting machines werent working properly but other than that...awesome time.

Service was extremely slow. The staff did not greet or interact and when you went to them the attitudes were horrible. It was very dirty and several games on the floor were out of order but had no tag telling you that games were broken. These problems appeared to be due to understaffing so hopefully in the future this can be addressed. I hope this establishment investigates these incidents and corrects them otherwise it will not have repeat customers. Lastly, please retrain the staff to be kind because a smile and an apology for poor service goes a long way.

It would have been nice if their food service was faster. We waited a hour for our food. One of those places you eat before you go to and then you just go to play games.A good amount of games were out of order. Food was very small portions-made for children not adults.Overall it wasnt the best experience and will not be going back.

I travel all over the world n visit a lot of Chuck E. Cheese’s .But this one was by far the worse I’ve visited. The team they have are horrible. Attitudes out this world, rude don’t no how to talk to costumer. Wasnt checking to see if the kids really belong to the adults they was walking out with. Most games wasn’t working. Food was cold. Oh did I mention they are RUDE. Even the manger that I spoke with about a problem I had with paying for my food. I will never visit again with my children PERIOD!!!

Nice place to hangout with the small kids for a short time. On weekends it is crowded. Note that many of the machines doesn’t work, Pizza is salty... There are so many alternatives these days which offer better facilities and fun. This place can be improved by fixing their machines. Staff seems to be good.

I love taking my daughter to Chuck e cheese but this location was horrible. The staff was unorganized and the service needs much approvement. The did not honor the chuck e cheese rewards or credit my loyalty account after paying full price for my pizza and tokens. Then it took an hour before my food came out and another 25 minutes for the fries I ordered along with my pizza.

Very unorganized with very bad customer service over crowded

My husband and I had our daughter’s birthday here today 3/11/18. We were rushed, my husband didn’t even get to watch our daughter open her presents because our rude host made him pay out when we had 15 minutes left. I understand that they have other parties coming in, but there was no need for the rudeness or rushing when I am paying for my child’s 2 full hours! I will never have another birthday party here.

The individual in the Chuck E Cheese costume was a joke! They should never be allowed to entertain children! They have the enthusiasm of as wet mop. Didnt even try to entertain the kids, get the children and babies attention. Just stood there while the other girls proformed. And I watched the show three time while we were there for my grandsons birthday party and all three performances where awful. This was not my first visit to Chuck E cheese, so Ive seen the show before and Ive seen how he enter act with the kids during and after the show and the person didnt even have do his or her job!!!

Very small establishment for the area. Staff cleaned off tables and misplaced personal items nd threw away food that was not finished. Fun time, boy very displeased with staff on a Saturday night.

Machines dont reward the tickets properly. Skeeball is my fav arcade game but I felt like their machines were their original machines from the 80s. Great pizza. Staff unhelpful outside of the food area. Clean. 100 tokens for $20. Its nice and quiet on weekdays. Large tables available for birthday parties and separate pricing for party holders. If you like the app Fruit Ninja, youll love the large screen version. It also happens to be one of the machines that give tickets correctly and liberally. Clean bathroom.

Amazing place to bring kids for the day or for parties.

I went on a Saturday. Very crowded. Purchased 100 coins for $20, and there are not enough rides and games for even half that number. Each game/ride takes one token. You cannot cash tokens back in. Parents were not watching their children and most were unsupervised altogether which creates problems for the children who are being supervised since children break in line etc. This place doesnt have a loadable card. You have actual tokens still. You get paper tickets still that you have to feed to a machine to count. There are no good prizes at all. The food looked ok. Try Incredible Pizza in Memphis instead.

It took 30 mins to receive a kids chicken nugget meal and it was cold and the side was incorrect. Some of the staff was friendly but overall very unprofessional. I took my daughter there for her 2nd birthday and I will never take her again. Most of the machines were malfunctioning taking coins with no service, not giving the tickets you earned, or simply just didnt work. I was highly disappointed it ruined my daughters birthday.

This Chuck E. Cheese has rude employees who did not pay attention to my child when she spoke to them. Another emplyee even told a child changing their mind about their prize selection would not make any sence. The manager fix the ticket machine for me, but did not say a single word until I thanked him for helping me. From the time we walked in the staff did not seem happy to work their, a large number of games dis not work. There was one pleast, happy and friendly employee that we encountered on our way out, and that was Alexis.A place where a kid can be a kid should be kid friendly.

I had to raise my voice just to get service. When we first walked in, we stood at the front desk for 10 minutes. The staff was arguing with each other and the manager. Non of them wanted to actually work. The machines are never working especially the skee ball. The parking lot was equally disgusting. Get a manager and staff that actually cares about their customers.
