Their bowling is fun, pretty decent arcade although there are rarely workers to help in the arcade or redeem tickets for prizes, food and drinks at the sports bar are really good. The xl pizzas are amazing.

The water taste and smells like sewage sh-t the food tastes like its been microwaved and its overpriced theres no special on bowling anymore which takes the fun out of it for these prices the bowling alley should be ableAfford a water softener / water cleaner.

Its always a great time at Rock N Bowl! Fun atmosphere! Prices are good. I do suggest adding new shoes so there is enough to provide to your customers on packed nights. Still a fun time for adults as well as the younger crowd.

Just went this past weekend since it was purchased and renovated. The bowling alley looks great! However, the bartender (I believe her name was Sarah) was probably the rudest person Ive ever met. Incredibly mean and condescending towards people who were just waiting in line to order drinks. Likely wont return strictly because of her.

Prices are unreasonable after new ownership. Takes ALL the fun out of bowling when I can take my girl to dinner and a movie for less than rolling a ball. 60 bucks for one hour and 3 people total? We used to pay less than 30 for 2 hours with shoe rental. Never thought I wouldnt be able to afford to bowl and buy a beer but I guess repeat business isnt important.

This location has improved. The arcade / VR definitely is a much needed attraction for Jackson. Bowling is a big part of the Jackson Community, so its nice to have a place that is safe and cheap entertainment.

Loved it! Modern, kid friendly, affordable. Great pizza. They have auto bumpers for the gutter that can be set for certain players and will go down for others automatically. Great graphics on the screen as well.

Was there for the high school regionals. They did ok. Would have been nice if they had waitresses. 60 lanes for bowling and no waitresses or waiters??? Especially with the building full of teenagers and their parents. One person was in the bar taking all the food and drink orders.

Best bowling alley around the jackson area my 7 yr old plays league here. Employees are friendly and Andys pro shop can make anything you need with expert advice for any questions u may have

Not a good experience! Definitely NOT a good venue for STATES... NO room and NO courtesy. Just to small for such a large event.

Im sure on a normal basis this establishment is very good but holding the state high school bowling tournament did not go well.... Just awful how they did not have adequate seating for the amount of people that they knew would be attending.

Inexpensive and recently remodeled. The arcade is fun, but a more expensive than I prefer.

This place is good for bowling, vr, the arcade and hanging out with family and friends!The bowling alley is fun for people of all ages, they even have a thing that guides the ball for beginners.The Virtual Reality area is good for teens and young adults alike!The arcade is good for more of the younger audience but can still be fun for adults.The bowling alley at 12:00 has a adults only bowl 18+.You can play pool and drink in another area as well. 21+

A bowling place disguised as a fun center.. arcade was very small and half the machines didnt work. Kids and I were not impressed but disappointed.

This is the best bowling alley experience Ive every had! Its very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The arcade was great. My boys loved it. Thanks for revamping the place and making it very family orientated.

It was ok. Dont like these new arcades. It was better when I was a kid. The restaurant isnt that good. I was disappointed. Bowling was good cant go wrong with bowling.

This bowling alley is awesome! I used to go to this bowling alley years ago and came back for the first time and it’s completely renovated, smoke-free, and very kid friendly! Awesome staff, great arcade and more plans for the future. Suggested strongly!

Staff is hit or miss, food is the same and takes a bit too long for what it is. Could do a little better job taking care of the lanes and provided equipment but its a decent place to bowl all in all.

Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. We took a group of our refugee kids there for a birthday party - many of which have never bowled or even seen a bowling ball in their life - and the owner paid for them. He even gave each of them a card to the arcade and bought their pop. It was truly heartwarming, and they had so much fun. I love knowing that there are places out there where the owner is out and about, working alongside their coworkers and taking an interest in their guests.

The bartender wasnt very friendly, but the arcade was cool. The lanes look legit. Would like to go back for some cosmic bowling!

Im on a bowling league and love it.they have great food, absolutely love the chicken wrap, pizza is delicious as well. Great family fun place as well.

I think that not allowing Little Caesars pizza inside anymore is the biggest mistake. That is the main reason people go there, because the service and the quality of food at your bar was very disappointing. Then you also removed the waitress that came around at rock n bowl to see if you needed anything and that made for long waits and lines. They the condition your bathrooms are in are completely unacceptable. No toilet paper or hand towels, and so dirty I could smell it from 3 lanes away. One toilet didnt even have a seat on it. I used to bowl there every week a few years ago and Im sad to say I will never go back. Ever. You ruined the establishment. But congrats you have a cool arcade at a bowling alley.

I love the new and improved bowling ally.... The leagues were pretty rude tho (not the staff). I hate they cut ties with Little Caesars to be honest. That was always a great easy and cheap option when going there when it was the airport lanes. It looks really nice inside and the only issue I had was more with the bar and grill part... I had to seriously stand there for 10 mins at the bar (I was the only customer in there and only 3 feet away looking right at the girl working running register.) Just to ask for a pitcher of water. I actually didnt have a issue with her doing her job cause she was ending her shift but the fact she didnt even look at me or ask if I needed something.... Which I obviously did. But once I did get the water it had a odd color and even weirder taste and our whole party was kinda grossed out by the taste.Was a 4 star rating until recent visit. Find out whats wrong with the water your giving your customers.

Went for the arcade. Everything is shiny and new. Good variety of games. The cards from the coin pushers didnt have bar codes so you couldnt redeem them yourself. Machine to add points to card wouldnt take debit cards. Prize area was not staffed and was locked down, so had to fetch someone from the front counter to get prizes. All that being said, the staff was super friendly and all the issues we had Im sure will get ironed out soon. Will try the bowling lanes and restaurant on another trip.

We were there one evening and the previous bowlers empty drinks were at the table. The manager actively approached us and said, “that’s unacceptable” and gave our party a free bowl certificate. He genuinely cared about our experience. I will definitely go back. I’m not one to complain but obviously they care about your experience at their establishment.

AWESOME place for a kids birthday party. Eric is great and easy to deal with. Everything went great. Provided everything and made it a fun stress free party. Kids loved bowling, arcade and AVR virtual reality. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful.Kids LOVED it!!!

We had so much fun on two lanes! Everyone was so nice and the actual bowling alley is beautiful! The shoes fit well and the balls were perfectly marked! We will be back!

This is probably one of the nicest bowling alleys I have ever been to. very clean and modern. nice Arcade. and Family friendly. for 5 people with shoes for two hours of bowling. thats a win.

Not your typical bowling center. Bright, colorful, clean. New Lanes and scoring machines, new paint.

Nice bowling alley equipment worked very well. Went for high school regionals. However I went to my car and noticed only main entrance was unlocked. All exits should have been unlocked with such a large crowd. For safety reasons. But had a good time. Nice place.

Understaffed & equipment malfunctions constantly! I was excited to go here with family to see the renovations, bowl & eat. The only good thing was the renovations. We asked SEVERAL times for a waitress to come over to take or food/drink order. No one ever came (we were there for OVER 2 hours). We also had to ask SEVERAL times to either restart our game because it would randomly stop. One of our lanes was down for at least 25 minutes. Why pay by the hour??? We left there starving, thirsty & annoyed. You need more staff JAX 60!

Nice facility, new updates. However, if you want food or drinks you have to place your order and pick up yourself. No alert system in place while on the lanes to alert a waitress/waiter. Not sure why there are waitresses since the guest is doing the work Two stars given are for the facility and zero stars for service..

Kids love everything about this place. The pizza place, the arcade and of course the bowling. Was glad to get my dad out after his open heart surgery. Never knew he was such a bowler.

This place has come a long way and is still striving to make improvements. This would be a 5 star if they still seved Little Ceasars pizza for Birthday parties.

Its nice to see the place cleaned up and offering more entertainment options. Our family hasnt really been bowling lately, as teens my fiance and I enjoyed rock n bowl. We miss Little Cesars having tables to eat at. The arcade is slightly over priced for the small amount of pay out tickets you receive in return. Marinos on Parnell is affordable and offers way more for the pricing.

Enjoyed bowling at this clean well run alley. Was able bowl next to my grand kids and there bumpers kept there ball hitting pins. Was able the get good food while we where there. The price was right. The last time I bowled open lanes was much more expensive. Will return for another good time.

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life. Was told right off the bat by the lady at the desk after she addressed us that the phone she got in the middle of us talking to her was her “priority”. She continued to let us know all the other things that took “priority” over us whenever we asked for assistance instead of just telling us it was busy. It took 30 minutes for a waitress to come and get our order and then another 45 minutes for an order of pretzel sticks that was definitely just thrown into the microwave and was about room temperature. Never spend your money here, let the business wither and die.

We rented 4 lanes for our daughters birthday party. It was an amazing experience! From my first call to inquire about rental to when we arrived to set up everyone was helpful and so polite! Howard at the front desk was so nice to the kids and helped me set up the lanes. Eric went way beyond to help me with the food selections for the party and made sure the kids were all having fun. The kids had a great time and it was a worry free bday party for me to organize. We will be back! Thank you for making our daughters bday so special!

Staff was unsure of how to swamp my points from an old arcade card to a new one and she was really rude.

Great bowling fun for the whole family! Has a bar and grill that serves delicious food, even late night. They also host great bowling parties for all kinds of groups, and has a world class bowling league. Airport lanes still offers the same low price bowling that is noted in small towns and keeps the place clean. Features Rock and bowl for late night entertainment.

Rock n bowl is awesome, I love the new look and ownership the remodeling definitely brought the place to life.
