Absolutely beautiful place. I stayed here alone in a single queen bed cabin and it was more than enough room. The cabin really made you feel like you were alone on the top of a mountain. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The proximity to all the shops and restaurants just down the main road were only a few minute walk. I beyond recommend this place.Shout out to Jordan because she wants to stay here on a road trip. So Im going to take her here.
I cant recommend this place enough. We got a small cabin with a king bed and it was perfect for a romantic getaway. I looked at a lot of different hotels in the area. Cowboy village has some of the best pricing in town and was in perfect walking distance to local shops and restaurants. We had 6 deer trap us in our room on our 2nd morning. So awesome! Cant wait to return.
Loved everything about this place. Easy check in, cabins are cute and cozy, the property overall is nice and well kept. Was a little disappointed in the fact that there was no working soda machine, but not a huge deal. We will definitely stay again!
The village itself is really great, you can walk around checkout the place, you can grill outside and its near to stores where you can buy some stuff. The cabins are all nice with 2 queen size bed, and we love how they designed the bathroom, its quite unique! They also put a TV at the living area so you can enjoy watching while cooking inside or do whatever stuff you like. Better book here as early as possible because they might get full fast.
This resort had the absolute best accommodations. First of all, its a very easy ride from the airport via taxi. Guests get their own cabin, complete with great beds, a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a nice front porch with a gorgeous view to enjoy your morning coffee with your trusted furry friend, as the resort is also dog-friendly! They also have laundry services, a fitness center, and an indoor pool and hot tub among the many amenities.The quaint shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, but located just far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. I would be very comfortable booking this trip as an individual female but as with most things in life, better enjoyed with friends or family.
We stayed 4 nights in a Queen studio cabin. It was the perfect space for a couple and a dog and a great value for what we paid. Clean, easy to find, very well maintained grounds, close to everything, walkable to downtown, great customer service! Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful stay at Cowboy Village! You get your own cabin with pretty much everything you need. We had a grill outside our unit with a picnic table and everyone gets your own front porch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Its a short walk to the town square and about a 2 min walk to Snake River Brewery. Will recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in Jackson!
Extremely over priced / seasonally marked up. Rooms are super small. No space to move around with a family. Compact bathroom. Hide a bed makes front area useless. The Air Conditioner is in an area that doesnt cool the bedroom well so it was hot at night. No breakfast! This review would be better if not for price. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The cabins are fun visually and its nice to have a small front porch. The cabin separation gives for some privacy. The small things like the bathroom rag were also fun.
Cozy cabin atmosphere from the moment we pulled in. Our boys (14,11,8) loved the look and feel of the cabin. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had an unexpected issue pop up in the middle of the night and security was prompt to respond and get maintenance there quickly. Management was very easy to work with also. We were on our way through to Yellowstone, otherwise we would have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this resort for anyone staying in the area!
Great place to stay. Cabins are super cute. Clean. Have everything you need in the kitchen. Plates,cups,coffee maker,toaster,fridge. Grounds are super well maintained. Staff was very nice. Definitely recommend for a nice stay in Jackson!
Very clean. Cabins are private and very cozy. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. Clear COVID19 precautions were being taken which I hugely appreciate. Wed love to come back and stay here again.
Cozy little cabins! Immaculate rooms and dog friendly. Darling little porches with a picnic table and a, couple of chairs. Lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a, cocktail in the evening.

The price is affordable and the cabin is super cute. Perfect size for our little family and they allow dogs. One complaint I have is I dont think theres quite enough parking to accommodate all the cabins so that could be bad when theyre at capacity.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Lets say this has been a horrible experience from the minute we got here. We got here a the lodge is locked. Used the security phone to try to call. They told me the lodge should be open. Than had to find the number to call the resort and she told me that we were 20 mins early and we just had to sit in the car and wait. Really nice to hear after 1200 miles. Now we get get back from Yellowstone and we cant even drive to are cabin. Everything is blocked off. We had to park down the street and walk. MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS IS WHAT YOUR DOING. NO COMMUNICATION FOR ANYTHING HERE. JUST A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. WE COME TO JACKSON HOLE EVERY YEAR. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had 2 rooms reserved for a Saturday night in October. We ended up not being able to get to Jackson because the Grant Pass in Yellowstone and the Teton Pass got closed for snow and bad weather. The manager at the resort was unwilling to refund our stay. Im extremely disappointed and will not book a stay with them again. I really wish hotels and resorts would be a little more understanding.
The room and bathroom was to small for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 teens. We had bunk queen beds. They were comfortable, but hard to sleep in. Getting out or in on the bottom bunk, we kept hitting our heads on the 4x4s that were hanging down. Then the top bunk was very hard for adults to try to get in especially if you are old. The only lock on the door was the key card and a chain lock. My son had an anxiety attack. He did not feel safe. Not gonna recommend, but it was the only thing available for the night.

Everything about this place was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and parking was amazing. The staff wasn’t very friendly at check in and they were cleaning out our room (at 9am) before we checked out and threw out many of our items.
They were really friendly and the accommodations are great. Has everything you could need in a little cabin. I took a star off because our cabin smelled musty. We were in cabin 141.
My Husband and I stayed at Cowboy Village for a week in early June 2020. We totally loved this place. It was so nice and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, the wifi worked awesome and it was walking distance to the town of Jackson for restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.
We loved this little cabin. It was the perfect size and had great decor and overall atmosphere. The only con was that the parking was small and they were under construction. Its a great stay near Jackson and the Teton Park.
Comfortable small cabins fit our family of 5 well. The views are great and very close to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, our cabin wasnt ready even though we arrived after the posted check-in time. Also, there wasnt much area for our kids to play with a football, volleyball, etc. Even with the inconvenience of having to wait for our cabin and not having a decently sized recreation area we were happy with our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The location is an easy walk from the Jackson town square. They followed Excellent covid protocols with face masks and limiting the number of people in the pool by only allowing access by appointment. If youre an adult, watch your head when sleeping on the lower bunkbed.

Very accommodating. Answered phones when we called with questions. Perfect place to stay if you’ve got a pet because you don’t need to worry about walking down a hallway and stairs in the middle of the night to take them potty. Just step outside your cabin! Super cute, we’ll be back for sure.
Hot tub, pool, dog friendly, breakfast (minimal, but snacks before hitting the mountain are always appreciated)... The cabin was fine, with dishes and a kitchen. We were squeezing 4 humans and 4 dogs, which was tight, but it worked. Nobody bothered us and the location was convenient. Shuttle to the mountain... Overall a fantastic deal.
Cute place, as each room is a separate small cabin. They look great, as they are honest to goodness log cabins. If you are into the small house movement these are done in the best sense of the word, but otherwise they are bit on the snug side. Does have fridge/freezer, small sink, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, etc., although the kitchenette is tiny. Same story with the bathroom. All there, but in a small space. There is small porch, and outside table as well. Inside table folds down to save space when not in use. Looks just right for Jackson Hole.

During COVID it was nice to stay in a cabin versus a hotel. We requested no housekeeper service. When needed, they took our trash and replaced our linens. Perfect place for a clean, safe, get away.

Clean place to stay in Jackson. The price was a little high but they were in line with a lot of other places in the area.This property is a short walk to most anything in the downtown area that you would want to visit so you dont have to fight for parking down there.
Spent a couple of nights in one of the cabins. Everything was really nice and clean. This one was a two queen bed size and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a kitchenette, but we did not use it per se. We also did not use the pool or hot tub so I cant provide any details on those. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Good location, cozy cabins. The hot water doesnt last long. We have children that love their baths. The hot water would run out at about 1/5th full tub. I would then wait for about 15min for more hot water, heating water on the stove in between the waits to keep the water in the tub warm.
The staff is extra friendly and so helpful. Love the cabin feeling with your own little kitchen. Close to shopping.
This place is kept up immaculately well, and has friendly staff. We traveled during the pandemic with two dogs and the little cabin was perfect. We ordered Pinkys Pizza for delivery and the Abe Fromman specialty was delish.Excellent location, walkable to shops and galleries. Highly recommended!
Positive: Room was well appointed. Negative: Arrived early approximately 1PM. After waiting on line for 15-20 minutes and seeing other guest receiving their rooms; I was told my room was not ready and to come back after 3PM. Back at 3:20, waited on line again. Others getting rooms, mine not ready.

Wasnt thrilled about it but just ok for few days. The cabin was small to accommodate a family of 5 but close to the town and many other things. Shower wasnt working properly either.

Pros: It was a very quaint abs clean cabin. Because it is a cabin, there is no shared walls. This property is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking right in front of the cabin.Cons: The bed was very hard and this is coming from a person who likes hard beds. The temperature fluctuated from either hot or cold. We were either sweating or freezing.

We stayed here one night at the last minute when some other plans got messed up. These are log cabins that are arranged in rows in their own little neighborhood. There are different types of cabins, but the one we rented had two double beds, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a fold-out love seat and a table with two chairs. There is a front porch on the cabin as well and parking just outside (though not reserved.) Parking wasnt an issue despite them being pretty fully booked. Even at the last minute, the rate was lower than the Marriott.Overall I think these are really nice inside, though a bit cramped if you have a family. It was my wife and I and our two small kids and by the time we had our luggage in there, it was pretty tight. But they appeared newly renovated, the staff was very nice, and it was a nice quiet sleep.There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi/hot tub but they are both pretty small. The pool is heated as well and the water was comfortable. Its open until 10PM.There is coffee/juice/hot chocolate in the lobby along with fruit but its not a full breakfast.

Too many dogs, big dogs! Cabin is over crowded with furniture and cabin was not clean as I would have liked, bedspread was dirty. I had to wear shoes the whole time.Cancellation policy is too stringent. Yellowstone South entrance was closed (and no one informed us), Cowboy Lodge would not allow us to cancel. We will have to leave at 3:00 am to travel back to Bozeman to make our flight. Next time we visit JH, we will be staying somewhere else!

Went to the small cabin with 2 other friends, was the perfect amount of space in reality. Not a huge place but just what you need for a ski trip where you want to spend your time hiking, skiing, and walking the town.Location is smack inside Jackson and walkable to all kinds of restaurants and stores, across the street from Hoback sports to get all rental gear as well!
Close to downtown, but seems remote. Quiet and relaxing place. Great management.
Cowboy Village is an icon of Jackson Hole, and weve been staying here for 25 years. The new updated cabins are fantastic, and the pool / hot tub areas are just what the kids needed. Especially after rafting on the Snake River.

Staff was great. We went up to watch the Pedigree Stage Stop Race kick off in Late January. We got a cabin with a double bunk. I got alittle claustrophobic sleeping closest to the wall. The heat seemed like it was either on or off. We never did figure out how to work that properly. We did love it though. My 11yo sone thought it was great. Great location in town. Very quiet too.
We had a technician that was stuck in Jackson due to both highways being closed, they were able to get him a room that night. He said the room was amazing! Thank you for the great service
5th trip to Cowboy Village! Still here at Cowboy Village and we are enjoying our stay! My wife, 10-year-old son, German Shepherd and a Lhasa Apso & I are staying in the 1 bedroom 2 Queen bed cabin. We are able to easily walk anywhere in town! Something for everyone. 5min from National Elk Refuge & from Teton NP! Lots of wildlife!
Loved it, wanna go back with my wife, without the fifty kids!Very cute, comfortable individual cabins. Well appointed with a/c, showers and indoor toilets. Room to park my bus curbside behind the cabins too. A really good place to eat casually as well, just within a stones throw.
