Very good shade along the walk, start from the upper end and walk downward. water was very dry so the falls were not obvious.

A beautiful hike, easy for anyone. There are great views. Pretty busy but not too crowded.

Absolutely fantastic hike up the gorge trail. We hiked all the way to the top and were not disappointed by the mesmerizing waterfalls along the way. What spectacular views. If you have the chance to go all the way up to the west king Rd point its fantastic. Its a bit of a tough hike at times but so rewarding.

This place is beautiful! So easy to get to. Parking is very close to the falls. So many falls and picture taking opportunities. There is a long uphill hike to the top filled with non-stop breathtaking scenery. The trail is up close to the creek and falls. This is a great way to enjoy the outdoors. Young or old, all can enjoy this place. We would stop here again when in the area. Not a fan of the town of Ithaca.

Can get busy in the summer, especially if you start at the bottom. On hot days youll have a number of people swimming. If you want to avoid the crowds go to the rim trail and drove up to the lake, more parking and normally less people.

Drop.Dead.Gorgeous! Everything I expected it to be. Last time I was here, was over 40 years ago and its as I remembered. Biker the Rim Trail down and Gorge Trail back.

Nice walk at top of falls. The middle steps where very steep (for me at least). The bottom had the one big fall. I would take the long drive around and park at the top and stop when you cant see the water anymore.

Nature still looks great with a unique dam

Gorge Trail offers amazing views of multiple waterfalls. 6-8 year olds did fine with hand holding. If you park your vehicle at the upper park and walk down in elevation, there is a swimming hole and playground at the bottom of the trail. Send someone back up the trail to retrieve the vehicle and drive to the bottom if kids are tuckered out. Great sights and sounds. Ithaca is gorges!

Great place to take a low key hike in Ithaca. Other parts are quite steep (though admittedly prettier) but this is easy and quaint. Nice views of the stream and a couple of dams make for good scenery. Its not usually as crowded as other state parks.

Dont miss the gorge trail. Beautiful views on the way. Its a medium level hike. 1.2 km approximately..

My 7 month pregnant wife had no problems hiking this in the snow. Great easy hike with plenty to see.
