The seats for most of the shows are recliner which is pretty awesome...! The seats are really comfortable and so are the amenities. Like any other standard AMC they have excellent Pizza and Nachos options. I do have a problem with the cleanliness of the restrooms though. It seems they dont have to frequent cleaning. Those theatre has fewer movie options than the other ones but nevertheless the experience is equally good!

The seats are super comfy. We booked the tickets at the kiosk & got good enough seats. I do not recommend getting the cheese or the caramel popcorn - it was not good.

Watched the Joker at this location.We were unable to buy our tickets and reserve our seats online however, we got to the theater early enough to get good seats.Speaking of seats this location has leather Recliner seats.Ordered Mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and popcorn. Free refills on large popcorn and drinks. We got more than enough sticks and tenders that came with the order.Theater was clean and spacious.

This place has the leather power recliners, so watching movies is very comfy. They also have the Coke machines where there are like a million choices and self serve butter. I see a lot of movies here because I guess those are my priorities when choosing a theater. Parking is also easy, especially if you go around back. The concessions lines can get long and are slow during peak times. If you have the AMC membership you get a shorter line, which is nice. The ticket taker lady is really nice and usually gives you a quick review when scanning tickets! Shes been there a while and we like her. The two things that annoy me here are that sometimes people bring young kids and babies to movies and let them run around and make noise. Im talking about young kids in horror movies like The Purge. I wish Management would police this better. They could also do a better job cleaning the concession areas where you make your own drinks, get butter, etc. It gets very dirty during rush times and needs to be monitored.

Would be five stars, but I know the customers cant be controlled. Front ticket booth and ticket reception person were excellent. But in the movie Adams Family children were in and out jumping down steps, like no adults were with them. To top it off some ran in from another movie. Theater is clean. Just uncontrolled children running around.

I love this theater! Is inside Irving Mall, but its huge!! All stadium seating! Comfortable reclining chairs! Assigned seating! Its clean! Everyone is friendly and fast.

Joker, at some point in our life we can relate to it. Curly fries and cherry coke. Crowd wasnt bad but yet still a big one for the time chosen. Just wished the gentleman sitting on my left had stayed awake instead of taking a nap. HIS SNORING WAS NOT THE inviting noise.

Despite the declining mall, this movie theater is still operating! ( as of August 2019) It recently received upgraded reclining seats, carpet and renovated restrooms, so it’s very nice. The upgraded food is also good, but expensive for what’s offered. There’s even a full service bar! Parking is easy but it’s a long trek inside to get to the box office, however, afternoon movies are only $4.50, so it’s worth it if you want to save some money.

The theater is nice with lounging seats . If you come with your special someone you can snuggle during the movie.

Well for one you get to pick your seats, while purchasing your ticket and then they are ACTUAL reclining chairs.......Staff is very friendly and nice!!! I would recommend to anyone in the area!!

Went to see Annabelle last night the Projectionist flickered the lights at an intense part at the end. It was very funny! It was a highlight to the evening I didnt think anyone still sat up there good to know someone is there still

I can say this is the first theater Ive been to where there was unlimited drinks on soft drinks. Liquor is a little pricey but I think over all worth it. Also love the red recliners.

First time to a cinema abroad. Loved the wide recliner seats. Cost the same for 2 people as it would in UK for one. I enjoyed it the experience, movie wasnt great though lol

Nice quiet theater. New seating. Top notch. Only complaint is when you come out of the mall, there are zero outside lights around the main exit. Its as dark as a black hole. The mall could put a couple of lights around the exit so you dont get mugged.

Saw spiderman far from home here, a few things you should focus on before you purchase tickets, Such as seating. You want to try not to be in the front as youd probably get a neck cramp from staring up at the screen. But otherwise its a perfect place for family & friends. Curved screen makes the quality of the movie even better, Seats are very comfortable, Sound system works perfectly! This movie theater really sets the atmosphere for anything!!

Saw the new Star Wars movie, it was great. Same ole theater, hasnt changed any, but isnt a dump like others have turned into.

This place is gross and dirty. We got served cold nasty food and it is not cheap for the quality let alone the temperature, the weenies were falling on the floor and the employee did not seem to care. Theyre all young kids working who clearly dont care about service. The seats were alright but very dirty. I did not have a very great experience here and I will not be going back.

This is a pretty good theater, the clientele is more younger kids so just be aware of that. We went to see captain marvel after watching end game the weekend before. Loud kids making out resulted in a 4 star lol sorry I get it but damn I wanna watch captain marvel

Its a nice theater. Now that its been a few years after redoing the theater, there hasnt been all too much upkeep. Recliner seats are nice but wish it wasnt so expensive, especially when you can see the wear and tear. I feel like there are other theaters that keep up with functionality and decor.

Bumblebee was a cute movie. Expected more but I think it is opening it up for something more. Well see. Hannah at the concession was very friendly and attentive. Great job. My husband and I like going to the AMC Irving Mall and will continue to do so. Still love the reclining seats as well. Front row is a bit of a strain on the neck though.

I enjoy it. They have $5 tickets on Tuesdays. Row G is usually my go-to close to the aisle for refill and bathroom break ease of movement. The seating chart shows the seats in clusters of two but I prefer to be that person that will reserve two seats that are not in the same cluster for drink sharing and arm rest comfort. Great sound and comfortable seating. The restrooms can be a little eh at times, but theres so many stalls that, for the most part, youre going to find a clean stall pretty quickly. Staff is typical. Not starky but they are teenagers...soooo...lol!

If you like theaters where half the people are on their phones, people bring crying babies, and people talk on the phone where the staff does nothing about it, have I got a theater for you.One time I went here, the theater got evacuated for suspicious activity. Asked the theater for refund... nope. On another occasion, the projector was totally out of focus. Mentioned this to management and no offer for a refund. Pretty tragic.Not to mention, Ive been to several showings where there was still trash all over the place when I went in.If you want a clean theater where people do not talk, I strongly recommend Alamo Drafthouse, but if you prefer to waste $13 on a miserable experience, AMC is the place for you.

Always enjoy my experience here, great staff, great theaters with well kept seats and screens. I wish they had a dine in theater and maybe an Imax or other large format theater though. Ive been going here for many years, i have no complaints, plus they employee several hot guys

First there was a power outage so when we got to the movie.The movie didnt start on time no big deal but after that movie started about 15 minutes or so already into the movie so we left.So we decide to come back at the later showing time which made this 2 stars The movie great in the jungle behind the counter was awesome. I guess they were having a rainy day and you can tell.

Movie theater is is pretty standard itself. But it took me 15 mins to get my ticket, then it took another 8-10 mins to get in the theater!!! ridiculous!

Awesome theater, I attended bumblebee last week with a friend. Loved how far back the seats reclined, so much that I fell asleep half way through. Also my friend pi ked the movie out as well. Overall nice theater I grew up in Irving so this was my first time visiting the Irving mall since having moved out to Fort Worth. Bought tickets online the night before and process of admission was simple and without problems. I will consider coming back to this location if Im ever in the Irving area again.

Mostly friendly employees. Clean. Good movie selection. A few chairs in certain theaters are broken though (dont recline at all) and Ive reported them a few times and still nothing being done about them. For the price you pay for tickets you expect your seat to work.
