Great playground with sand lots for kids. Soft green lawn. Long concrete stairs up to the trail head for Turtle Rock Viewpoint.

Great hike. Short and easy and good views.

Good spot to take the RC Cars out, Especially Crawlers. The gatekeeper is where all the fun starts.This is maybe a mini Moab, rock climbs and slabs on the entire ascend. Visitors keep it clean and theres no trash - please do help keep it this way!Hiking part is fun, just short. If you havent left the couch in months, its gonna be a little bit of a workout but its not too painful. Dogs friendly on the trail.

This place is great for a hike! I recommend taking the stairs over the dirt path for safety. It is very clean and big. The virw is great for seeing the whole Irvine. Whenever I feel like I need exercise, I will definitely come back.

Perfect fun neighborhood park in Turtle Rock... play area for both younger and older kids, ample shade, dense trees, posts for exercising, picturesque pathway, benches for picnics or just relaxing, and finely manicured lawns. There’s a small soccer field adjacent to the Sierra Bonita Elementary school. The best time to visit is right before sunset when the weather is just right, and the beautiful golden rays of the sun make this entire park simply amazing!

Open spaces to hang out. Theres a playground for kids. You can walk up the hill to get a nice scenic view of Irvine. You have to park in the street as it has no parking lot. Its connected to Bonita Canyon Elementary so it seems like an extension of the school so make sure you dont cross over during school hours.

This was a fun hike with my dog. The stairs followed with the climb to the top of the hill is a good workout. Great view. Wish the parking was easier.

Great park for afternoon or evening hike or even a jog, and taking your dog out for some playtime... lot of folks drive here to go up the stairs to the Suicide Hill which provides awesome views of the city of Irvine and Orange County, and even as far West as the Pacific Ocean and on a clear day, even views of downtown Los Angeles. The park has couple of play areas for the kids and remains a favorite spot for school children from Bonita Canyon Elementary. Just a nice park to hangout! There are no restrooms here though...closest public restrooms are at Turtle Rock Community Park which is three minutes drive.

This is a great little park. There are 2 different playgrounds to accommodate varying ages of children and a box hill for those with overabundance of energy.
