Price: Normally youd be paying $130+ for this course. Ive seen it as high as $175. Realistically it is NOT worth this price. I played in the afternoon at 3:20pm for $70, which I think is a good price for the course. I Barely finished in time for dark, and that was only because they let me out early as a single at 3pm instead. Pace of play is fast.Condition: from a glance I didnt think the course looked healthy, but surprisingly the greens are in excellent shape, fairway bunkers are filled with soft white sand, and areas around the green are green and even. Fairways looked dry but were actually healthy grass and evenly cut. Hardly any brown patches. Tee boxes are under repair but the part that you tee off from isnt too bad. Most of the rough is browned grass (I think on purpose).Overall a great course for $70 - $90 only. Great beautiful fairways, good bunkers, fun layout, good pace of play, great area surroundings.

Had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent. Really took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. Dani was superb. Very friendly. Great wine and great atmosphere and not to mention the VIEW. A fun lively place to go with the fam. Will be going back soon.

The golf course had some really great views along the way. It was in good shape and although there were an excessive amount of ball marks, the greens were nice, pretty fast as well. Its a very challenging course, lot of tight shots especially from back tees. Today in particular with extreme winds and insanely hard pin placements It was one of the harder rounds Ive had. driving range is pretty nice as well. I dont think the course is worth $150 on the weekend. That seems a bit high. Otherwise great course.

This place is great, a very different experience from typical vegan restaurants that usually tend to lean towards the hippie side. This place is chic, well designed to fit into the Marina landscape (for better or for worse). The staff was well trained and attentive, and the food was hearty and fresh. Prices are steep, but again its CA and the Marina.

Great place to have brunch on the weekend. There are outdoor patio tables here, so you can eat outside of the restaurant enjoying lots of golfers practicing shots.

Beautiful Golf course! Super windy today, but course was beautiful and in decent shape considering the challenging conditions. Driving range was awesome and staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to playing again in less challenging conditions. Fairways were forgiving, but greens were super guarded requiring an accurate approach shot. Greens were just in fair condition, but for this time of year, it was more than acceptable. Will be back for sure!

Golf Course very nice, coffee and water at $3, is a little steep. Bring your own water and stop at a coffee house before you reach the course. Lunch was good, and reasonably priced.

The course is is good shape from tee to green. Had a coupon for $70/player. The course played tough today the winds kicked up 15-20 mph around 10:30. Played the round right at 4 hrs. Staff is friendly and efficient. This course will make u think twice about risky shots..

Attended my best friends sons wedding there. Very nice venue and incredibly friendly staff. My only complaint was in the barn (where the reception was help) it smelled like sewer all night! It was strong and near the buffet that was set up.I hope management fixes that before other venues as it is very unpleasant.

Strawberry Farms Golf Club was a lovely place for a wedding! The wedding reception was just lovely and fun! I liked the lights during dancing. Staff was very tentive to your every need for beverages and food. Everyone was out of your way nice. Excellent service. I was a guest to the wedding. I would recommend this place for any type of event.

It was in good shape... par 71..greens rolled nice.. Pretty easy layout.. no hidden dangers and fairways played pretty straight out... the wind plays a big part in guarding this course... nice property but the lake stinks...literally.. fun day of golf and good pace... starter was tip top and played in 4.25 hours...

If youre looking for the Farmhouse restaurant, its inside the golf club. Theres not really signage for it in the parking lot. The dining room inside is a bit loud because of the high ceilings, I wouldve liked to sit outside in the shade because its a beautiful day---but the patio is closed for wedding setup. Keep that in mind if youre coming on a weekend! Very popular for events!

An interesting course with good fairways, great sand, and challenging undulating greens. A minus is you have to pay a lot for these features.

Theres a barn that is a venue for company parties which happened to be where we had ours. Big enough for big tables, DJ, awards, buffet line, dancing. We had a nice time.

Solid greens, bunkers and tee boxes. The driving range remains very good. I just get the sense that this place is on the edge. Poorly marked fairways and no yardage on the carts. Pricy like the rest of the courses in the area.

What an absolutely beautiful place to hold a special event. I was there today to watch my son during dance rehearsal for a big 18th birthday party that theyre going to celebrate that the 1st of December.The staff was extremely courteous and provided us with everything we needed to make everybody comfortable during the rehearsal.I would call this a luxurious place to go. The huge Barn that we worked in was beautifully set up with tables and chairs and beautiful sparkling lights all around the ceiling. Went with my kid class and had a blast picking veggies and pumpkin.Went on a tractor ride and petting animals.

The food is great. The staff is is even greater. Ive been here on a number of occasions with my fiance and her father when I have a company her to California to visit him. She goes out once a month to see him. On our last visit was when I learned of the staff above and beyond the Call of duty service. They really look out for him at this place with genuine love and care. What I witnessed actually revived a bit of my faith in humanity. Of the wait staff. I have never come across a better server then Paula. An absolute gem. Her above and beyond the Call of duty seems to know no bounds and making sure that our customers are taken care of. They are truly blessed to have such a wonderful person working for them. I truly look forward to my next visit.

One of the best golf courses in Orange County, wonderfully laid-out fairways and strategically-placed hazards make it rather challenging for the average player. The clubhouse restaurant would be a great place to relax and enjoy after a round of golf or just sit down and enjoy the view. Calling the pro shop to get a tee time is highly recommended. Dress code is not strict but decent attire is advisable. Bring your A game, unless you are ready to lose a few balls.

I used to shop here constantly for organic veggies. It was wonderful. I just returned from there, which is now just a play ground for children. No organic veggies, just a lot of little kids (yes they are cute), but not a place to shop for healthy food. It is a frantic place to just get away from. I ended up buying one head of lettus, not organic and an onion. $5.00, almost for a headache. I will never, ever go back. What a mess! Too bad!

Showed up for their back 9 and breakfast deal 30 minutes after sunrise and they said that I was too late. They said that regular tee times were already on the back nine which is hard to believe. Let’s just say they are no longer getting my business if they continue these shenanigans.

As a wedding venue this is a great place. The facilities and staff were top notch. The food was good and staff was on top of ever little detail.

Just waste money when buy stuffs in this farm if compared to the market. Smelly and dirty. Paid about $100 bucks for the packet for 4 people for about 3 hours. Havent add food, drink, and pumpkins

Course is challenging!

What a wonderful surprise! This place is hidden from view but a real delight! The food was very good and prices were too! If you want breakfast be there before 11 because the menu does change to the lunch menu. There where 8 of us and we asked for first available. We were seated inside. It was noisy because of the high ceilings, tvs, and lots of other guests so it made it hard to hear at times. Outside would have been a better choice for our group, and the view~ very nice too. We will be back soon.

Breakfast back 9 is a favorite. Ive also been a part of events here that have been very good. We hosted a school foundation event here and it was great. Dinner and auction in the harn was a lot of fun too.

Recently played Strawberry Farms, had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Restaurant has great food with generous portions. The greens had been punched about a week or so before we played, werent bad but had some effect on putting. Other than that the place is a lot of fun to play, so if youre in the Irvine area stop by and tee it up!

Even if not a golfer, it is a great place to gather with friends or family for a wonderful lunch.

Attended an industry p.m. meeting in the barn building. Everything seemed fine. Parking is somewhat scarce at a crowded event.

Cute place to have a party or a country chic event, nice views of golf course, the barn building is big enough to hold a few hundred people I think.

With strawberry growing still in evidence at the top end of the course, and the Sand Canyon Reservoir to be circumnavigated on the back-nine, Strawberry Farms combines plenty of variety with a challenging and enjoyable layout. The absence of housing intruding onto the course, together with pleasant rolling hills always in view, gives this layout a wonderfully natural feel.

The staff are professional and efficient.The course has some pretty holes but its not an easy course to play if youre not familiar with the layout. Some unexpected hazards, narrow fairways, and blind shots can mean lost balls.Its pricy.But we had fun, and ultimately thats what matters.

An excellent course with fantastic rental clubs

The grass is on par with a $50-75 course...but this is $125-$175 (depending on the day)! Sand traps are rock hard, and the pathways on some holes are dirt/bumpy/puddle-filled.I wish the upkeep was better if they want to command that sort of $$. Overall the staff is friendly, the golf carts are decent (and include a ball/club wash), and the surrounds are nice and tranquil.

I recently got married (on Dec. 3rd) and the wedding reception we held in the big red barn at Strawberry Farms. My wife and I really liked the idea of holding the reception in a barn, and though it was not rustic (as we had originally imagined) it looked outstanding in our wedding photos. And speaking of photos, they take the bride and groom on a golf cart to a nearby lake for scenic pictures which we did at sunset and it made for some amazing photos. Strawberry Farms has two wedding coordinators that work with you and they make planning easy (theyre pros!). They have a list of photographers, DJs, and florists with whom they already have connections. You have to pick two of the three or there is a fee for not using them, but we needed a DJ and a florist recommendation anyway. The DJ from their list, Atmosphere Events, was awesome and Ive already given the DJ great reviews as well. On the inside of the barn we hung Chinese lanterns and it looked awesome. There is a small hanging fee but not much at all really. They worked with us to keep us on budget (and our budget was modest as weddings go). My wife and I have already recommended Strawberry Farms to our engaged friends.

We went here for the pumpkin patch and the kids really liked it. There was a lot of people but this place is very big so you dont feel crowed at all. Nice petting zoo with all size of goats and sheep. They have the Traktor ride, itll take you all around the farm, and you pass a pumpkin cannon and get to see the pumpkins fly. Over all great experience.

I rate this same as Oak Creek also in Irvine Ca; namely it is a nice course but not worth the weekend country club rates the charge 175.00But we are in America and if the very affluent local populace is willing to shell out for those rates then Strawberry Farms should and does take advantage of such dynamics.

Great lunch today with my hubby and my girlfriend.
